I stopped to use the bathroom. The smell of laundry detergent was very obvious several yards away from the front doors that were closed. So be aware of the smells you will encounter. The bathroom was clean though and the key stuck in the handle so I didn't have to interrupt the cashier's to get it.

The staff is usually very welcoming, but can be very rude sometimes. I wouldn't call and ask them to locate an item, they will tell you they are busy and hang up on you. And then when you go in 15 min later, there won't be a single person in there.

They are not cheap. Most items cost more than your big box store. And customer service wasn't great. We had a question for the manager, and he wouldn't come out and talk to us. Boooogus

Can't get through the aisles with a cart, or even walk through without almost tripping over stuff someone needs to check this store! Management is friendly tho so I keep going back to this store
