Had a flat tire first thing this morning, two gas stations on 12th Street did not have a working air compressor. Thank you so much Family Express for having a working air pump and the bonus was it was free! The store is clean, staff are very polite and helpful. I was looking for a new gas station to replace Charlie's, thank you Family Express! You have a new loyal customer!!

I love the pizzas here but today I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and I love that seasoning you guys put on it, and when I showed up the guy there had headphones in and then he kept saying "huh" because he couldn't hear me, and on the pizza there was no seasoning on neither of them and the pizza was barely even cut.

I stopped in the Family Empress it was late / early morning but I was greeted by a friendly cashier who was stocking the shelves as I walked in the door so it was very clean inside and stocked up with snacks for days. I don’t like going in a for instance a gas station and there shelves are bare because nobody took the time to stock Them to me that’s just pure laziness and not doing there job. But I can say there’s no need to worry about bare shelves at family express because there stocked up and the variety is endless. It was nice to be able to be able to stop and get gas for the car .

I'd come in to go to the bathroom, while gas was being pumped. The bathroom was so nasty that I could not sit on the toilet, that was covered and lined with the unthinkable, the toilet paper was out in both stalls, the soap was out, the hand sanitizer outside the bathroom was out. If you go to Family Express: the gas is fine, but don't attempt a trip inside.

They are always nice. Got that great coffee in the morning. Afternoon they have great different snacks. Whether it is hot or cold. It's all good. You have points at the gas pump. Then use car wash. You get points when you use the everything car wash. And they aren't expensive as the other car washes. They also have a vaccum on the side of the building too.

good place to go but if u use ur card inside with a transaction and dont use it all make sure u go back in for ur change cause theyll give it back in cash drove off and had to come back for the cash

Hands down best gas station around! The staff is extremely nice and they cook up some good food. If you're in the area in the morning check out the amazing breakfast pizza.

Easily the dirtiest, saddest Family Express I've used the restroom at.Plus, the only usable toilet has the flush handle on the right hand side, which means you'll need to lean over diagonally to flush it, exposing your full torso to any splash.But don't open the door to get a faster get away, because it will swing inside the stall and slam you in the face when you stand up.Now you'll have a split, swollen lip on the first nice day of the year, when all you wanted was a quick restroom break during the half hour wait for the car wash.

Terrible service and a trashy place. Precovid, this was our favorite little gas station. Post COVID and things are never clean or stocked, employees are always rude. Especially today when my partner was denied the sale of a lighter for being 20 years old (two months from turning 21). Both state and federal law prohibit the sale of tobacco products under age 21, but a lighter is never defined as tobacco products and there is no legal age for the sale of lighters (photos below are of what they identify tobacco prices as federally and by state law). Wouldn’t have had a problem with being denied if it weren’t for the fact that the cashier was extremely rude and told us she legally couldn’t sell it (incorrect) and the fact that the SAME cashier hasn’t carded me the few times I’ve bought cigarettes (a real tobacco product and I am 21 so it would’ve been legal anyway). And the lighter was going to be used for a bonfire tonight with a few friends, so he had to stop at another gas station who gladly sold him the lighter. They pick and choose when they want to follow a law, but enforce imaginary laws. This place has gone down hill so fast with terrible management, high gas prices, lack of cleanliness, and awful customer service. Do better.

Nice and new! Very friendly staff. Inside seating area for a quick bite instead of having to eat in your car on the run. Outside seating if you choose to picnic in the breeze. Very open parking lot. Easy entrance and easy exit to Dragoon or Union.

Stopped here after a wedding and had $20 worth of stuff and wouldn't brake a $50. What kind of convenient store can't brake a 50 for 20 bucks. But yet will take a 20 for the people in front of me for a 2 pack of white owls for 99cents.

I will not go back to Family Express for the remainder of the pandemic. Employees are not ENFORCING the mask mandate, unlike many other convenient stores. The last 3 times I went, several customers did not wear a mask, and employees did nothing. There's no point of putting up a sign requiring masks if it is not enforced.I'll gladly come back when the pandemic and mask mandates are over. I used to stop by about 2-3 times a week.

The staff has gotten worse and worse. Stopped stocking sandwiches. Changed their cappuccino after 3 days. Choices are getting slim. Most ppl go to work early and have no choices of hot food!
