So grateful! Bob came out on a Saturday because my furnace quit blowing. Extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very helpful and kind. Reasonable rates even for a Saturday. Was able to get the furnace running again when there was a hard to find blockage. Explained everything in detail. Will gladly go to A Good Neighbor Heating & Cooling again. Highly recommend! Dealing with Bob and his crew was a great experience. Very fair in pricing and exceptional in service. We were given options to choose, taking into consideration our actual needs, giving room for any "wants" with our new system. Did not try to oversell us, was very frank and open about what our old system was and what our home needed. Answered any and all questions, especially after other companies came in and TOLD us what we needed. The installation techs were professional and excellent in their approach. They were very willing to answer questions and go through the operation of the system. Highly recommend for honesty, integrity and customer oriented service.

My blower wasn’t working and would over heat n shutdown. This lil compressor looked a little fried but read within range and was assured not the issue. For $955 to replace my fan motor. And not even offering to take off the 129 service call off that 955$ bill. I called around and found a replacement compressor for 20$ brought it home and My Fan Kicked on ! I will never call The Good Neighbor again. Feel very taken advantage of.

The team at Good Neighbor is the perfect choice for your HVAC needs. Incredible knowledge and know-how across the board. I called their system after hours to get in touch, and the *owner* called me not 15 minutes later to start the quoting process. They then promptly worked with me to find a system that made sense for my budget, installed it when they said they would, within the time frame they said they would. They even talked me out of a more expensive system that I specifically asked for, citing good reasons and explaining things to me extremely well. The install team was polite, professional, did high quality work, and cleaned up after themselves very well. This was a great experience. I wasn't sure how it would go in the middle of winter, but we needed it done to help our allergies, so I decided to give it a try. We were very pleased! They arrived on time, communicated well and were professional. They kept the house as warm as possible and did a thorough job. They gave us tips to help with the house and generally seemed to care. Brian has been doing our heating service and repair.He is very professional, responsive and efficient repair. He diagnoses fast as well, recommends other parts that may falter in the near future, so he replaces them which could avoid a shut down typical stuff in heating systems that get the wear and tear.Thanks Brian! We met with the owner, in our home. He looked at the size, rooms and set up we already had. He got to know us and told us about himself and then talked to us about different systems. There was never any pressure, the whole process was very relaxed. He helped us to get financing at a great rate. The technicians who tore out and installed our new furnace and AC were very respectful and professional. They were comfortable with our dogs and kids. Chrissy in the office did all of the rebate and warranty paperwork, we signed in a couple places and mailed things in. Bryon came back today to get our AC ready for summer and promised to bring treats for the dogs next time. This was our first time buying a furnace and AC unit and they made the process so easy and painless! We are so glad we called Good Neighbor!

We wanted to let you know that both Ricardo and Adam were GREAT installers. They both were thoughtful, kind, patient with any questions, and deliberate at installing our equipment. It was easy to see that they take great pride in their performance and made sure everything was put together the way it should be. And everything looked neat and tidy after they were done! (This coming from a fairly particular customer!) I had a few requests that they were happy to accommodate and their demeanor was always patient and positive, even after 5.00pm on a Friday evening. They arrived at 8.30am and did not leave until 6.30pm, but they never seamed rushed to leave. They did a great job and we appreciate it very much.We also appreciated all Bobby's information and patience while he inspected our old unit and provided us with ALL the possible options we had to move forward, we never felt rushed or pressured in any way. He was thorough and very kind as well. He was able to arrive the same day we called and scheduled the entire furnace and a/c replacement the very next day. Overall we were very pleased with the price, service and attention to detail. And we will certainly refer anyone we know looking for heating and cooling services to A Good Neighbor Heating & Cooling. This company is absolutely amazing! Byron and his coworkers were very friendly, efficient, timely and knowledgeable. We learned on Saturday that we needed a new AC and furnace. It was installed and working by Wednesday. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. Our furnace died recently (and AC hadn't worked for over a year) and we contacted them for a quote. They responded quickly and gave us multiple options. We decided to use them and they arranged the work promptly. They replaced furnace, AC, installed a new thermostat, and repaired some ductwork. The team completed the work in two days, were very professional, kept my house clean, explained everything they were doing and were just excellent all around. I have been purchasing their maintenance contract for several years. This last winter was very challenging to make an appointment for my furnace check up. The one day that I could do it they had an emergency and did not show up for the scheduled check. As the time flew by I did not get an a/c check done either. The contract was about to expire and I called and was given an appointment for last Monday for a furnace check up. When Jody came I asked him if it would be possible to also do the a/c check while he was here. He had to check with the office and they gave him the green light to do it at the same time. I was pleased because at least I was receiving the service that I paid for. Jody was very knowledgeable and pointed out a installation issue that could effect the furnace operation. He stated he would get me a quote to fix what should have been done differently when the furnace was installed. Really pleased with Jody and Good Neighbor for making me happy with the service contract. Will definitely sign up again.

They were very professional even with our 4 year grandson talking to them every time they came into the house. They removed all the old equipment cleaned up the debris and made sure the air conditioner was working properly before they left. Must say our house is so much cooler after 2 weeks with no air and it is probably cooling the house better than it has since we moved into our home back in 1999. Price was reasonable. Very happy we chose them to replace our old air conditioner. I especially like the way the gal answered the phone when I called very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them

Furnace stopped working again for the 2nd time in 4 years. Called good neighbor who installed furnace they charged me 516 dollars to change a 9 dollar part that took about 20 min to change when called them out on It i was told I was stupid and don't know anything. Told them they were stealing from people the owner told me not to call them and he hoped my house burned down. This place is terrific. We woke up Sunday morning to no heat. A Good Neighbor installed our furnace 7 years ago so called them for an emergency service call. The owner himself came out 3 hours later and had the furnace running in no time. Would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Good Neighbor Heating and Cooling did a great job. They came out promptly and really helped us out when our heater went out right after a snow storm. The workers were friendly and helpful. They cleaned up the mess and made sure we understood how everything worked. My wife and I were very pleased.
