7 Eleven spends millions of dollars a year to get our attention. Come in get our hot dog n coke. Ok gas was cheaper. NO DOGS, SODA AREA I STOCKED..ASKED IF THIS WAS THE NORM ? TOLD NO THEY WANTED TO PUSH UNWANTED ITEMS. OK THEY'RE NOT SELLING . Then get over n clean areas. I was only person in store. Employees just hanging out. This is management fault. I worked for convenience stores as management several years. NO WONDER MAPS HAS 2.5 REVIEWS.. 1 GAVE 1... I HAVE OVER 2.5 MILLIONS VIEWS ON MY POSTS.... MANAGEMENT TRAINING IS KEY...

Don’t go to this location at night time. The staff doesn’t maintain the drink machines overnight. There was nothing going on except the employee hanging out behind the store. 2:20 am may 9,2024. Often at night this is the case. Be better 7 eleven.

The manager is doing her best to turn this store around. She is hiring new help that is more reliable and responsible. I have seen a guy there for the past month or so who is the new go-to guy. He is pretty new but appears to be a quick learner and is never standing still. If he is not with a customer he is stocking or cleaning. Very pleasant to talk to but keeps the line moving too. I am pretty sure his name is Dustin. I use this store at different hours because it is walking distance from my house. Lately, he has been there at all kinds of different shifts. He must be the "teacher's pet". They need more employees just like him and make him their trainer! Shoot make him a manager! Was reading all the reviews and the good ones 7-11 sent just a thank you comment and said the store would be happy to read their review. The bad reviews were sent a link to the specific store to resolve the issue. Does that mean that they really don't see the good ones?

It is a wreck in here. Be careful. Still love their coffee. But this new store is an absolute wreck. Standing water inside the store from melting snow. The rugs are saturated. If you shovel the walk and pick up the trash outside you wouldn't track in all the snow and moisture into the store. It is a shopping hazard. It appears your employees are oblivious to the safety issues.

If you aren’t ready to open yet you shouldn’t open. First 3 pumps we pulled up to as bags over the handles. All of the slushee and drink machines were done. No hot food made. Specifically came for pizza and didn’t have any at all. Cash only…Bad customer service. Shelves not stocked. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else.

We’ve had a great experience every time we’ve been in. The woman on 3rd shift is so friendly, and she’s always cleaning and doing something when we see her, give that woman a raise. Store is nice and usually stocked up, definitely seen some things in here we don’t have at other local 7/11’s. Can’t beat the 9.99 pizza’s lowkey fire for a lil gas station pizza.

Best 7-11 in Mishawaka. open 24 hrs, always clean and well stocked. Plus Tyler the cashier is super friendly and helpful. Will always make this my primary 7-11 store in the 574.

I do not recommend this place at all. I know it's new but it's really disgusting I don't think they have cleaned it one time inside or out there's trash everywhere everything is just filthy. The coffee pots look like that have not been cleaned for weeks and it shows.

NOT IMPRESSED....The store WAS DIRTY. Bathrooms were disgusting, the bathroom toilet paper was sitting on the floor, and the door handle to the bathroom was dirty. no decaf coffee. floor was all dirty, from the cleanliness I would have expected the store's been open since the 1900s it was that dirty it looks like they haven't cleaned it ever since it. The forehead sticky dark spots everywhere there was trash on the floor there was spilled coffee grounds all over the counter the hot chocolate machine was dirty on the bottom. Worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to!! I think they need to stick to just little convenience stores, not huge stores.... looks like they still haven't fixed their cleaning problem

God awful and horrific service. Cant begin to describe how many times I go in there, and the Slurpee machine is empty, broken, or being refilled. And when it is working, they don’t have the lids or straws available to use them. And won’t allow Big Gulp substitutes. They also never have fresh food being served or it’s literally JUST been put on the rotation. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Honestly this 7/11 is the worst. It’s on my way to work, so I used to stop often. When it first opened they did pretty well. Now EVERY TIME I go in there there is a line of at least 6-7 people and one person checking them out. That wouldn’t be an issue, if it wasn’t for the two or three other employees standing around doing nothing or conversing with each other. Today was the last time I’ll go there. Went in and the man (who I assume is the manager) was standing behind the one employee checking people out looking at the tobacco products or something. There was a line of at least 10 people and he just pretended to not see them. I went to the self check out and the pin pad wasn’t working. I asked the guy if it worked and he said “I don’t know, is it going through?”. I said no and he said “then it’s not working”. I get it I might be asking the obvious, but you should maybe put something to indicate it’s not up and running yet? I put my stuff on the counter and walked out. I noticed that’s when he decided to help check people out as I was pulling out of my parking space. I get it if you have other stuff to do, but at least acknowledge your customers and maybe grab the employee who’s on their cell phone in the back to help too? (Yeah I saw that as well). I never leave reviews anywhere, but I work in customer service, and these experiences at this location just baffled me.

They were out of every type of drink I would have liked, on 3 separate visits... no tea or cold brew and no pepsi fountain drinks...I asked and they told me they were out of alot of things. Then next visit an employee said they were out because they ordered from wrong distributor?? The front of store is covered in garbage for more than a week after snow melted... maybe longer. I wanted to like this new store but don't want to waste time to see if they got their act together...

Today, Wednesday, August 30th, 2023 around 6:30 I walked into the store to a very loud conversation from a worker with a customer.That is very off putting. I went to get coffee and none of the machines had coffee. I passed the loud talking women (she was very animated with the customer's baby and asked the gentleman behind the counter could coffee be made. As he walked over the employee was talking very loud said, "That light just came on". Really chick, if you saw the light come on why didn't you move to make coffee. That's what the majority of people come in for that early in the morning. What did all the machines run out at the same time?

Almond an overwhelming amount of gimmicky high sugar drinks their diet selection SUCKS. This is my reminder to go elsewhere and not bother running inside here for anything.Convenient location though.

Went in there and they don’t take cash, prices are terrible. they are terribly high. Also terrible customer service. said execuse me multiple time and was ignored. stood at check out for 5 minutes while employees acted like they didn’t see me.
