The employees there are so nice, helpful when you cannot find something, We just got our Boy his favortie treats he absolutely loves and a new slip color for astetic wear(bcuz his flat color is messing his neck hair up😅) we started only using his flat color for when he goes outside to potty

Last Saturday (April 13, 2024) I had my dog in for a Bath & Full haircut service. I have taken my dog there for nail grind/trim and teeth brushing and have a great experience with groomer Sean. But on Saturday's visit, when I got there to pick up my puppy and while waiting for her, I noticed one of the groomers being very disrespectful and mean towards another dog she was giving a haircut. I felt very angry and sad to witness the mistreatment the dog was objected to. I asked the lady that brought back my dog who gave a haircut to my pet and she pointed on the direction of the person who was mistreating the aforementioned dog. I am not sure how PetSmart handle this situations, but I am very positive that I don't want this groomer near my dog. If she was having a bad day, she should not take it out on the dogs who we are entrusting her with.

Perhaps employees should spend less time socializing with each other and more time attending to their customers. Spent fifteen minutes waiting to be acknowledged in aquatics. When I noticed the employees at the register just talking and laughing with each other and ignoring me (when it is not my job to hunt down associates) I just walked out. 02/21/24 @ 11:54a.

We typically only come to this store when on this side of town. Great location near everything. Pricing on bugs for reptiles really shouldn't be as expensive as they are in the store, and I am talking superworms, hornworms, and dubai roaches. Other than that, nothing bad about this location.

It's a box chain pet store. Not awful, not great. Didn't have the feeder rats I needed for the 3rd week in a row which I'm sure is just a supply chain issue, nothing the store itself can do🙃

Always a pleasure shopping here! With two large fish tanks, this pet store seems better stocked than most for what we need. Very friendly caring employees always ask if you need help. At our most recent visit we looked at the cats and found a sweet one that had only been there 4 hours! I signed application papers from Heartland Animal Rescue and got a call right after returning home. They ok'd my app and Joy made a special trip in to the store to take care of our adoption process. Went very smoothly and within minutes we took our furry new bundle home to meet our other cat! Very happy with Pets mart! Thank you all!☺😸🐠

5 stars for a small in store shelter. I was so happy to see that it's possible to adopt a pet in this store. The adoption prices were not expensive and ranged from $50 to $100 only. The cats seemed quite friendly and happy to see humans.Thank you PetSmart for taking care of these cuties.Since it was my first time checking this store I can't say much about the products yet. I spent all my time playing with cats. But next time I'm there I'll look at the products more.The only thing that I would like to see in the store for now is Orijen Regional Red dry cat food.

Every employee was busy and if they see someonr just standing for more than about 45 seconds they will come up and ask if they can help!! Animals are all well taken care of and you rarely see any dead fish!! And if you have concerns for the animals, they will come check them out immediately!!

I usually take my dogs to the PetSmart grooming on Ireland Rd, but I decided to take them to the Grape Rd location which was a mistake. When I came to pick up my dogs I realized that both of their nails hadn't been done and my one dog was never brushed. They told me they were able to do everything except clean one of my dogs ears because she was too whiny, then they handed me their tooth brushes. One tooth brush was clearly used and the other was not and still had the tooth paste on it. They insisted that everything was done except for cleaning the ears of my one dog and that they would give me 10% off for that. I didn't argue. I just paid and left. The dog who didn't have her ears cleaned was never brushed. There was hair all over me, my husband, our car, and house and that is how I know she wasn't brushed. It was a great experience at the Ireland Rd PetSmart, but because of this incident on Grape Rd. I won't be spending anymore money with PetSmart. I gave two stars because at least they were bathed and smelled good.

The manager or woman that acted as the manager really needs to work on her interpersonal communication skills (Syd ).I understand I was doing something I shouldn’t ( getting my own $0.20 fish) for various reasons1. I walked around & didn’t see anyone to assist me ( store is closing in less than 10 min )2. I was purchasing turtle feed for my niece & needed a specific size. ( really small ones )I of course apologized & let her know where I’m from ( down south ) because of short staffing they allow customers to get their own bottom tiered fish. ( they’re cheap & it’s not rocket science )As a district manager ( I oversee 10 locations ) saying things in a manner that gets the point across but also meets the needs of the business is vital. ( encourages customers to shop at said location )She was rude, & acting as if I was inside of rare expensive fish tank trying to steal . These fish are $0.20 each.She did assist with getting said fish ( aka doing her job ) however proceed to have an attitude, & repeatedly stated if I did this again she would kick me out of the store ( as if the first 2 times she implied I didn’t get lol ).Tbh I would of preferred to be kicked out then deal with such a poor attitude & pay for something that is not going to fit my needs… $0.20 or not.After telling her my needs & showing her the fish size I needed … she proceeded to not get the correct size.I see this location has a great reputation & reviews. Maybe she is new, having a bad day, & or just hates working customer service… if someone apologizes & you see it’s a honest misunderstanding… cut that attitude & be pleasant otherwise find another line of work.

I am moving and one of the big things I needed was a harness for my cat Piglet. Went there and was worried that I wouldn't be able to find one that would fit her, due to her CHONKINESS. Asked for the return policy and was told it was basically returnable as long as it was not destroyed. Bought one harness and just as I feared, the Piglet was too chonky. Immediately returned to the cashiers surprise and explained the predicament. It took nearly the whole team to figure out what kind of harness we needed for a chonky kitty that could not fit in the large kitty harnesses but also wouldn't slide out. But they figured it out in the end. Five stars given because the cashier understood that Piglet's name is a reference to Winnie the Pooh and not because of her chonkiness.Also sidenote: Petsmart is not an animal shelter. Do not dump your unwanted animal on them, or their customers. They do not have the resources to take care of that animal.

Kiara did great grooming my dog Delilah! Delilah’s nails look great. Kiara also used oatmeal shampoo to help Delilah’s dry skin. I’m impressed! Thank you! 🐾

Staff is nice and have a wide selection of products but the prices are outrageous. Paid $80 for dog food that I get for $60 online at chewy. Same thing with the antlers, charging $40 for an “xxl” which didn’t even have 3 points on it. Another couple overheard me audibly gasp at the price and came over and even laughed at how outrageous it was. No wonder they have a payment plan sign on their front door. Stick to chewy yall, especially if you have capital one because you get 5% back.

I really like how the employees take the time to listen to me. I adopted my cat from this location four years ago. This past week. I went in and thanked them for the opportunity to have my cat. They were all very happy to hear about how well my cat has grown up. Thanks, PetSmart!

My daughter LOVES visiting the kitties, creatures and pick out fish. Bathrooms clean. Friendly staff. Over priced unless items are on sale.
