I dont write reviews. This is my first review of a place I’m pretty sure but I’ve stuck around for CVS pharmacy since Engleking arrived, trying to be nice and I don’t like changes a whole lot. A few bumps along the way has caused some irritation but after today and yesterday I am definitely done going here for the pharmacy. I understand the staffing shortage stuff and it’s happening to a lot of places. But I shouldn’t go for an antibiotic that was called in during the morning and at 4pm get told it’ll be about 20 minutes, that they “moved it to the top of the list”, to go back 30 minutes later and be told it’ll be another 15-20 minutes. Go home frustrated, to go back in the next day at 10am and be told it’ll be an hour and that “it was moved to the top of the list” yet again. Wait 5+hours to be told they’ll TRY to have it done before they close at 7pm.Then go to another pharmacy to transfer it because I’ve been sick for over a week and want my medicine to get over it and that pharmacy said they’ve been trying to contact CVS pharmacy all day and each time they have to call them they wait on hold for 45 minutes to an hour IF CVS DOESNT HANG UP ON THEM FIRST. Absolutely poor management.

They Changed their phone no#!No longer gives me the option to speak with a live person. They are asking for something I don't have because I threw away my old bottle a week ago. Time for a change-Engle King- here I come!

This is the biggest joke of a pharmacy. I just came home WITHOUT my medicine.My antidepressant supposedly had no refills when it stated on the prescription itself that I had at least 4 refills. When I called them about it, they claimed I had no refills, and to call my doctor. I did, a couple of days passed, and when I called, they said they still didn’t have it. I explained that my doctor stated to me that they faxed over paperwork to them stating to refill it, and yet they still claimed there was nothing there.That’s not the only thing that has happened. Recently, I was prescribed an antibiotic. I waited TWO HOURS for it, arrived at the store, and they claimed it would take another hour. After I get my prescriptions, I’m NEVER returning here again.

Stood in line for 30 minutes to be told it would be ANOTHER 2 HOURS before the script would be ready. There were.4 people ahead of me and they were only able to actually deliver scripts to 1. DO BETTER

So the medication I HAVE to take is some that can NOT run out - like my anti-depression, fibromyalgia, and my hormone pills. These can send you into withdrawal. But I guess CVS in Mitchell, Indiana doesn't really care if it does or not, on the fact that every month I go threw this!! So in my opinion go somewhere else if at all possible or this could be you as well!! I'm changing to Paoli, Indiana at the end of this week. And I will never step foot into this store or the drive thru ever again!!!

World’s slowest drive thru. If you are picking up meds, don’t even bother with the drive thru, just go in, save yourself 30 minutes +
