We were nervous just because this was our first time buying a dog and we had already paid the deposit without ever seeing him in person! He was also so far away from where we lived (3hrs) so we didn't want to waste our time or money! First off all, this shop is located in the most beautiful farm town! Then the shop itself is beautiful!! It's so nice and clean when you walk in, I immediately felt at ease! Carl helped us and was friendly and patient answering all of our questions! I immediately spotted "Leo", now Luka, our miniature poodle. When he brought him out, I fell in love ❤️. Luka is such a well behaved, calm puppy! Of course he runs and plays when let outside, but he stays with us without a leash and he listens pretty well to be a puppy learning a new name! I love him and we had a great experience! As far as we can tell he's happy and healthy. He came with full paperwork, shot records, and a microchip! We just got him 3 days ago so he's going to the vet tmrw! In the meantime, he's adjusting well and getting cozy 💙

We got our puppy (re-named him to Gus) from Heart String three weeks ago. He is a short hair red dapple mini dachshund. He is healthy, beautiful, smart and thriving! Our vet says he is in excellent health so far and he is growing just as he should. My experience with Crystal was delightful. I was able to make a secure deposit for him online and pay the balance at time of pick up. I love our Gus Gus and I'm happy we went with Heart String Healthy Puppies.

I picked up an adorable samoyed puppy back in March this year. He has grown into a beautiful, sweet, playful companion. I was incredibly impressed with how well-behaved he was as a puppy, he was already potty trained and had almost no accidents. He already loved being on a lead and was happy to meet anyone. He never fussed with bathing, grooming, or nail trimming. I couldn't be more happy with how healthy and good natured he was (and still is).

Just brought our baby boy Finn home yesterday (left). He’s so sweet and gets along great with our Bernese pup!! Crystal was amazing and their place is so clean and their puppies are well taken care of! Thank you!

I purchased the smartest, most loving, happy pup anyone could wish for. So beautiful, sweet, and so cuddly, and house broke at 3 months. Slightly (ha - totally!) spoiled. She does tell you when she wants to play...... and tells you..... and tells you.... until you play with her.Funny thing, when she gets tired she just disappears and goes into my bedroom and goes to bed. Heart Strings puppys and their staff are absolutely wonderful.She loves sleeping on my husband's shoes.

I purchase a female 2 lb Maltese 11 week old puppy She is absolutely adorable. Crystal was terrific to work with. Never knew such beautiful puppies were so close. Thanks for a wonderful experience . Your great . I have named her Tallulah, “LuLu “ for short . ❤️
