Biggest thing I noticed compared to all the other dollar stores around here is that the shelves were actually stocked instead of everything just sitting on boxes on the floor lol. Decent as far as dollar stores go👌🏼

Absolute dump!! Parking lot is full of trash, store is a wreck, children playing basketball in the store!! Someone broke a cleaning item at the register and it was left alone, people walking through it. What a slum!!!

Store #18457 If your thinking about applying to dollar general I would think again unless you want a long stressful future with them they don’t care about any other goals or duties you may have unless it has to do with dollar general. The management is terrible the assistant manager is very disrespectful and doesn’t do her job nor come in for most of her shifts and expect other managers to pick up her slack and the store manager just goes w the flow and also don’t care about your life and other duties. I was harassed verbally for months working at this store by customers and by the other employees including the assistant manager because I was a part time manager and couldn’t come in when she and or other hires would call off. They expect wayyy to much from part time employees and don’t even appreciate the long time employees instead of giving more hours to you they would hire people and give them full time hours for them to quit or call off then expect you to come in and cover the missing shifts. I worked at this store for 3 years and I don’t have any good things to say. The district manager changed frequently and the new one they have now harassed me as well and didn’t help the complains I continued to complain about . Just terrible management all and all. For this company to be worth so much they do so little for the employees. This is not an equal opportunity employer that’s LIES! Shame on you dollar general! For all the harassment and slander I should file an harassment and discrimination sue!! But I’m almost positive I won’t be the last to complain about issues like this

When I walked in I was actually kind of impressed because it's cleaner than what I'm used to in a Dollar General. My problem comes with the customer service. They have signs up all over the place that say if you're paying with a card that you have to use their self checkout and that the register with an actual cashier is only for people that are buying tobacco or paying with cash. I guess that's fine however if that's the way you're going to operate your business then maybe don't stand behind the counter doing nothing while there's a line of people waiting to use your self check out. Especially when the person using the self checkout is having issues and it's not working properly. While the lady in front of me was having issues getting the self-check out to even work the cashier literally just walked away out into the store somewhere and only came back when somebody paying cash rang the bell that she had sitting on her counter. There was still a significant line and she checked out the lady with cash and then stood there and did nothing instead of helping the people in the self-checkout line.

Always has the best prices on cereals I swear! And they carry my favorite brand on top of it which is hard to find! All the employees are very kind and helpful! And I love that it's so close to my house very convenient!

Gal at the register was nice.. but almost too nice. Spent over 15 min waiting.. she was just chit chatting with another customer, while the line continued to grow.Another employee had to come up and take all the people in line.

Was followed at the store by an employee and I was so uncomfortable n decided I wouldn't shop at your store again! I'd rather pay 50¢ more at any other store then yours! Horrible way to be treated like this! I was beginning to like some of your decent prices but nope! I've never been treated that way. Maybe he was doing his job but I also was doing my shopping...I couldn't even do that! ☹️

Store was very clean and organized I like that the only things that irritated me was the alarm on the Shelf where the body washes were. Every time you've listed the Shelf cover to look at a body wash as to compare size or look at the ingredients and alarm would go off. I know that all stores have shoplifting issues and put measures in place to deter such but that's ridiculous it is Extremely Loud and can be heard all over the store I would hate to work there

I found what I was looking for. The customer service was also good. The store itself seemed a little dark with the lighting itself, seems a little gloomy. I would shop here again if I needed something in a hurry and in the area but I prefer Big Lots overall.

Employee's are very good they go above and beyond to help their customers the store is clean, always have what I am going for, but the only downside to this Dollar General Store is how it's main entrance to the store is right off of lincolnway way west 1 block off of ironwood I honestly feel like if you don't go down one more block I believe by the Bonnie Doons ice cream restaurant/ drive inn that there will one day be a really horrible accident from people turning in and out of there off of Lincoln way West so I always use the back entrance from the restaurant

These people who claim it to be nice and neat and clean are wrong. They have never been here then. I have been going there since it has opened and will never go back. It is gross, not clean at all. It's very disorganized, and its not set up very well.

I like it. It's convenient. Sometimes I just like to wander around and look at what they have. Great location am so glad that they opened this one where they did because the community needed it. Great for quick stops

the store says it opened at 8. but its almost 8:30 and the doors are still not open. I need to grab something before work. now I got to go somewhere else. very inconvenient

Store is a mess can't get through most aisles. Can tell they don't have enough help. Stock everywhere but no one putting it away. Most shelves empty.

The store was a mess! Items were all over the place and not nicely stocked. It was really dark in there and really cold. It also did not have the selection that other Dollar General stores have.

I today and was ignored while waiting in line and they wouldn't honor my coupon because of their employees mistake.customer service was terrible from Patrick and one of the other men. Very disappointed

Every dollar general seems to have an issue with putting their stock away. It appears their entire truck sits in the aisles that you need to look at.
