I would not recommend this facility. They care more about lining their pockets than taking care of animals. Even though they are taking new patients, my dog was rejected as a new patient solely on the basis that I wanted to fill a prescription elsewhere if I could get it somewhere cheaper. I was also told I could not become a new patient at a later date. Clearly they are more concerned about profits from controlling prescription costs or kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies. I will not recommend them. I would give “0” stars if I could.

The staff are the friendliest and very well educated. They answer all my questions and they take very good care of my dog Piper. They are the best veterinary clinic around. I highly recommend them to everyone

My daughters 1-year-old 4-H goat developed urinary calculi which is a life-threatening condition that often surgery to resolve. After calling several animal hospitals I couldn't find anyone who was willing to treat my daughter's goat because we weren't established patients. The vet at Jackman's Animal Clinic saw my daughter's goat in less than an hour after I called and was able to save the goat's life when no one else was willing to. They will have my business for life because of how much care they showed for our pet.

Jackman’s Animal Clinic has been a life saver on more than one occasion. The staff are always friendly and I’ve called *many* times for advice on my pets. They always get me an answer and make me and my pets feel better. They never push me to come in if I don’t have to and are thoughtful and considerate with my pets and budget.Recently, they were able to get one of my cat’s in quickly after I found an infected, hidden cut (she’s an indoor/outdoor cat) and a paw injury. They were caring and considerate.Their COVID 19 procedures allows their excellent customer service to shine. They have a great team and I recommend them to everyone I can. Thank you for all you do for me and my pets.

They got our dog Baxter in as a new patient very quickly. They did the yearly exam for me along with vaccines, and treated him for another issue.The staff along with the vet took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly without seeming hurried. You can really tell they genuinely care about their patients.

Dr. Rob was able to get my cat in on short notice, correctly diagnose his condition, prescribe and provide an antibiotic, and get me out the door and on my busy way. I was treated with friendliness and courtesy by everyone on the staff. And this all happened on a VERY busy Saturday.My pets and I consistently receive excellent service and outstanding value at Jackman’s Animal Clinic.

This was my first appointment for Bailey. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was thorough and gentle with Bailey. I thought that the Groomer did an outstanding job with Bailey a Australian Shepherd mix. Overall I was very satisfied with Jackman Animal Clinic and will return for Bailey's needs in the future.

A liar and a thief. Dr. Bob is a good man. Son Rob is a scamming, money hungry, poor excuse for an "animal care" taker. He billed for services not rendered, then lied to me when I asked him about it. I took my two little dogs for nail clippings. Afterwards, when they were on an exam table at the same time, Rob gave them each an allergy shot. He did nothing else. He charged $101 for two "exams". When questioned, he lied and said he examined them when they were getting the nails trimmed, not knowing that I was standing there watching the trim, The dogs were never out of my sight. He is simply a crook. Also, he said the shot would last 6 weeks. They started scratching again in 1 1/2 weeks. He probably didn't even give them a full dose. Watch him closely. He'll get you as soon as he gets a chance. If he needed $101 that badly he should have just asked instead of scamming me out of it.

Dr. Kayla was very patient with us and all of our questions- as we are less than a year into having/breeding goats. We had a sick buck who we “doctored” at home as well as we could and then called her to come out to the farm to take a look and help us any further. She assessed our herd and helped us make a game plan, and followed up when needed! I’ve already recommended her to other goat farmers in my area!

I have always had very positive experiences with Jackman’s My dog is very afraid of vets offices. He tends to get aggressive because of this. Jackman’s office personnel are very good and kind to him , despite his attitude. Jackman’s also has the best prices for services. They are very thorough and very patient with me answering any questions I have. I would highly recommend their office.

I'm not sure how it could be better. We have been coming to Dr Jackman for 13 years and will always go there exclusively. We have also always recommended Dr. Jackman to everyone that has a vet need. From the expertise of handling the smallest to the most extreme conditions, all the while being compassionate yet realistic in expectations. You also always know you are going to get the best care without being overpriced. Jackman's is the absolute best!

Sue and the girls make it easy for me to schedule appts and ask questions. Dr. Rob, although sometimes blunt, is wonderful. Has always treated my dogs with care and compassion. Will not go anywhere else.

Always the best service. All the staff are friendly, they show compassion whether it’s just a routine visit or for an emergency. Dr Rob is the best vet and is always available for my animals whether he’s open or not. The technician Tiffany is absolutely wonderful and shows a high level of compassion and empathy and respects the animals she helps. I cannot rate all the staff highly enough.

Jackman's worked us in after our regular vet could not get to us for a couple of days. My dog had his foot smashed by a car tire while he was chasing it down our driveway. Jackman's sedated our dog to do X-Rays and then reversed the sedation. Luckily nothing was broken, just dislocated Phalanges. They put a splint on, gave us a makeshift boot to put over it only while he was outside and some pain medication. This place was very accommodating to us even though we had never been there before. They also did a follow up phone call a few days later to check on how he was doing. Overall a very good experience there. I would definitely recommend them. I did think they were just a little expensive. But for being short notice on New Year's Eve I have no complaints at all.

Both my parents and I take our pets to Dr. Jackman, and we have never had anything but a good experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Jackman takes great care of our pets. This is definitely the best veterinary office in the area.
