The floater for the stores had a huge problem with blowing up balloons she was rude stated anything over 5 balloons we have to call ahead to get. Her name is sally. You all need better representation for your stores cause sally is horrible she stopped blowing up balloons and got on the register there were 3 ppl in the other ladys line she is pissed and dont wanna blow them up

I have shopped the Dollar Tree for several years now and in 3 states. I love the many selections in each category. Please go early for each holiday, they sell out fast and the products are worth it.

I've always loved me some dollar tree!! Lol! Well I guess I should say the dollar twenty-five tree!! Haha! But I like shopping here for certain things I need or want around the house, mostly decor, wall stickers, kitchen stuff, nailpolish, cleaning supplies, ECT. I go in to get one thing and come out with at least twenty, every time!!! 🤷

The night maneger was rude and very disrespectful. I have been shopping their since i moved down here over 9 years ago and have never been treated this way. She accused me of doing something that i wouldn't ever do. The worst part that their where a bunch of other custumers in the store. One lady quit because of her when i was their. She only gave me 2 bags to put 24 bottles of water in. Then told me to bag them myself. She dont belong working with the public. Just so everyone knows what doller tree i am talking about it is the one in town and country.....and i wouldnt even give this place 1 star because of this....

Don’t shop here. The cashiers will charge you a higher amount on a gift card and steal your money. Then the managers will call you names and tell you to leave when you demand your money back. This is credit card fraud and theft, I will be filing a report with the police and my bank. The store manager here is the rudest, foul mouthed individual I’ve ever met.

The store looks unorganized, not properly cleaned. Sometime it becomes very difficult to find a item. Something I see aisles are empty but lots of items scattered on the ground. I found staffs are helpful though.

I wish they made It clear to their staff (maybe just one in particular) how important It is to be presentable. I feel like there is one cashier that is always super oily, fingers dirty, no bra on. The last time I entered her nose was running and dripping onto her shirt, and was sipping on what looked like a ice coffee. I was so scared to even grab my items from her because her hands were so filthy and so was her hair. She just gives the entire place a bad feeling and some days she's the only clerk. I miss the older lady with the loud voice that always spoke and said good things to customers. She had gray hair and glasses. Sweet as pie and knew the entire store. Now they just seem to hire ex-heroine addicts. I wish management would have a team meeting about hygiene

Close permanently. You're staying despite the rental increase yet you don't have employees to open. Tried going today and doors locked with no sign in the door...turn the lights off or something if no one is working. Done with this location.

I feel bad for every Dollar Tree employee I've ever met especially after covid. The company appears to not want to hire more than a skeleton crew and worse yet to my understanding pays their employees sub par wages at that. Understaffed, overworked, and underplayed they do what they can with the little help and time they get to do their job.I'm not wealthy by any means however I would gladly shop at a Three Dollar Tree if the extra I payed went to hiring more people and substantially taking better care of the employees they have.Poorly paid employees, short staffing/skeleton crews, and what appears to be poor higher level corporate policy/management seem to be the issue in my opinion and it's a shame, at one time Dollar Tree was a great thing...now unfortunately and at no part due to the store employees it's only just better than the local convenience store/corner gas station.

You need to change the store hours of you are going to be closed for people to unload trucks. I get it needs to be done but it shouldn't be during store hours when customers have to suffer

We really like this location of Dollar Tree because the professional approach the employees have with the customer. Through the pandemic we've visited this story on a weekly basis. Though they've been out of many items, they've handled things graciously and still tried to make the visit pleasing for the customer. This is a special group because not all Dollar Trees operate the same which is why we bypass several others just to visit this location. Keep up the fantastic work! 👍😻👍

Just close this place. I was a little annoyed they wouldn't let me transport my purchases in a cart. They made me take 2 trips to my car instead of just rolling it all out in a cart

Store is very tight, hard to maneuver, and usually when I stop here it is unkempt, unorganized or not open at all...super disappointing. Very ghetto...

Normally I have a good experience with the employees, but for some reason today was different. I had to wait for the the cashier who wasn't wearing her uniform or her name tag. Then the other lady said she could help the next customer even though she wasn't at her register let alone clocked into her register. So I made a comment about it and the lady that wasn't labeled as an employee in anyway got rude to us. I'm sorry but I am a customer of a place that I used to work at while I was pregnant. That wasn't the smartest thing to do.

Very rude and disrespectful in there the big girl with face full of Piercings don’t know how to treat customers and the manager don’t do anything about it when I tell her trying to be nice about it that she needs to have a conversation with her and then I’m in the wrong bc I was treated with horrible customer service!Please do your self a favor and don’t shop there go to a different one. I will never take my service there again

Cheap, affordable, and very timely during this pandemic. I was very surprised at the variety of merchandise offered. Yes, all for 1 dollar. I'm very happy with my dollar product from Dollar Tree.

Crowded, but cleaner than most Dollar Trees, cashier called for backup at register and it came in under five minutes.Perfect place for practicing Wiccans and pagans on a budget, has cool zodiac mugs and lots of mini glass jars perfect for spell work.

I really like Dollar Tree so I can pick up wrapping paper, some cleaning supplies, seasonal items, kitchen needs and some food items. I also like to snoop around other areas of the store. I don't have to wait in line very long which is a plus too.
