I just wanna know how is it that Walgreens can be closed on a Saturday and Sunday knowing that people are getting their prescription field those days over 1000 people are not gonna get their medication. They are voluntarily making people go through withdrawals because they’re not getting their pain meds or what about the people who need their blood thinners shame on Walgreens how embarrassing I hope that somebody sues Walgreens, especially the one On Mckinley, those people are horrible!!! You cannot close the pharmacy for two days in a row what is so important that you have to be closed on a Saturday! How embarrassing for the employees I know I would be embarrassed if I had to work at Walgreens! Shame on you! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I arrived at 9:56pm and the door was already locked when I tried to enter. I had a literal migraine and was denied service to buy aspirin to relieve my pain. Plus the lady took forever to come to the door even though I was clearly on my phone trying to call the store, she was super rude and rolled her eyes at my request to please just let me buy a bottle of aspirin. If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 stars I would.

Just came to grab my curbside pickup order. This was my first time and I love how quickly I got my order! As a parent with an infant the ease being able to order online and pick up is such a blessing! The lady who brought out my was really kind and courteous. I will definitely be ordering more from Walgreens now that they have curbside and the service was excellent. Thank you

I always receive great service here, they fill my prescriptions quickly and correctly. The employees are also very friendly and happy to make small talk or even help you with other store items. The pharmacists really know they stuff! They never hesitate to help a customer out.Thank you so much Walgreens, you're definitely the best pharmacy in this entire area! 😷 💊🤒🤧

I love this Walgreens. The Paula and Ethan were very helpful. The pharmacists are very friendly and are eager to help. Was stressful during the remodel, but it continues to provide excellent service.

Felicia from the photo dept., is an exceptional employee. I was visiting from Florida about a month ago, and was trying to make a collage of photos to fit in a frame for an early Father's Day gift for my Dad. We were both hving difficulties but she was determined to figure out how we could make all the pictures I had, fit in the frame. Felicia got it to, not only fit but it looked so perfect in my Dads frame. He was very surprised and touched and loved his present. Thank you so much, Felicia for caring about me and really working hard to make sure I left, a happy customer!!!Dawn from Florida

They have the best pharmacy staff that I have ever dealt with in all my life! They have a very stressful job and have to deal with some very rude,negative and disrespectful people on a daily basis!!! but every time I have been there no matter the circumstances they always treat me with the upmost respect and kindness that I have ever experienced from any pharmacist or a pharmacy technician!!!!! CHRISTINA, LIZ and MARVIN deserve to be recognized for the stellar service that they provide to me and ALL of their customers on a daily basis! They always go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are treated like human beings instead of being treated like a number as I have been treated at other pharmacies!!!! I do not understand some of these negative comments that I see posted because I have been going there for a long time and have never once seen or experienced any of the negative things that I see posted on here. If you are looking for a pharmacy that has a staff the truly cares about their customers than this is definitely the pharmacy for you!!!!! Under no circumstances will I ever use another pharmacy! I will always use this pharmacy simply because of the fact that they truly do care!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

Pharmacy staff is amazing. Almost like having a personal pharmacist. Christine is an angel and her techs are nothing short of angelic themselves. When I had problems getting a prescription filled on insurance, a formulary mixture to help with my chemotherapy, they worked hard to get it approved. Also very fast and convenient. Like I said, amazing!

Both pharmacy techs had no clue what they were doing. Asking same questions 6 different times and then wondering why I’m getting frustrated. Had a problem with my insurance although it hasn’t changed in over 7 months, telling me that I have a secondary insurance when I do not. Waited OVER an hour for 1 prescription to be filled, when I was told it would be 20 minutes. Rude pharmacist, didn’t catch his name.

Worst service I've ever experienced at a Walgreens. Had to ask for help in cosmetics 3 times. Then, I was told "It's gonna be a sec". Got to the register and cashier didn't say s@#t to me, not even a bye.

Worst experience at a Walgreens all because of one employee. I went to this location, conveniently close to home, with a friend only to get a nail polish. We saw one we really liked and I decided to buy it. While looking at other colors I put a LITTLE swab of the color I'm buying on my nail just to see how it would look. Out of no where this woman who works there, literally gasped real loud and screamed at me "your not suppose to do that!" I told her I was testing it and we already planned on buying it. She continued past me and gave us the ugliest glair I've ever been given! Good think krogers close to home too.😑

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is great. They do their very best to fulfill orders as quickly as they can and are always friendly, even when there is an issue. I think that as long as you’re nice, they’re nice. That’s how the world should be.

Great pharmacy staff who are severely over worked yet still manage to greet customers with a great attitude and they are always ready to answer any question with professionalism and accuracy. I can’t imagine a situation that would ever stop me from going there for my prescription needs

Friendly customer service at this Walgreens. My grandfather stops in so often and they treat him like family. When I come in, they always make sure to get me the best deals with coupons!

The Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful, however the store staff is awful.... often rude, unhelpful, and sometimes even mean. I would recommend this Pharmacist above any other one I've gone to in the Michiana area.. but only the pharmacy

Went in to have my meds filled and was treated like a drug addict. Went to my normal pharmacy got my meds filled with no issue. They try to act like they are over the doctors. Beware
