WOW, sums up my experience with the entire staff and how both our dog and ourselves were treated. Sugar our 9 month old Puggle went in to get her shots, microchipped and spayed and within a few hours I received a phone call telling me everything went great and that they would be monitoring her throughout the day and overnight. Sugar was in good hands from the moment I dropped her off until I picked her up the next morning. She was a happy dog and the staff enjoyed having her around for the day. Thank you so much for taking care of our little girl.

In 1 week they helped me put a cat down, had an emergency with a small old dog caught in barbed wire, shots for 4 yr old dogs and putting down the above small dog. Everything was done professionally and with heart. It was a tough week.

Wonderful place to take your pet. My dogs have always gone here. Recently had to put one down due to old age. It was very hard an they were very understanding.

My husband and I recently had to make the difficult decision of letting our precious kitty go after 22 years! We just wanted to say how thankful we were for Dr. Ellen Burcham and Eric for the kind, compassionate, and sincere sympathy they showed us at this difficult time. They went above and beyond and when we returned to pick up kitty after cremation, they even gave us a pawprint they had made as a memento. It really touched us. Thank you again to all the staff for the care for Kitty down through all the years.

I have been going here I believe over 12 years now. They always have been a very friendly staff. Even more I could tell they genuinely cared about my Izzy Pup.I couldn't use the word vet around him because he would start getting exited. Izzy loved them very much too. When the dreaded day came Izzy had to be put to sleep. They were so great I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend them.

I couldn't get them to come to look at my caves called 3 times , was told they would call me back never did that's ok . Little Leberty pass away RIP. Would not recommend them. I will go to another veterinarian for help.

friendly, caring, and truly just the best in my opinion! any time my girl has gotten herself into something (bee stings, allergies, ect) they've been on top of it getting me the perfect medicine to take care of it before making a potentially unneeded appointment, and allowing the option to pay on the phone and pick up at my convenience since they operate on the same hours i work! if i find myself with any more animals, they will for sure be coming here as well!

Very awesome people that work there. I have a cat that needed some help and they figured out the problem quickly. The pricing was fair and the place is so clean. When they seem to care about your pet as much as you do it's worth going back. Needless to say I'll go back there.

My dog was hit by a car and they didn't have time to see him, none of the local vets had time or their vets were on their day off, my best friend died a couple hours later. This place was his regular vet and they weren't helpful at all. I DO NOT recommend this place!

Spring Mill Veterinary Service in Mitchell, IN is the Best! The Drs. Rusch (husband and wife) and the staff are fantastic. They love the animals brought in to their care. Before we actually came to live in the area, we were visiting in-laws, our dog got sick. On a weekend. We called every Vet in the phone book. Left messages and Dr. Jerry Rusch was the only one to call back. Met us at the Vet Office and took care of our Molly. When we moved here, you better believe they were our 1st and only choice for our Veterinarians. My dog, Desi, was recently having horrible seizures and showing signs of dementia. He is doing good and alive now thanks to Spring Mill Veterinary Service.

When you open and a small town veterinarian service, you have to have compassion for people. Tonight while calling I learned that they took the emergency line off of the answering machine. That emergency line could've saved our cat tonight. You cannot turn people away with an animal that is dying. They say if you are a normal patient that comes in with your animal on a routine visit, they will come in for an emergency. Truth is if you have compassion you would come in for any animal that was dying. This Isn't the first time that this vet has turned somebody away with an animal that would have died within hours from their injuries. Shame on you. I will never ever take another animal to this vet ever again!
