We shopped for campers for over 4 months looking for a camper, and when we found Roots RV , we knew we were finally at the right place. There is no pressure here only honest caring people that truly want you to find that “perfect” camper. The feeling when you come in is one of “ it’s a true family here, and that they all love their job”. Since we got our camper, we have had questions, so we have called with some stupid simple stuff, and every time they have make you feel like it is an important question! We will ONLY buy from Roots RV because of the way we have been treated by everyone we have met! The Service people make you feel like they our camper was their camper! They truly care! Thank you JR, Ashley, Amber and every single person at Roots RV! We think you all Rock!

Roots was very helpful when it came for our camper to be fixed. We lived over 2 hours away from where we had to drop it off. Whenever we called they made it seem like we weren’t a bother at all. I would definitely recommend Roots RV and Sales with great customer service ❤️

Our camper was damaged extensively during a recent storm and we chose Roots RV as the location to do the repairs (unit was purchased at Camping World). We could not be happier with their Service Department and the repairs they made, including identifying a number of items during their final check that I am certain existed when we pulled the camper off the lot when we purchased it in 2022.

So thankful for the entire team at Roots! We are new to the camping life and they have been so helpful answering all of our questions! We were having some trouble getting the hot water heater going and they walked us through how to do it. They even offered to come to us! Highly recommend!!!!

I happen to pass this place while traveling for work and decided to stop because my dad had been looking for some windows for a project He's building. Amanda was absolutely fabulous. She was so helpful and answered all my questions. Then the following day when my dad drove to this establishment she was just as helpful with him. Seems like good customer service is harder and harder to find, but Amanda sure exceeded any expectations I had. Thank you for caring about your customers, even the ones that don't even really know why they're there! Lol!

It was a great experience getting to deal with a independently owned business. Larry, the owner, took time to talk with us and delivered, set it up, and explain everything. Amanda was our first contact, Rob showed them to us without any pressure, and Anna did a little bit of everything from paperwork to helping us understand what we need. I know I can still call with questions or service, and they will be kind with help! Thankful they were my first camper purchase experience!

Thore Challenger 37TB motorhome.I wanted to try out our local RV shop for some repairs and routine maintenance. I have taken our motorhome to them twice:1) The first time was scheduled to fix an insurance claim with an awning and a lighting issue. They did a great job, fixed the issues quickly and I didn't feel like I was over charged. Great experience.2) The second time was for our slides not moving. It turns out it was a control board and wiring issue. They were able to get the motorhome in and fixed in one day. They even went above and beyond and took care a few maintenance items that I had scheduled for December.What a great experience! Way to go Roots RV team!

Great staff, and always eager to help me as soon as I walk thru the door. Best thing about em tho is that they care about your safety if your vehicle can't pull the camper you want they won't just send you on your way with fingers crossed. They tell you why it can't be pulled and recommend you get something that has more torque and pulling power before you risk not only your vehicle's transmission and other problems but the safety of you and your family and the safety of others on the road also. Plus you can't beat the prices they're cheaper then anyone else around here with no hidden fees so I'll keep my business with Roots. I'm truly a happy 100% satisfied customer.

So my mother bought camper from them and paid cash about $40,000.00 well it was supposed to be the top of the line and it wasn't the frame was bent and it had electrical issues, had it not been for the surge protector it would have burned down our house. So she wanted to trade it in and they let her after treating her poorly. She bought a much cheaper one and they made her pay them more even though the other one was still like new it still had stickers on it. We got it and it was supposed to be clean and everything checked and it wasn't there was a leak under the sink and my husband was able to repair it. So she has had the new one now not quite 2 years and the toilet valve went bad so I called them to ask about warranty and getting it repaired for her and I was told we would have to pay for the repair there wasn't any warranty left. So I called Forrest river myself and they said it was still under warranty and they sent us the part and my husband repaired it. They did not offer her a deal even though she paid in full with cash. They treated her very rudely. My mother is disabled and retired and was so excited to be able to pay for something in full. There are still some cosmetics that were not the greatest when she bought this camper but we just have dealt with it. Then upon talking with a friend who bought a new camper from them she wanted a certain one and they sold it out under from her so they offered her one for about $15,000.00 more and she said no thank you and was going to give them bad reviews and the sales manager sold her that camper for the lower amount and they also come out and repair any issues she has with her camper. So tell me how can you offer that discount to someone who is not paying in cash. Shame on you and I will make sure everyone knows how you treat people and take advantage of the elderly. There are a lot of other issues that went on with the other camper. Just do your homework and shop around you may have to travel further to be treated better and get a better deal.

Good people, nice selection. Not a motor home dealer, though they have a few used ones. That said if your looking for a travel trailer, they are a ton better then anyone else we have ever bought an RV or shopped at (over 20 years of RV ownership and many different RVs). Highly recommended.

The owner came and spoke with us and Kelly walked us through the camper was sweet. Anna was who I spent two weeks talking with about this camper and she for sure made this the best experience!!! We bought our first camper here the sales woman Ana was very friendly and was very flexible on bargaining with us on the price. She treated us very well to say the least. I feel like we got a pretty good deal on our camper comparing similar models and prices. After the sale is when we experienced a problem with them. Dealing with the service department has been a pretty bad experience. We took it back to them around 3 weeks after purchase date because of a minor issue and it sat there for a month before they told us it was ready to be picked up. When we got there to pick it up I noticed that it had not been fixed at all. So after 5 weeks to change something I could do myself in an hour or 2 we may finally get it back this week. I would recommend this place to buy a camper but beware of the service department.

We purchased a 5th wheel from roots but before we paid for it Larry came out and checked our truck and found it to be to high to hook up to a 5th wheel. Roots has my business from that point on. He could have easily sold it to us and been done but he didnt. We found a bumper pull there and bought it. Everyone there has been so very kind to my wife and I , always friendly and willing to answer any questions we have and to help in any way. We will never go anywhere else

They were very helpful people very happy people I still brought a spare part one of the parts that I took down to them very knowledgeable come back to the campgrounds put all my parts back together on my hot water tank turned the other vow that I didn't think I have turned the gentleman that helped me said that you might have turned the other vow I explained my problem and he was dead on it...and the young Lady know here stuff as well thank you. I 'have hot water and I definitely recommend if you camp anywhere close to this Roots RV center stop in and see if they can help you if you are a person that has any mechanical personnel about yourself and you can do the work yourself very helpful thank you.

Don’t EVER take your camper here to be sold on consignment!! We decided not to sell and went to go pick up our 2021 Cherokee Wolfpack from them that has only been used four times and our stools were missing, our ice maker which was bolted down was gone and they switched out our new full propane tanks with empty old ones. When we called they denied it. Larry we have already talked to you about this issue and you denied it . There is no since in you replying the way you did to this review because you know you said “well turn it into your insurance” like it wasn’t your alls problem.

This is where we bought our RV! We’ve had excellent service and LOVE the owners and staff! My son had a problem with his RV (that was not purchased at Roots), and Nathan Jenkins helped us get his rig back on the road with just talking us through it over the phone, even when the dealership he bought a high priced extended warranty refused to help him immediately! Thank you for your great service and we will definitely buy from you guys again!

We had stopped at Roots rv a couple of years ago. Anna was so very kind to us, we knew when we got ready to trade off our little camper and buy something bigger we had to come back! I highly recommend stopping here first! It was a great experience! Tonya did a fantastic job showing us all the bells and whistles on our new camper, and there’s no extra charge! I clipped a low overhang at about 1 mph but that was enough to move front a/c unit off it’s mounting by 18” totaling the a/c and tearing the roof about a foot square. This place had more than enough work already yet they got me in less than 48 hours after I called and did a great patch job and put on a direct replacement a/c. They were very fast and charged a fair price. I wish every dealer treated us travelers like this.
