What a lovely ice cream shoppe! There were so many unique flavors to choose from. The servers heard us debating our possible choices and offered to let us try samples of our top choices. They were so helpful and patient. The shoppe is very clean and has games and books for families. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Oh, and the ice cream is delicious! We will be back!

I had the Mint (Explosion I think it was called) and it's perfect for a Mint Lover! It doesn't taste like toothpaste like you'd think with a minty ice cream.My dad had the Fat Elvis, and it was the perfect classic!Amazing, cute little ice cream place. Right on Main Street, easy to find with the red and white stripped awning.Super friendly owners and staff members.Very reasonably priced as well, won't break the bank.

I brought my kids and parents in this afternoon for some ice cream. Everything was delicious and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Everyone really enjoyed playing the games on the tables as they ate their treats!

Ice-cream was not that bad, but the owner is very rude, and any time she is in the shop, all the employees seem miserable. I have heard numerous complaints that they do not get lunch breaks and usually work 10+ hours a day. I recommend Sycamore or Dairy Queen if you want a better summer job and more ethically served ice cream that tastes better.Edit: I'm not posting for anyone but myself, dont be so fragile about criticism.

Awesome little business with really good ice cream. MY FAVORITE IS EXHAUSTED PARENT. lol (About 15-20 flavors.) Loved the atmosphere. Little book nook for kids and board games set up at different tables. Thsy also had some coloring books and crayons for kids if you didnt want to play games. Staff has always taken great care of us and are friendly. It's a fantastic spot to take your kids for a treat and some fun.

I love the soup and salad selection, i always get the zansabar Chocolate ice cream that you can’t get anywhere else, i also stop and pick up soup on my way home. Clean friendly service

Went there to nights in a row on vacation. Great ice cream, very nice and helpful staff. They have games at each table to play why you eat your ice cream. My daughter was the connect 4 champion.

A friend recommended me to try 'burnt butterscotch' so we had to stop by before heading back to West Lafayette. I popped in to get a small dish to go to share with hubby.( he wasn't hungry for ice cream) I was greeted by truly friendly staff. Sadly there wasn't a tub of BB but they offered the pints for sale. I was concerned it would melt before getting home as we weren't going directly home. The owner went WAY above and beyond and opened a pint and scooped out my serving. She said now she can take the rest home as it was one of her favorites. LOLOL~~ can't wait to go again ~~ I said 'here hold my ice cream~~ (I was about to drive after ice cream gone LOL) Well, I almost got half of it as he loved it too ~~ next time he has to get his own ~~ LOL ~~~ :) :) :)

I opened the door and I’ve never immediately smelled such a clean establishment! I was so excited just by how clean it smelt and then getting our ice cream that was delicious and then sitting outside and enjoying the day while the kids played and got to sit in little chairs was great! Can’t wait to go back! Staff was so friendly and helpful!

They had many flavors to choose from and offered free samples. It was neat seeing Connect Four on some of the tables. The prices were a bit high in my opinion, $3.25 for 1 scoop of ice cream in a cup. They also didn't have a public bathroom, although when I asked, the lady employee took me back to one.

The little bit of ice cream we got was very good. Between three of us there might have been a fair single scoop combined. All were different amounts, and the least amount of ice cream we have ever been served anywhere. We dont expect much, but we do want a little closer to our money's worth at least. No way would we go back to overpay for that. Too bad, since we were so excited about an ice cream parlor in downtown Monticello.

It was okay. Maybe it's because I come from a bigger town that has professional ice cream shops, but this shop didn't really impress me. Don't get me wrong, the ice cream and service was fine, but the selection was limited.

Really good ice cream. While you eat the give you board games to play. My kids really enjoy it. Options change through out the year so you can always get something new.
