They had things that I tried getting at other stores. The other stores were very over priced and quality was low. And, they actually had friendly people working. Also I could access someone to assist me loading my vehicle. Great customer service STILL MATTERS. I get the same service 3 hours to South from here. Great company and consistent. All of these things are what gives a company nuy in from their surrounding community. Even though we are being pushed to thick otherwise. Human interaction is what separates us from say, a block of cement! 😉

Visit here pretty regularly for dog food. The place is always clean and isles clear. Your greater when you walk in the door and the checkout experience is almost always quick and friendly. Several times they have found sale discounts on stuff I was buying and applied it even though I had no idea it was going on. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Very good experience today! I went to pick up some large heavy mats and Renee was very helpful with trying to load them. We figured out quickly my car wasn't going to fit them, so Renee helped arrange delivery to my office. Simple process, worked great! Thank you for taking the time and effort to make a challenging situation easier!

They better have the red cedar available right now I'm using pine I'm not liking the control that I have with using that I have tropical birds and I use that for the lining of their trays the red cedar helps control bugs better it smells great other than that TSC is great

I love TSC! I buy all my chicken feed and scratch here and I've even bought a few chicks. Beware of buying female chicks because some of the time, they're not females.Do your research before buying any baby chicks because the help I've had getting baby chicks there, wasn't very knowledgeable about chickens.

I went in to pick up our new riding mower and needed to rent the trailer from the Niles location. The manager on duty on Ireland Rd felt bad about their trailer not being rentable that day. We had some issues with the mower and with all the issues we had the manager called Jordan out to help with loading my new mower on rented trailer from Niles. I joked about if I could have Jordan come unload from trailer and she said absolutely he can follow you and unload it to make sure it was working fine. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure that my new mower got loaded and unloaded perfectly. After he unloaded it he also made sure that I knew how to work it and what all controls were. I just wanted to tell Jordan thank you for his hard work and dedication to his job customer service was phenomenal. Jordan at the Mishawaka store on Ireland and bremen highway deserves a raise. And a superhero shirt.

HORRIBLE experience, most definitly will not return to this location or any other location for that matter. Felt very unwelcome, so much so that I went ahead and dealt with my cold hands the rest of the day. I assure you that everyone is really not trying to steal from you, and then to attempt to back out of your actions is nothing less than insulting. Feel very fortunate that I'm not a part of the lawsuit culture, or I would probably have that case wrapped up..

Very very disappointed in the way my wife was racially profiled this afternoon. I personally love Tracker supply! Until now! My wife was harassed with no explanation for it. This is even after she went back in the store and asked the manager why they had employees taking pictures of her and our vehicle. I'm sure the CCTV has captured it all, we will see if we get any apology after they review the video of the harassment. I went here to grab the food I need for our puppies and I'm quite impressed. The associate greeted me as I was walking in to the store and also let me know that they just got a truck in Friday so they should have what I needed. Needless to say, I bought the puppy food and also grabbed quite a few if their very reasonably priced puppy toys. I will definitely be coming here from now on. It beats Rural King in so many ways and is closer to home!! Thanks so much Tractor Supply!

Went in for lilacs, the cashier said that all the plants they have are outside.Went to lunch, checked internet for another TSC location that had them and the only one that had any was the store I just left, so I went back and the lilacs were inside the store right behind the cashier.

I would have given 5 stars, but the check out line was long with only one cashier. I have really nothing negative to say as their very helpful & welcoming. I think I was at the wrong time as the workers were busy doing other things which is understandable......but usually I'm always at the right place at the right time.

Went to buy some rubber boots. There were only about 5 pairs for all sizes. None were matched, I spent most of my time finding a right and a left of the same size. Otherwise it would have been better. The lines were long and two associates came and asked if we were paying by cc. If we were they were able to check us out. Excellent job with that innovation to get customers serviced.

Yikes. Go to get my dog a rabies vaccine with VIP petcare in the building and some toys and treats for my dog.I go into the store and no one is there. No signs for VIP petcare, no TSC employees to help.Give up and go to my truck. Lo and behold! TSC employees at the back of a truck just chatting. If they're on a break, this makes it look like indifference.Do better!

They weren't even interested in talking to me or even attempting to try and help me with what I was looking for. Store was in disarray and no one trying to clean and pick it up. "Update" was just there again and store was in much better state than before. Would rate higher if a little more customer service was offered.

Did an online purchase to pick up in store. The website showed the item at a special price, when I picked it up the manager already knew of the issue of website failure to mention it was an open box return item vs new on sale and approached me with grace. The item was discounted but it was an electrical item so purchase was risky for me. Manager offered additional discount for peace of mind and was a very nice person and was wonderful to deal with not like most places. Thanks

Great employees, I come here regularly for bird food and cracked corn for my ducks, I love the process, and the critters love the food! I also appreciate how the employees will help carry stuff out, I'm disabled and could never be able to lift those into the car!Love how helpful you are. I've had a positive time every time!

We go to the Pet Vet Clinic offered on weekends. Tractor Supply has a variety of pet and livestock supplies with reasonable prices. Good selection of foods and treats.

Had been looking for some good bearings in the ~5/8" shaft size and have been to other hardware stores with mediocre quality results. The farm tractor bearings I found here were a much higher quality sealed bearing with no noticable play/slop like the ones made for furnace fans. Hardware selection was decent, lots of other stuff for animals and lawn care that I did not look at in great detail, but noticed what looked like a good selection.

This was an amazing experience. They sold something they didn't have - not their fault, they were sent the wrong thing. But they substituted instantly with a better version no issues or discussion from me other than - will this work? And of course! I felt really taken care of. Thank you!

First time in this particular store, but have visited TSC many times, and in two different states. Great farm and home store. Needed a diesel fuel can for work, quick in and out. They had what I needed. Cashier was sweet and helpful, experience was good.

I got my 60 gallon air compressor here and it was the cheapest place anywhere to get one. I definitely recommend coming here. I always enjoy browsing through this store as I could do it for many hours without having to try.

Found exactly what I was looking for and had a great time there. Love how there is something for everyone in our family at Tractor Supply Company. I ended up buying a John Deer pullover on clearance for $20. Very happy about that. 😁

Great place to get just about anything you need on the farm and they got great prices as well. I purchase my dog food here for about half of what it costs at stores like Dollar General. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful and usually greet me at the door.
