This is the closest location to my job. I usually stop by in the morning b4 work, around 9:50am or so, to get breakfast, donuts, or a hot chocolate. About 75% of the time I go, their hot chocolate machine either needs to be refilled or it's not working. And when it does work, it only fills the cup about 70% thru. It doesn't even fill it all the way to the top. And this is a medium cup guys not a large one. They almost never have any breakfast sandwiches at that time. What they do have instead are slices of pizza. Seriously guys, pizza b4 10am in the morning? Disgusting. This morning, I go to get a hot chocolate, machine wasn't working. They refilled the hot chocolate cartridge, I tried it again, and it still wasn't working. I was in a time crunch cause of work, so I decided to just buy some donuts. There was one person in front of me at the cashier. This cashier was not trained properly, she had to call the manager over 3 different times to take care of the guy in front of me. This was not the fault of the guy in front of me but the employees. 1st time she called them was to ask the manager where she can select the car wash on the screen, 2nd was to ask a question about a safe, and the 3rd time she called the manager over I just put my donuts on the counter and left. I ended up being 5 minutes late to work with the inconsistencies of this facility. If it happened once or twice, then I get it. But this is a constant occurrence and I would not recommend this gas station to anybody.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! Staff was so rude! And for what because we asked that the food we are paying for is fresh!!! Gas station food or not I do NOT want it hard, stale, and out dated!! SMH TRASH!!!

I paid at the pump, but I didn't get any gas. $61 was taken out of my account and the females working were very rude about it and wouldn't authorize another pump for me.

It's only a good place to go if it's slow since the bald guy left. You'll have a line 10 ppl deep, 1 person at the register while 2 or 3 others are standing around acting like they're working or "stocking" during peak hours. I've waited in line for 15 min. I come here all the time out of necessity so it's not a one time thing.

Customer service is awful. Went today, 4/5 around 1:30. The two women working we're talking about whipping people. Not very work appropriate conversation. Especially in front of customers. My boyfriend ordered a cookie. We didn't know they just get them off the shelf and put them in the oven. The lady who was cooking was so rude about it and made a big show about how she will do it if they have them and we had to grab it for her. She looks older than me and I don't act like that. Especially at work.

Where to begin, upon entering the store I am always met with a friendly genuine sincere greeting from a smiling employee. The store manager "nicole" and I think assistant "bryan" are two of the most amazing people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing in my life. Those two help set the awesome vibe for the rest of the staff and store. Everyone of the employees here go far above their required duties. I have never seen such level of hard work, care and dedication, along with just such compassion freely given from people especially people at work.

Love their rewards program. Always saving on gas. Love their pizza, especially when you need something quick. The kids love their donuts too. Everyone here staff wise is so helpful and friendly.

First time I went here. The credit card machine did not give a receipt. The wash was terrible. Only one vacuum. And it was out of order. All I wanted was a basic wash. Not worth the $6.00. Not even worth $3.00 which is what I pay in Chicago area and get an excellent basic wash.

Hello, I just want to say that I was at this gas station yesterday and that there was no toilet paper anywhere and not even to dry your hands, not only in the women's bathrooms nor in the men's, because my son told me the same, it is incredible that this happens, regarding cleanliness, I can say that the bathrooms, at least the women's, were clean, but no paper, I hope they pay attention to that, because it is important to provide a good service and also something as important as that.

If you use a NetSpend or prepaid debit card here and you pay at the pump they will hold a balance of $50 over your purchase for 24 to 72 hours but if you use their ATM and it's free of charge

It's been a little while since this station moved into the neighborhood and, would you believe it, came with treats. If memory serves right, I found a small box of 6 doughnuts at my doorstep and membership card. It's generally a nice spot to get fueled up any time with a minor discount the 'other' guys don't really have without needing to purchase $8 car washes in advance.There are plenty of pumps with more fuel choices although I'd imagine having a barrel of 108-112 octane laying around will get all the motorheads swarming here or any FE location. I digress. Exits at this location are really convenient, 3 plus another one leading in/out the Movies 14 lot in case someone's keen on a show.No real complaints, except for the fact minorities insist on parking in the handicap spot since their type tend to think they're exempt from the law. I wouldn't bring this up if it wasn't for concerned senior citizens. Also BOOMING music. In the words of Chris Rock: "Turn that sh!t off."Anyway, not sure if it's required of staff but it sure is nice they always say a variation of "hello" when someone walks in. They're quite positive so not sure what's going on with negative reviews from other folks on here. We're only human, some of us with more flaws than others. I'd tack on an aerial photo of this location but with the gray area 'permissions' of both the FAA and property managers, eh...

On July 28, 2019, at 2:55 am in the morning I drove 15 minutes out of my way to go to this Family Express because these are the stores I frequent.I wanted to get a donut for the long ride home after working 10 hours. The donut section wS blocked off by 3 of those rubber wet floor cones so I walked around it.An employee behind the register named Rory yelled at me because I walked on his wet floor. I had not walked on the wet area. I went the other way as he asked and he went on to complain that he had to clean the store. I replayed that the customer should be his number one priority. He went nuts! Told me to leave the store.I went out to get my ice cup and went back on and filled it and grabbed a muffin. He charged me .42 cents for ice. I am never charged for ice at Family Express if I bring my own cup. I let it go. He continued to razz me. I asked him not to speak to me. I had inserted my card to pay for my order and he stopped the sale and said he would not sell to me. I spend a lot of money at Damily Rxpress every week! I left the muffin and left the store.I am in the store parking lot writing this review. He just now came out and yelled at me through my car window.I’m not sure what this gentlemen’s issue is but he does not belong in his position. I’ve been humiliated yelled at and mistreated. To think I went way out of my way to come here. His behavior is indicative to a person who has problems with drugs. What a horrible horrible eexperience.

Best pizza I've ever had. Between me and my buddy we can't even finish a whole pie. Crisp crust and lots of cheese and sauce, excellent. Very friendly staff as well.

No button to push for help. Disabled. Only use pay at the pump. Wanted different wash other than the $10.00 one after honking horn and yelling other customer told cashier to come out to me. She told me I could walk into store to get other wash . .

I have many problems with Family Express Car Wash I have the unlimited car washes and half the time I am dealing with them being broken down maintain your car washes please I do Uber Lyft and I don't have time to drive all over town looking for one that actually works

I went in to pay for gas later at night and the lady that was working was very kind and genuine when saying thank you. I dont know why it's leaving such an impact on me, but it was really nice of her.
