Great hometown locally owned store. Workers are super friendly and knowledgeable. And they'll have that little part and you can't find anywhere else. Pretty decent selection of all other building materials too Plumbing electrical all the essential.

I love having a local place to get the parts needed to do my home improvement jobs. The employees are real helpful, they offer specialized tools to use to get the job done. Someone has been available to help anytime I've been in the store. For a small local store the prices are very reasonable.

I have been going to this store for as long as I can remember. I've always gone here when I need screws, bolts, pvc, and many other plumbing and household projects. It is close to where I live and beats driving all the back to bedford. Plus, there are some great deals once in a while there. The other day, I bought a square bale, and it was all I expected it to be. Plus, there is always a bear stature there, always been there as far as I know.

They have about one of everything. Being smaller than most of the ace hardware stores I'm use too. They dont seem to have much room for extra inventory.The plus side is, their employees. Very well-mannered, knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a good customer to worker ratio. Usually theirs about 4 workers in the store when I go in and normally about 2-3 customers so it's about even. Makes it very easy to get help.All in all! I like it! Keep it up guys. 5 star maybe next year.

I love ACE Hardware/Ben Franklin. Marvin, Suzanne, Randy and the rest of the team are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The store serves so many purposes for our family. It's my go-to place for framing portraits. We buy hardware supplies, paint, garden supplies, craft supplies, fabric, gifts and pool supplies from ACE because it's local and a joy to visit. Thank you, ACE. We appreciate all that you do!

They have a great variety of supplies from plants to hardware, plumbing supplies, grills,cards. Always friendly helpful staff. Love supporting local places that cover such a broad need. Definitely save money with cost of gas having not to drive far to get what you need. You need something in Mitchell In. That is the place to go. Hands down the best.

Good selection, prices are a smidge high but everything is high right now. Staff is hard to find but they're usually working/stocking. Check out line is consistently slow but that's because it's a small town and everybody knows everybody. Store is always clean and well stocked.

Unfortunately this is 45 minutes from my house because I love the place. I embroidery and their selection is awesome. I found everything I needed with the exception of a few colors of floss I'm sure I can get that later.Very friendly staff also.

These guys are awesome, I don't remember his name but there is an associate in their hardware dept. That is fvery helpful, and VERY knowledgeable!! Well worth the time to go see them.
