The people at the pharmacy are great, but the policies and service are awful. My doctor prescribed me emergency prescriptions. When I left the office at 6:00 p.m., I tried to call ahead to know when I could pick them up. The phone rang and then hung up on me eight times. I drove there anyway and was told that because they were understaffed, they couldn't answer their phone. When I got home later (after they had closed) I discovered that they had only filled only one of my prescriptions and hadn't bothered to tell me. I will ever use that pharmacy again.

I laughed when I heard their greeting when I called today “switch to Meijer pharmacy for quick and easy service”. There is nothing quick nor easy about this pharmacy. I said on the phone for nine minutes and listen to it rang without one person picking up. I am would switch pharmacies if there was a location that was as convenient as theirs. For 5 months now I have to go around and around with the pharmacy to refill my mom’s prescriptions. She’s ran out on numerous occasions. I/We have been accused of misusing, trying to refill too early and the list continues of issues. after a big fiasco last month trying to get her medication refilled they ended up refilling the medication‘s that had already been discontinued ,that I had already told them twice that they had been discontinued. Her doctor changed her dosage and the quantity to hopefully avoid the confusion with the pharmacy, but alas it only appeared to cause more confusion and more accusations. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and compassion.

Do you wanna be talked down to? Do you want to made to feel like coming to pick up your rx is an inconvenience to everyone person there? Do you want to be made to feel its somehow your fault that a doctor perscribed you this particular medicine and they don't have it in stock? Then you've picked the right pharmacy! These ladies here will have the attitude that you've interrupted thier favorite part of every movie they have ever watched. And you better call around to see if other places have that medicine in stock because they won't lift a finger to help you. Good luck!

Horrible customer service. My bf asked to have good RX applied and they basically threw a fit. When my bf told them to forget the good Rx he will just pay the regular price the rude pharmacist said it was his idea to try and save $5. Umm who wouldn't try and save money? Then they told him they would have to rerun the whole thing and he would have to wait another 30-60min. When my bf was getting frustrated the pharmacist made a comment about he told him the price when he talked to him on the phone when in fact he never talked to him on the phone because I did all the calling and I only talked to womenThe whole experience was sketchy And rude. We will be transferring back to Walgreens just so we don't have to deal with that anymore

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. Yes, there are long wait times but that is due to the sheer volume of people. That's not why I'm ultimately annoyed and upset. I went to pick up a prescription for my elderly mother that had been called in by urgent care and they said it would be 40 minutes before it would be ready. I asked why and she said they were "backed up." It's cold/flu/sinus season! Why wouldn't you be staffed better?! When I went back to pick up her medication (after the 40 minutes), I was informed that they didn't have her medication in stock and they would have to order it and did I want to do that. I was 100% livid. They had called several people back to the pharmacy over the PA system, why hadn't they called me back to inform me of this? I had just wasted 40 minutes waiting for something that wasn't going to get there until the next day?! They said they would call as soon as it was ready for pick up. Fast forward to this morning, 11:30am. Still no phone call. I call them and have to call back 4 times before someone actually picks up the phone (the automated system kicks you out after several rings). I ask if it's ready and they say yes. The girl on the phone was nice about everything at least. I won't be having any more prescriptions sent to them, though. It would have been faster to get the thing filled through my mom's mail order pharmacy!

UPDATE! In the 7 months since my initial review they have really stepped up their game. My meds are now consistently on time, the staff have become helpfull and I now feel okay going there.******OLD REVIEW******Consistently late with the med that is crucial to my mental health by over a week. Remember, more than once. Currently withdrawing and becoming unstable because of the deliberate incompetence of this place. DO NOT GO! I don't know how anyone gets their meds here. I'll be switching ASAP.Oh, and they hang up on you when you call BEFORE you get a chance to talk, so there's no reason to do so.

They never have the meds I need. They have poor customer service and instead of filling the ones I need i have to go back several times a week sometimes to get my meds. Some of the pharmacist are mean and rude . they always have a cocky attitude towards me . all but one.. If my insurance paid for me to go elsewhere I totally would. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER 😠😠😠😡😢

This Pharmacy has the rudest employees! Never have I been treated so poorly. If you are looking to be a number to a big box pharmacy this is the place to go. They do not treat people like individuals it is all about what they want to do. They are quick to restock a med that is ready. When you show up to pick up the med that has been restocked they will look you square in the face and say they have nothing for you and act like they have no clue why you are there. Once you get them to admit it was restocked and ask if you still want it, like you are not standing right there to pick it up. Will have the nerve to remind you that they close in 30 mins. Instead of working diligently to serve the customers that are there. Only once you complain to the Pharmacist about how the tech treated you will you get your meds filled.I had to call this place to see if a med was on recall. First go around they picked up and hung on me. The second time when they answered and stated what I was calling for they did not even ask my name just said none of the meds the are serving are on a recall and rushed me off the phone. Like thanks for checking and making me feel assured. Did not even ask my name... Poor Poor customer service. Time to take me and my Meds elsewhere!!!!I would give a ZERO star if it would allow it.

Very, VERY slow. I don't even think it's the staffs' fault, I think it's the LACK of staff they have on duty, they definitely need more technicians.Every time I go there and have to deal with "Jane R.", she's incredibly rude. Asked her to check and see if they have the medication I need in a generic and she told me the line was too long for her to check. She always shakes her head as if I'm purposely trying to make her job harder.

I have no problem with the pharmacy, they take 30 minutes every time even if they've had your prescription sent to them 10 hours earlier, but my main issue is one of the pharmacy techs is so rude every time I'm in there. Jane needs to find a need job, bc she obviously doesn't enjoy the one she has now, and is NOT good with people. She was even rude to her co worker blanently right in front of me the other day. I felt so bad for the poor younger girl. But Jane is rude and I won't even go in there if I see her in there anymore.

Always had a good experience here. Not sure what the guy was talking about when he said they won't fill a prescription a day ahead of time, because that is federal law, nothing the pharmacy can do about it. Any way, there sometimes is a line and once was over looked, the gal thought we had already been helped. But the pharmacist was always helpful with questions and the girls were always friendly. One gal wasn't nice once and never saw her there again. Used this place for three years and love it. Plus with Mperks we earn cash back on our prescriptions!

Staff is always courteous and friendly but the app and website SUCKS please get rid of med a sync. It is the most worthless piece of programming I have ever dealt with. The app was pretty good until you handed it over to med a sync. I'm actually about to transfer all my medications to CVS. It is that frustrating.

Although the wait is typically a little long, (and a select few pharmacist techs seem slightly "flighty,") the main pharmacist who works there - (tall guy with brown hair,) is amazing, as well as another female tech with short blonde/brown streaked hair, and I'm always well taken care of whenever I have any questions. If I do ever have an issue with pricing for my RX's, they can easily date back in the system to the last time I filled it, and see what I paid. I will always prefer this pharmacy over any others...! (I just hope they fixed their drive through window, since it was out of service last time and I had to carry my baby inside and wait awhile...!) I've also never had any issues with them accepting my GoodRX coupons, as others have stated in their reviews.

Nothing. It is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.Never have original script/refill done on time.Slow. Slow. Slow. You will have a minimum wait of 15 mins even if your the only Customer.Staff is not Knowledgeable...techs are essentially the homeless off the street.Pharmacists who won't fill a RX a day before refill due.Don't get a RX filled here.

Seriously this is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever delt with. Everytime I call they either don't answer or they are rude, last time I called I said "Can you look up my account please" and the lady said "I don't know can I?" .. are these the type of people you want handling your medication? Every time I went it to get my meds the girl at the front is extremely rude and ALWAYS says, "I don't know how to pronounce your medications, are these yours?" And turns the computer monitor around with all my info and script names on it for everyone to see. So extremely unprofessional. Also, they stopped caring one of my meds and didn't bother to tell me, they let me know when I came and picked it up later that day I was out and they said "go to another pharmacy to get it." This is 100% the WORST customer service I have experienced in my life, on top of that the waiting lines are ridiculous, the rest of the staff is unwelcomimg, unpleasant, and could care less about you, this pharmacy is so unorganized, do not go here!!!

In line OVER 6ft from customer in front of me at plex service window. Tech steps around said something. Had to step up closer by 2 or 3 ft to hear anything and then he narrows his eyebrows. I asked what... can't hear you. All I get is back and now abruptly motioning me back. My turn I say btw I was over 6ft back. He still power tripping lectures me on patient privacy. Seriously! I had to move 2or 3 ft closer to even hear what he wanted but he actually was so self righteousness to accuse me of eavesdropping in a noisy store with vent fans running all while another customer was actually closer and I was standing 6 ft away. Never doing business there again.

Giving this pharmacy one star is still to much credit, more like a point of the star. Went to have prescription filled, told come back in 25 minutes. Forty minutes later at "pick up" was told go back to the first window and make a pointless profile with them before they can proceed. Twenty five more minutes of a wait now but first not without the clueless look when asked, what did you do with the first forty minutes of having my script? Helen Keller could and would make more sense of the situation and stumble circles around these jokes.

They often don't have my prescription there for a day or two. I've had to drive to other Meijer pharmacies just to get it filled. Always slow and often can't get anyone to even answer the phone.

I have saved a ton of money using Meijer Pharmacy. If I have to wait for a prescription, I shop and they text me when the prescription is ready. I love the service. Also they have added more people to wait on you.

Went to the Meijer by UP mall: Pleasantly surprised by the cost of my medications. Same meds at Walmart: $300.00. Meijer: $98.00. It would've been a perfect experience if, when my meds were out of stock at one Meijer, the tech would've thought to call another site to see if they had it in stock there. I asked her to call and she did, so she was ok in my book. They hurried to get my script filled 25 minutes before closing time. The employees were nice and very friendly.

Horrible customer service. Do not walk in with a script unless you have an hour plus to wait. They'd rather put away bins of prefilled scripts than take the 10 min to fill you're order why you wait. Not everyone lives next door. Telling a customer to drive back in an hour and a half is terrible for business. Also, they tell you one thing on the phone and you get there and it's another.

Waited on the phone for 15 minutes for a price on my medication. They have no idea what they're doing. Instead of putting me on hold, they sat the phone down and I could hear the confusion. I'll be switching pharmacies ASAP. Also, never got the answer I needed.

Worst pharmacy ever!! They take forever to get your script and give you a time to come back and it still isn't ready!! Plan on it being 2 hours no matter what they say... I'll never come back

On more than one occasion my Dr's office has sent over prescriptions for me to pick up. Several hours later I go in to pick up my medicine and they havent even touched it yet. Slow, horrible service!
