Customer service sucks waited forever to check out guy and girl the girl had to do everything , then she accidentally charged me for free mask so I go back to get a refund, then the guy says I'd have to wait finally get called up to get my refund and then he says you have come Monday I told him I don't live around here he said sorry won't be back recommend people avoid this place

Would never do business with them again! Just had knee surgery & my cousin went in with my credit card to buy a toilet seat riser. Got it home & decided my toilet was tall enough for me. I took it back & I never opened it & they refused to give me my money back on my card. Very poor business values! I guess it was contaminated sitting on their shelves since I never opened it! Sad!

Normally the lady we help care for loves this pharmacy she made her favs cups sends people to shop there well today was hot and a bad day the Pharmacist was super nasty to her about her meds basically called her a pill head and a lier told her to bring the extra meds in let her talk to us to see if we really dissolved her pain meds then she went to get her meds while we did shift switch and they made her wait in the car 15 minutes she was on the phone with her boyfriend timed it she use to be a nurse 40 + years the original people know how she does with her meds but it's not a Pharmacist discretion to tell anyone no they can't get what's prescribed to them Pharmacist was Cory or Cora disgusting she cried for hours

Any delays in my transactions were due to my own distraction while I was there waiting for my cousins prescription to be filled. The place was clean and the staff were helpful and very friendly and professional as well as efficient. If I didn't already have a great pharmacy, I would definitely go there, or at least check them out.

I have had only good experience with Merrill Pharmacy. Prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Due to recent injuries, I have been unable to pick up my meds so I take advantage of their free delivery. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They also have a great gift section!

Friendly and personable staff. I've never known such personalized service and care for individuals. It is the textbook definition of a small hometown pharmacy.Staffers who know you from the minute you walk in to the emails or texts sent when prescriptions are ready or the monthly refills that are handled & prepared automatically.These are what sets Merrill apart from all others!

Very helpful. Care about patients and go above and beyond. Will hands down recommend to anyone. Dont use the huge local chains use Merrill's. If they dont have the medicine or cant make it they will find out how to get it taken care. This staff goes out of there way for every customer.

Absolutely horrible experience. I hadn't seen a small pharmacy that wasn't part of a chain in awhile and it was close to where live so I figured I would give it a try, huge mistake. Everything was overpriced from what I seen and when I asked for assistance all of the staff were rude and treated me with suspicion except for one older lady working there when I asked about getting my prescription filled or transferred. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is based on the friendliness of that one woman. There is a reason you like don't see places like this anymore, overpriced, stuck up, rude and poor service. Sad but it looks like i will be sticking with good ol impersonal, cheap, quick, convenient Walmart rx from now on.

If I could give them 1000+ I would I have a feeding tube have searched different pharmacies to get liquid for the majority of my meds now that it's permanent no one could figure out oh went to them we talked and yes Lori did that I'm so excited and grate ful for them all nothing but good things to say about them they talk to me so perfect they make you just feel at Home...thank you all for taking such good care of me..🙏🏾

I have called in prescriptions through their automated system many times and we request that we be called when its ready. We never receive a call, always have to wait until the next business day to find out its been ready for days. The "doorbell" for the drive through hasn't worked in I don't know how long and they just stand around blatantly ignoring any cars that pull up to the window. Everything seems to be an inconvenience for the staff. I will be taking my special needs sons medication else ware.

HomeTown Pharmacy is a great place to shop. It has a variety of unique items as well as all of the regular pharmacy fare. The staff are very friendly and helpful! I’m glad we have a place like this to come to in our hometown.

I usually enjoy supporting local businesses but I did not appreciate how I was treated at Merrill Pharmacy today.When I first pulled up in the drive thru a man walked by carrying boxes. He was clearly unloading a delivery and he acknowledged me waiting and gestured that someone would be right with me. 5 minutes passed. I saw a couple people off to the side not really doing anything and others a little farther away filling prescriptions. Finally, a different man comes around the corner and quickly asked if I had a pickip. I said, "No, actually I just need some Dr. Sirlin's ointment please." HE ROLLED HIS EYES at me and walked away. My jaw dropped. Why was my request so irritating?! I waited patiently as other people finished unloading boxes and blantantly ignored me waiting, I was not rude asking for what I came in for. He brought it back a minute later and I finished my transaction. I told him clearly that I did not appreciate him rolling his eyes at me and without the intercom on I saw him talking under his breath. I get better customer service from Walmart and my standards are pretty low there.

Worst customer service ever! I needed my medicine compounded due to a corn allergy. That was 2 months ago! I had to call and go in to find out what happened. Now they're telling me that they are trying to get in touch with the pharmaceutical companies to find out if they have corn free. Which they should have figured out last month! I asked if they would compound them from the get go. If my insurance won't pay for it maybe you should have mentioned that from the get go so I can pay for it! If they weren't the only compounding pharmacy I would go somewhere else! Yet again I am being forced to work with these incompetent people! They lied to my doctor and then when I confronted them about it they decided to pretend not to hear me on the phone! I just hung up at this point! If I didn't have any choice I would definitely not be going through your pharmacy ever! You are the worst when it comes to customer service period! I would rather die than deal with you ever again!

Merrill Pharmacy is a throw back to a time when there were ONLY neighborhood pharmacy stores that sincerely cared about their customers who were neighbors. The folks at Merrill sincerely care about their customers which is really nice.

I received medication from this pharmacy with 3 differant pill codes on them No answers when I called Funny they work with local rehabs I hope they are disposing of meds they take from patients and not reusing Fraudulent owners have done this for years

Ita more than a pharmacy they have cute little decorations and cards and odds and ends to buy. Kind of like how CVS or Walgreens would but their store is smaller. So cute!
