Got here early, like at 8am. Appt was at one. I checked in, lady at the front was extremely nice. Despite me checking in and staying off to the side to be respectful, another driver decided that they would go on the scale and completely ignore me over there. Well now it's 30 minutes past my appointment time and I'm still waiting, obviously they are very slow to unload and that's why they don't pay detention pay. I hope my company never sends me here again because this whole load was ridiculous. They gave me 4 days to get 1100 miles. and they are closed on the weekends, so I wasted four days now for one load to be pushed aside despite having an appointment.

Am a Professional Bulk Driver, I have had a number of Very Bad & Hard Unloading Times at Various Companies.But the Bulk Receiver UnLoader at WellPet--Brian happens to be the,VERY BEST, & MOST PROFESSIONAL BULK UNLOADER ASSOCIATEI HAVE EVER HAD THE PRIVLEDGE TO WORK WITH.Brian is a Very Genuine & Good Man at his Profession....And does a GREAT JOB Getting Bulk Drivers Back on the road as Fast as He is able.My Personal Thank You to You Sir, and Have A Blessed Labor Day Holiday Sir. Hopper drivers, had a 1pm unload appointment. Arrived at 1030am got in early to off load. However, the grate is a horrible setup to off load lamb meal through. You have to do alot of manual labor to get hoppers empty. They do have all the tools you need to off load on site! The staff was friendly, but they don't help in the off load process! Maybe not the place for anyone unwilling to shovel a bunch!

In 2021 when I started, I would have given this place a raving review. 10 stars. Now? I wouldn't even give them one, but it made me so I could write this review 😂 let me put it to you this way; management is a joke, their systems are outdated, their policies are ineffective, and they are only passing their audits because they know people that deal with federal requirements and clean up real nice when it's time to. Do not apply. This place is going downhill in a bad way, in an unsafe way. Don't take it from me tho, I'm just the messenger, and I don't carry a gun to shoot back.

Was very excited to work for this company because of how I thought they treat their employees. I had just started and have been in and out of the hospital. At the hospital as week speak. They have no paid me once, and my phone is blocked from reaching them after I offered to give them any paper work so I could continue on with my job when I got better. I felt like a number, unimportant, an inconvenience because I was in the hospital and definitely treated different than others. They’re refusing to answer my emails, voicemails, calls. And won’t pay me for the weeks I worked. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else that unexpectedly experiences health problems and ends up in the hospital.

Four hours wasted in the unloading process; Unacceptable. Although everyone were very nice and apologetic, I would rather deal with a-holes providing fast unloading. When you are delivering you must go on their scale, also on the way out.

The situation is complicated for a simplified rating.Coworkers had already arrived at the delivery however, couldn't unload. I was asked to complete it; that i would be first in the morning.Not prepared for how fast trailers were to change out once they were done i believe i slowed things down; though receiver did not flip out on me. -He was respectful.With lack of enough to really evaluate i don't give x5 stars. Though my experience was good.

These guys unload 24/7 Monday-Friday. The unload you inside. He hooked up a suction cup vibrator along with the vibrator i had. I delivered salmon meal, their pit is small & kinda slow but these guys went above & beyond to help me get unloaded.

I'm new in the area, the plant on 11 th street, not far from logan st. WELL I am sure has done a great job. But the smell makes me sick, I have to work outside in the area, , Monday they Friday, and I may ask for another position because it's just horrible.

The main reviews are about trucking and smell. The company, however, is very knowledgeable about pet nutrition and are constantly working to make the most nutritious food available for pets. The people are nice. Yes, there is smell, but it is not the company's fault to get such awful reviews from locals!!

Easy peasy...great gal checked me in...so nice..didn't catch her name...wish I would have...never had an issue there...takes a little bit to respond to the buzzer...but please be patient...they have other chores...awesome job...been there alot over the years...

This place is slow. Called ahead of time to make sure that load is ready . Was told that it is and if i show up they will get me loaded within an hour. B.s got here at 11 am no trucks at all for live load. Waited till 12 they decided to go to lunch. Came back at 12:45 started loading . Took another 2 hrs after that to get loaded .

All trucker should boycott Well pet and Badger.They hold drivers hostage even though they require appointments to deliver here. Then don't pay for the 3 days you are forced to sit to deliver after your appointment.Will not haul this garbage again for any price.Dirty nasty operation, one reason we don't feed our dogs their slop.We only haul there cost saving products they use for their food. We don't consider treated chicken guts prime chicken or healthy.Facility is pretty sloppy and dirtyBe warned

This place sucks I got here about 9:30 p.m. for a midnight appointments to deliver low Ash chicken meal it is 4 p.m. the next day and started unloading at 2 p.m. and I am not have unloaded yet the driver is expected 2 poke his whole load through a grate with a stick with no help from employees I will never return

Come for a pickup got in a door in 5 mins was out within 45 mins. Steve was awesome to deal with even gave me directions to get back on the highway with the right trucking directions thanks Steve for your help

Worst unloading facility I've ever been too. Driver has to keep proding product for it to fall into auger out of hopper trailer. Took me 3 hrs to unload chicken meal, 48k, stupid

Open 5:30am to 4am. FCFS place. They have overnight parking. Clean restroom. Also they have scale to Check your weight. Nice staff. For direction see the picture.

2am delivery appointment. Arrived at 1:30am. 2:30 before they got me checked in. 6:30 am before I got into pit to unload. Only 2 trucks in front of me at 1:30 when I arrived
