bring your patients and know they have none. terrible customer service and no sense of urgancy in meeting customer needs. we shopped at kroger 30 years and now shop at meijer for the cleaner look and friendlier staff.

If I had a choice of giving a star it will be zero because the employee was on number 12 on the register was taking someone's place for not well when I try to call when I got home to make a complaint on her I got something but they put the wrong price on it and she going to tell me I need to go take it back and I said I'm not she said she wasn't going to let me leave unless I put it back well I went to another register and when I got home I call and didn't know she's the one to answer the phone well she did not want to take my complaint down she didn't want to listen she didn't want to hear nothing matter of fact I didn't get one word out and next thing I know she's going to say I'm going to check the video on everything and hang up on me well find out when I called back an hour later talk to someone else that was her that was being rude to me the first time and she lied š” so this place is not trustworthy they got people in there I'll sit up there and lie I'm telling you guys if I was you do not go to this Kroger's on McKinley avenue in Mishawaka they disrespectful and then she act like she was somebody else all I can tell you is I'm pissed off the way she trapped me in front of my family and next time she has some rude to say I'm going to disrespect her next time she has something rude to say to me but it ain't going to be a next time because I'm going to let all my friends family know what kind of disrespectful store this is if you want Kroger's go to another one cuz a lot of them has respect for their customers this one don't and they don't care and they get a zero

Over 34 years and nobody's really dug into my skin like this company certainly has. I myself have been in grocery retail for 18 years now and have endured quite a punishment. You learn to absorb the public's reactions and never take them personally. My rating being so dismal is the result of a few practical reasons but because they often fill my cupboards and fridge, I'd bump it up to a 2½ star or even 2ā .- 1 star for the inconsistent "locked in" prices... that change 5 times in a month. Not sure whoever's in charge knows what 'locked' means. The same items can be 50Ā¢ to $2 more a week before or after my visit.- 1 star for Joan Anne (I think) who is the mean old bat people have complained about. She has an attitude that would make my father backhand her into retirement. An attitude adjustment is necessary. I understand she's also leering at a lot of dark skinned people. Do something about this woman. Move her to the back if you must. She clearly doesn't want to be where she is.- 1 star off for the continuous practice of the U-Scans being card only and at complete random. We're past the whole 2020 thing and coin shortage. This only leads me to believe whoever counts out cash drawers in the morning is doing a half-baked job. This is a company wide problem and needs to stop. Joan Anne used her condescending tone that there was a warning on the one I was using not accepting paper money. No. There. Wasn't. Besides, nobody wants to swipe a card for $1.25, right?This last bit is more directed at whoever is in charge of the hardware used by employees. U-Boats, pallet jacks, cleaning supplies, carts. I used to merchandise for a certain soda company and we had to use this broken down archaic garbage. I swear it's leftover surplus from when Sir Arthur had built Camelot. It's hard to use under somewhat heavy loads. Western Avenue location has NO working jacks. The bearings are completely shot. Managers need to replace everything.

Older lady with glasses running self checkout in the morning is a terrible worker. Had me move all my stuff to another register because she was too lazy to fix a problem. Clear she runs that area, cause it requires the least amount of effort.

They're OK, but they are consistantly low or out of certain product brands. Like in breakfast sausage. I don't recall the specifics because I don't shop there often. But I'll be over that way much more in a few months, and will update.

Was shopping today at the town and country kroger and remembered why I never shop there. There was ONE check out open. Ahead of me in line there was 12 shopping carts that were full of groceries- people that didnāt have carts were going to the self checkout. After 20 minutes of being in line I called customer service and a woman answered and I asked for another check out to be opened. She stated there was no one available to open a check lane- then added they are short staffed.Neither of these issues are my problem. And this issue is ALWAYS an issue there- for months and months. Today i was in line for 34 minutes to buy my groceries. Come on kroger. You are offering a service that you can not fulfill in a timely matter.

I just walked in 10:01 pm in the store i was not even know its 10pm already. But thr doors were open and a young black due said it is late and we are closing. I said ok can i quick go and look for baby milk. This guys said ok then suddenly starting rude and cussing at me. After 4 steps hey its ok i am not going but be nice with me but this guy keep saying something even i walked out. 04 years i am coming to this kroger and did not feel good about the behavior like this

I've probably left my cart half full about seven times. When I go to a store and if they don't have five items I'm looking for I got to go to a different store. I just leave my stuff there and keep moving they do a terrible job at keeping things stacked often a wasted trip

They are trying to mirror Walmart. One lane open and then self checkout. It takes over 30 minutes to get checked out. They never have their brand drinks stocked either. Open more lanes please.

My experience at Kroger at 9:30 at night tonight was absolutely ridiculous. I think her name was Regina or something like that. My friend Megan and I went in to Kroger at 9:30-9:35ish. (25-30 minutes before close) we were at the check out before 9:20. The lady who was at the self check out section was so rude. I was getting snacks. I got 3 things and it was $13 and some change. I paid with a $10, $1 and tried to pay with a second $1 but it was ripped so the machine wouldnāt take it. So I asked the lady what I could do she said nothing. But she was rude about it and I was using the $2+ of coins I had and the lady kept walking past me and Megan and was staring at us the whole time.My friend Megan tried processing her card as credit but the lady (Regina) said that she canāt. My friend has done it multiple times before and never had a problem. Plus the lady was kinda being mean about the situation. She was just mean and rude. I felt like she was staring at us and watching us the whole time at checkout.

I've always been a fan of Kroger. Its close to home and the 10 for $10 deals are awesome. The staff treats their customers as family, even knowing our names. The long term employees have even seen our children grow up and know their names, schools etc. Great Service along with value is at the top of their game. Always clean store with easy to find items. I am 47 years old and I remember my mom shopping their when I was a youngster. Never had any issues or concerns with the Town and Country Kroger on McKinley. Wonderful store all the way around!

The store is constantly short staffed. Never has anything I am needing in stock for weeks. They've run out of carts and bags before. The shelves are always bare of the essentials. I have stopped using this location as I would rather drive the extra 10-15 minutes to the other locations. At least there I know they will have the things I need. What an awful grocery store.

I love my Kroger shopping! All the Krogers I've been to get a 5 star but this one gets a 5 and a half star for being so friendly, fast, convenient and I love to see what's on clearance any day because there's always something I need in it! Not to mention I love being a rewards customer! I not only get points for discounted gas but I load coupons right to my card, I receive coupons based on my purchases and once a month I get best customer coupons for highly discounted items AND normally 1-3 coupons for free items! I'm so there...

I really dislike krogers, I don't know why I keep giving it a chance. It has nothing to do with the workers I just dislike the company in-general. This time it was the digital coupons. I spent 30 mind before I left the house adding coupons. Shopped all the items I had coupons for, come check out time I couldn't get the computer to see I had coupons. I asked for help from the cashier and was told "I don't know and there is nothing I can do". I ended just having to either make the choice of putting everything back or over paying by $8, i just delt with it but never again. I never have a good experience here, I also get my medications at the krogers pharmacy at Merrifield plaza and the last refill I had to go back 3 times because they kept screwing up my refill. I have several prescriptions that are filled all at once. I have them set up to be refilled on the same day. I went 3 times, the 1st time they somehow missed half my scripts and couldn't tell me why since they had the request but since it was so busy I was told I would have to come back tomorrow, came back the next day and still they missed one of the scripts, I was then to again come back tomorrow they were too busy. I use krogers because of the gold rx program but it is just not worth it any more. After today if I can avoid it I am not coming back here(or any other krogers).

I say I Donāt want substitutes and they still do it also I have not gotten all of my groceries and my bill is 144.65 I did not get all my order I so I was wanting to know what I do. Now I buy them At Walmart itās ok but I want my money as soon as Possible my order comes to $123.46 and my tip was $3.00 not $9.00 dollars

I love Kroger. I can purchase the precise product size and brands I love , everytime. Well lit. Fresh deli. Customer service desk readily available. Fresh produce. I buy all my meats from Kroger. Simple Truth Organic products. Milk prices are low always. I turn my cash into Kroger receipts and benefits from fuel points save me even more. I use the Kroger app and save on digital coupons ! Kroger is a tent pole in my life . Thank you to all the hard workers at Kroger during the Pandemic. Thank you Kroger š

I work here but I'll try and keep it as unbias as possible.ProsGreat friendly staffClean and very well laid out.CheapConsLack of carts during peak times of the day due to the store not having so many to begin with.The service desk is placed in a very bad position so the line for the desk is always in somevodies way no matter how they do it.Had to knock off 2 stars for the two reasons there but other than that it's a great place to shop with great associates who are more than happy to assist you.

I have worked at kroger for 7 1/2 yrs. Everybody is getting a bonus at the end of the month but because I work part time and not enough hours I do not get one. I really don't think that is fair I work just as hard as everyone else when I'm there. So I say to hell with krogers. If that's all you think of me then that's all I think of you.

I normally get in and right out! The only complaint I have is the deli. The people are not friendly except one girl. She is always smiling. Cashiers are fast and normally friendly! Everyone knows my name there!

Glad I remembered, that I need to get on line and search this weeks sales ad to download what I want to buy. If you donāt, you canāt get the sale price. Just having the Kroger card on your keychain isnāt good enough for this corporation. If you want there sale prices, you have to jump through hoops for them :(

Too many displays blocking the aisles. This is what the end caps were designed for. The handicapped carts have difficulty getting around them. I understand that the manufacturers send you these displays and some reps set them up for you....but if they were set up in a specials section...people would head there to scope out what was new or reduced in price.

Used to work there. Courtney is one of the best managers out there, love Britney Shultz at the front desk. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel like you belong. Still my go to Kroger for that fact.

Usually out of sale Items by 3 pm. About half of the employees are nice. The other half shouldn't be in any customer service job. Very rude! Produce is not the greatest. Better look through it very well. The ladies at the customer service desk are very helpful and nice. They usually have good sales If you can get there before they run out

I have been in a few Krogers that aren't very clean which as really put me off of their brand of stores, but thankfully this isn't one of them as it is the closest grocery store to my house and I occasionally have to run there for a last minute dinner ingredient. They recently finished a remodel on the front of the store which changed the location of the front doors to make it easier to enter and exit. It is a smaller location with limited selection of some items (like the beer) and a smaller than usual deli. It is good for quick stops which is pretty much all I use them for.My only real complaint aside from my previous bad experiences with the company is the fact that you have to have one of their cards to take advantage of any of their sales.

Good for money orders, much fast service compared to Ireland Rd Kroger. Friendly cashiers. Always have pretty low prices. They canāt seem to keep the lactose free milk in stock though, creamers are usually picked over, and they donāt offer all the same sizes or products as the Ireland Rd Kroger.
