The produce department is DISGUSTING. They have vegetables in wicker baskets that are loaded with MOLD and the refrigerated produce is on pieces of old foil with black slime at the bottom. It's not like someone doesn't see this when they're restocking so they apparently don't care about making people sick. How do they never CLEAN anything? This has been going on for a long time. I can't imagine how unsanitary the back areas of the store are if this is how the area customers see looks.

I wanted tortillas for dinner. I had a hard time finding the bread aisle, never did find the bread but another shopper directed me to the specific ethnicity section and sure enough, there they were. Tortillas apparently are not bread. I find the aisle labels deceptive because not tortillas nor Mexican food was listed on the aisle label.Also if you have just one more item than allowed at self check out there is this one picky clerk that will call you out.What if I want to check out my entire cart myself because I don't like two more people touching my food?Bittersweet in OC Aisles are always clean and well lit, not so at Princess Center in Granger. I find the other shoppers to be kind, available and knowledgeable of product locations. I wish there was a reward system for them.Different stores have different products so don't look for any continuity in foods.I also don't care for the fact they require a Martin's card so they can sell my info.Don't lose it because oh my goodness you can only have so many! I've lost 3in 3years.I rarely shop here.If you would like an honest review of your local store hit me up.

Convenient location. The employees are always nice and friendly. Some things are reasonably priced, whereas others may not be. I recently downloaded the app for coupons, seems to save you a little bit of money.

This is my favorite store to do my grocery shopping. Food is always fresh, the salad bar is awesome, Starbucks inside is another plus. Store is always clean, staff is very pleasant. Nothing bad to say in my opinion.

I've been going to this martins for almost 25 years. It's gone downhill in my opinion ever since they got bought out. Some things I've noticed are:1. Every time I fall in love with a food product it will be available for a few months and then suddenly it's gone, pulled from inventory permanently (with no similar replacement). If something is selling well and flying off the shelves, why is it no longer available if its in demand?2. Prices have gone up too much for some items. Inflation is understandable. But finding a single frozen pizza here for $10 versus the same exact one at whole foods for $7? When did Martin's get more expensive then Whole foods??

I went to check out and the bagger who was bagging for me barely spoke to me (i think his name was deitrick, i cant quite remember but it was something like that), he also had hickeys all over his neck. Disgusting! There are kids in the store, is this really the type of person martins wants representing their store??

Martin’s on bittersweet has always been my “go to” for flowers. They always make up great arrangements.I stopped in to pick out some flowers to have at my wedding later that day. Just something to hold while exchanging vows.Tina was working that day. She went above and beyond. I ran to the deli to grab a sandwich while she worked on the flowers I picked out.I came back and she had created the most beautiful bouquet ever! It was more than I ever could have imagined. It was awesome.Thank you Tina for exceeding my expectations and helping contribute to a perfect day for me.

I stopped at the Starbucks inside the Martins. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. I was able to load my Starbucks card and use it. I was told you can earn stars there, just not redeem them. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and they had no problem doing a pour over. There was also a small cafe area that had a few outlets. And Martin's has free wifi.

I visit a nearby Airbnb often and stop at this Martin's when I'm in the area. Store is pretty clean and the staff is nice but the layout is really goofy to me.

And if you think Martin's Supermarket is too pricey, may I humbly persuade you to download the Martin's click-n-save application. U will be floored at the coupons and how much money you can save. (This is not a task for the impatient shopper... But it is worth all the bucks you will save on your next trip for food!)

My son and I filled out an application. He is 17, high functioning autistic and adhd. I took him to the interview. Unfortunately they told him they were not hiring. I called back , talked to Rachel Weber . She told me they were hiring but he didn’t meet the criteria. Needless to say they are not an open opportunity business like they say . It’s seriously saddening. Not quite sure how she got that position. Not to impressed

The store is usually pretty clean and the shelves are thoroughly stocked. It's broken up into two sections - basically the main store and the deli. A little on the expensive side but open late.

The layout at the front creates a lot of traffic and clusters of people because there is no place for a line to form. Any more than one person in queue puts people and shopping carts right in a high-traffic area.

This store has an employee that follows people around laughing and making fun of people. I've witnessed this many times.I just witnessed this employee following someone around who was limping and he was laughing at them, verbally making fun of them, and hitting his arm on his chest (offensive towards mentally disabled people). They kicked the person out of the store too when they complained.It is only a matter of time before they get sued. I recommend staying away from this establishment because even the management doesn't care.

Always fast, friendly service, but prices are substantially higher than most places. I use the Pharmacy most there and cannot say enough good about them. Friendly, knowledgeable Pharmacy staff, always take time to get to know you, your situation, your medications, etc., even call me by name when I go in

Went into pawmart was there for about 45 mins due to Adam being alone trying to get inventory out and help customers....for 45 mins while there not one other worker showed their face. Sad so very sad and this is exactly why I no longer work here the management will praise the employee who left the other to run the store alone and the one running the store alone will get zero recognition for that. Needs new management who treats all employees the same. Not just her favorites because they are her personal friends or personal friends children.Now the grocery store side itself is looking fantastic the new robot they have is great for checking stock amazing. So glad to see they have the salad bar back open and the Liz who is running it is awesome so sweet and cares about her job and the customers so happy to see this on the grocery side.

Such a great local grocery store. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. The prices can sometimes be a little higher then other grocery stores but it’s worth it to get the great customer service and cleanliness.

I like this Martin's location quite a bit, even though their selection isn't as good as some of the others. The employees in here have always been quite friendly and seem to work with each other really well. I think my only complaint about this store is generally related to a smaller selection, but their prices are decent and the quality of what they have is good, so I'm okay with the trade-off. Most of the time when I come in here I'm looking for the beer cheese dip that goes on the deli trays with soft pretzels, and this is the only Martin's location I know of that sells the cheese by itself.

All the workers in customer service were super friendly and understanding. All the isles were labeled making it super easy to find everything needed. They also had a starbucks and bakery inside!
