While in line, I watched a worker talk to a lady like she was entirely stupid in front of her small child. Insulting her capability to read because she didn't see the no cash back sign. The customer didn't get rude other than saying "you don't need to get an attitude with me" once the customer left- the worker was on her phone talking trash about the customer and saying "apparently have an attitude problem". I was second in line and said "You do not need to talk to the customer like they are stupid to make a point. That makes me not even want to shop here." I put my stuff down and left and will NOT be coming back to such a disgusting shopping experience. I get retail is really hard but this workers attitude was so uncalled for especially in front of the woman's child. Don't traumatized a customer's child because you can't control your BIG feelings/emotions and only feel better about yourself when you treat customers like crap. Gross behavior I will never stick around to tolerate.

The manager was unnecessarily rude to me and my child but other than that the experience was good. They had what I needed, very convenient, and most importantly, the price was right. I don't recommend going that cheap on certain things but it's good for other items that quality isn't of the utmost importance.

What the heck happened to this store? It was a complete mess. Stuff just everywhere. I haven't been here Ina few months and I like this one cause it was so organized at one point, but wow not anymore!

Store associate Katrina makes the whole store look bad. I visited this location this evening around 9:40p, I was well aware the store closed at 10p, but I was only grabbing a few items. I was never greeted when walking in. Katrina made it her business to come find me though, still never acknowledging me at all, and told me, not that they would be closing soon, BUT that I had 10 minutes to shop. Now the sign says the business closes at 10p, not 9:50p, so obviously Katrina could get home. Then when I get to the check out, she still never greets me, I place my handheld basket on the belt, and Katrina just stands there looking at me and tells me, I have to take the items out of the basket. Smh, what has American customer service really come to, and we wonder why they're replacing humans with machines, and why customer can have such negative interactions with employees, the EMPLOYEE sets the tone! I'd be embarrassed to have such an employee on my payroll!

I had my money thrown at me by the cashier she yelled at me to take my stuff out of the basket the girl before last time I came there told me to leave the stuff in the basket and she told me I was a joke when I was walking out looking at her cuz I was a little fearful. She look like she was going to throw something. She demanded I hand her the money when I put it on the table. What an awful experience

BY FAR the best dollar tree in town, always stocked and clean unlike the other stores who barely have anything on their shelves and so many boxes you can't walk down an isle BUT the employees here suck. Except one older tattooed lady, shes awesome....other than that all pretty rude. Especially the manager and the heavy set older woman with gray hair. Those two are the worst. The older lady is always stocking an isle and will throw a huge fit when someone needs to be checked out and she has to go back to the register. I get It, it's annoying, but take that up with your boss...paying customers shouldn't have to feel guilty that they need to check out their items. She'll also bark at customers to empty their baskets with an attitude. Also she won't move if your trying to get down an isle shes stocking. The manager always has a sour face and will stare you down to make sure you put whatever you picked up back where you got it. None of the men working there talk either. They all have a stuck up attitude, and why? This is Dollar Tree, not Target. i cannot express how rude they are here. talking about customers right in front of lines of people. who do they think they are? Corporate could care less so don't bother. I'm just rude to them when I have to go. You get what you give!

This is by far the best Dollar Tree in our area.. The store is clean ,organized and stocked.. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful..Definitely my go to store even if I have a little bit of a drive..

Don’t let your 4 year old grandchild touch anything, the employee might snatch it out of her hand and tell her not to play with it. Planning on buying it, told the employee that, and was told not to threaten her. Amy manager on duty was paged 3 times to come talk to me, never showed. I love this dollar tree and shop there often. What gives her the right to touch my grandchildUPDATE…top bad corporate doesn’t care….not respond to my email about this

Very racist!!! I was shopping with my kids and brother and the cashier was very unpleasant and unprofessional to me!! I've shop there many times and never had a problem!! They got a worker there I didn't get her name but she heavy and she got thin hair!! The manager was there and didn't say anything to his worker as well!! I was so upset especially because I had my kids and my disabled brother with me and she make and she made me feel like my money wasn't welcome there!! I will be contacting and following up with corporate about this as well!!

The store was clean and the cashier was very friendly. Staff was restocking as much as possible between customers, but got back to the registers quickly when needed, and were pleasant about it.I appreciate the variety of items that Dollar Tree carries, and this location is consistently open at the time listed on their door (unlike 2 other local locations). Considering that it's a couple weeks before Christmas, the shelves seemed well stocked with holiday items, and they were putting more out while I was there.I stopped here to get a bottle of LA's Awesome Cleaner and TyD Bowl, both of which is seem on a YouTube video. The awesome cleaner got rid of hard water deposits on our sink with a bit of scrubbing. The bowl cleaner is happily in the toilet tank, and hopefully it will help keep the bowl clean between scrubbing.They were out of the Freeman Chamomile Hair Mask, so I chose the Freeman Jojoba Hair Mask instead. It's not as thick and hydrating, but it's a good alternative.

Nice new store, great selection but poor staffing given 2 days before Christmas.Update - WAS a nice new store, standards went down fast. Dirty floor and boxes all over the place. Freight should be off the floor by a certain time and spend more effort to keep the store clean.

I originally head there for one balloon, this morning, right? So going through the store, thinking I have my wallet, go ahead to the counter, and she rings the stuff up. I realize I've only about two dollars change in my pocket, so ask her if she could save that for a while, then asking if I could just get the balloon. She calls the manager, who comes...Manager: *looks at me*Manager: *looks to the register* Did she not know everything is a dollar twenty-five now?Cashier:*silent*Manager: *looks at me, again* "We changed that in January, and there are signs all over store that say a dollar twenty-five. Did you miss that?"Me: *let loose my balloons and walked out, without a word.*

Missing items, which is everywhere. This is my favorite Dollar Tree in my area! They have an awesome arts & crafts area. Decent seasonal stuff. Better cleaning supplies as well. Store is more spacious & clean.

I used to think that all Dollar Tree Stores are created equal - until I went to this one. Carries multiple items that replaced my usual grocery bill. Very clean and very organized. I also noticed that because of its size, it appears to have more items than other Dollar Trees, including groceries. Highly recommend for vacation travel, small organization projects.

A real love/hate relationship with this store. Don't get me wrong, the store is perfect, it's just that I routinely walk in there to pick up one our two things and walk out thirty minutes later with thirty things. I try so hard not to do that but, the litany of, "But, it's just a dollar", starts sounding like an irritating pop song in my head! Be prepared to realize You need Lots of little things for your home, car.....

This particular Dollar Tree is always clean which is amazing when comparing to all the surrounding ones. I have several that are closer to me, but would rather take the drive here. Plus, I love the craft corner.

Very nice store, but employees and management not quite as good as in the first year. Seems short of help, and manager (woman, long blonde/reddish hair) nice but not helpful when there is a long line and only one cashier... miss how it used to be!

This store always has the best stuff, and its huge. Its a nice place for a crafter to shop.But my issue, and why I gave 3 stars, its huge enough to be accessible, but with the lack of attention thats put into the store there are boxes everywhere! Filled. They are heavy, they are dangerously stacked. Some left on carts unattended filled with glass.Due to a recent surgery im in a wheelchair, my leg thats in recovery was bumped so many times that I had to elevate and ice it when I got home....because of boxes being so carelessly left around in random places, I couldn’t go down most aisles, people were maneuvering their carts through obstacles of boxes and employess were just walking around doing nothing. Normally I could just say maybe it was shipment day, but this has become a regular thing where every time I come. Its unchanged.Please take better care of your store. Customers shouldn’t have to risk tripping, falling, and hurting themselves like I did because of carelessness.This dollar tree has the most stuff, But a very big mess that needs attention.
