Great, now I'm being called a liar. I never stated that was my propane line, you assumed it was. I never received a monthly bill until the one I got for close to $700 dollars last week. So you claim I owe money for moving your tank? Because I was caught up on paying for the propane I used! Seems fair, I pay Alto $120 for a line I didn't take and then have to pay you close to $700 for a bill that went to collections that I didn't even know I had. SMH

Got the tank rather quickly when I asked to start service which was great and convenient. But I rarely ever used the propane at the campground and when time came to leave I asked if we could get reimbursed for the tank, since it still sits at full, over 80%, and that is over $200 worth of propane that they say they are allegedly just going to burn off. Yet when I asked for my tank, I watched them grab a tank from another lot that was 15% full, and watched them move it into our yard and top it off and charge me the difference. I would understand if I only had a little left in the tank, but a full tank?

My first experience was a good one. Took our motorhome to get the propane tank filled before our Thanksgiving camping trip. Great customer service, pleasantly surprised by great price. We will be back.

I was told that if I purchased a larger tank ( 10O lb ) that I would get a savings on the propane . So I purchased one from them . "Wow" No difference in pricing . I was lied to . Now they are filling 20 lb. Tanks for $10.00 . cool" I thought , it will only cost $50.00 to fill my 100lb. Tank . WRONG !!!! NO savings, still $75.00 . So at this business if you buy more you pay more . BY LESS AND SAVE . kinda stupid wouldn't you think ? Flem Flam business in my opinion . FRANGER TIME .

I have been going here for propane for around 5 yrs,if you want a true full tank of gas,this is the place! They actually fill the tank to its capacity,dont exchange your tanks people,you geat a great value here and your supporting small business for our area.Thank you JB LP for your execellent service!
