The friendliest Walmart I've been. The staff were amazing The customer service supervisor was a doll..she's a blast to see and I bet she's a blast to work with. Wish we have the same staff in Iowa. The store was immaculate and clean. The isles were not cluttered. The produce were nicely stocked and displayed. The workers were busy working and non were standing around. This has to be the hardest workers at any Walmart, any location. I definitely fell the good vibe coming in here and this is my first time at this location and in this city. Bravo to the management team and congrats on working with all these hard workers .

Visited the outdoor section today. I don’t know much about plants myself, however my plant crazy mother loved it very much. A good selection of greenery and seeds in a clean well kept area. The cashier area was closed in the outdoor section, but that’s to be expected in winter.

Ivy from Michigan city walmart was super helpful on the phone! She had amazing customer service and actually went to look for an item I could barely describe on the phone and she found it! Amazing worker

It's Walmart. I do like to stop here when I can't find things at aldis or kroger. I like you wear my headphones thigh because now they have annoying radio with bad music and people talking. I hate it.They also offer discount on soda stream exchanges if you can't exchange then at Ace! Goto the customer service counter and bring in the empty to exchange!

One week till Christmas. Go early in the day so it's not so crowded. I was surprised by all the toys still available. Lots of selections. They had plenty of baking supplies for me to finish Cookie Trays.Parking can be interesting later in the day but I didn't need to walk more than 30 feet.

Some products are great to buy here yet others not so much! Of course TV's are a great buy but I normally shop for food for a big family. Bulk food items tend to be a good buy.

Update..Don’t go here if you don’t wanna wait 3 hours for ur pickup order! Hopefully somebody will reply to this but I’ve been sitting outside in the pick up area for three hours waiting for my groceries for them to come out and tell me that they don’t know where my order is and they will try to locate it! But yet my app said my order was ready so I’m thinking they gave someone else my order! so then after another half hour, I talk to the girl and she tells me well I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do. You can come back in the morning and pick up your order, after I’ve already wasted 3 1/2 hours doing absolutely nothing but wasting my gas in my time!!! The team leader comes out and tells me she’s sorry she can offer me a gift card and I can pick it up in the morning so I said no I’ve waited 3 hours already wasting my gas and time so then She says she will have somebody pick my order right now so I waited another 20 minutes for them to bring my order out with no gift card. This is unacceptable. This is ridiculous. No one came out to apologize and I didn’t hear from the team leader again! I wasted a total of four hours today in your parking lot doing absolutely nothing Get your stuff together Walmart. ! It woulda been faster if I came in and did it myself..what’s the point of Walmart +! Update… I had to call 3 times to get to a manager and I waited on hold for 2 1/2 hours bc a manager who was a lady told me she would find out what happened and be right back and never came back so I hung up and called again after being on hold for forever and got a assist manager who was a man and he told me he was sorry and I could come in and pick up a 20$ gift card for all the time and gas I wasted so I went to pick up my gift card and it was only $10 smh this Walmart is a joke and every manager that works in it!

Wonderful staff! They really went out of their way to make sure I got my prescription from out of state they even gave me different payment options and tried to get the price as low as possible my insurance did come through and my prescription was fully covered but I've never been treated better by pharmacy staff especially the pharmacist! For some reason the pharmacist usually come off a bit narcissistic, but this guy was really friendly and helpful. The pharmacy technician that helped me was so amazing! I just loved her she is so friendly she even sent me a friend request! Best Walmart in at least 300 miles!

As usual the shelves are half empty. Aisles are packed with employee shoppers for pick up orders who are pretty rude and definitely don't care if they are rude in your way. 2 actual check out lanes open which always have super long lines. The money service center is hardly ever even open. GREETERS expecting me to stop to show a receipt as if they are security. "Get out of here Kevin, say hello to someone..👋🏼" but it's the only Walmart, it's cheaper than Meijer, so we still go like mindless drones to spend our money on over priced processed food and decor that will break in a month.

The staff they have shopping for others are always in the way and have no problem hitting you with the cart. The shelves are never filled anymore. The staff stands around talking to each other than anything else. The 2 actual cashiers they have are constantly getting yelled at for the lack of care this place has for its people and customers.

My favorite one-stop shop! The workers are super friendly and helpful. The store is a little messy, but you can tell its from customers changing their mind and seeing their stuff on the shelf. I also noticed that Walmart has a lot of exclusive things I can't find at other Walmarts. I won't say what so I can keep purchasing them.

Waited 20 minutes to get a cabinet unlocked for a 9.00 item. Then personally escorted to register when I wasn't done shopping so I can purchase the item immediately. Ridiculous security and procedure. Then harassed in the parking lot by a guy banging on my car asking for money.

Can I give negative stars? Tried checking out through self check out since that is all you can do and had to have an associate come for every single item.Needless to say we gave up and left.

What is the purpose of customer service.....I buy money orders every month at customer service.....usually at 7:00 am......now because you have that money center that doesn't open until 8:00....I have to wait....you are not customer friendly for a billion dollar company.....every change is a slap in the face for your ..customers....yes your mo are cheaper. But back to the bank I go.....

They spend more time and money on security than they do on paying customers. There are never any carts or open checkouts.Very messy and there are no price checkers. When we asked an employee where they were located, she lamented that the store removed them all.

If you are looking for a good lunch for under $6.00 stop at Walmart's deli department. I was in the area and I was hungry but I did not want a burger or pizza. I picked up a 3 pc. chicken strip meal with mac& cheese and baked beans. The food was good, I was full and I didn't spend a whole lot of money. I shop at Walmart to pick up household items and things, I never thought about picking up lunch there. I will be going back soon.

Half of the store was empty shelves, was followed around the store and watched by 2 different employees minutes after entering the store. It was 4:30 in the afternoon and they already had all the lanes closed except 2 and the self checkout. Got cash back from self checkout and tried to break a 20 into two 10s and apparently that was to much math for the self checkout person, and was told to use the bank. Upon going to the bank and asking them, I was told that unless I bank with them there is a mandatory donation in order for them to make change. That's not what a donation is, you can't make something mandatory and say it's a donation, that's a fee. They said it was for the food bank, but there is nothing posted anywhere stating this. Can you provide a receipt and proof that it's going to any charity? I'd rather give my "donation" to one of the many people that were outside begging for money, at least they were honest about it.

Online pick up has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST you can be there waiting for literally 2 plus hours watching everyone you’ve been there before orders come out fast it’s is beyond TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN I CANT STAND THIS WALMART they never answer the phone need better management or something

I went in to cash a check at Woodforest bank but had to wait for my landlord to get done at Menards so I thought I'd check out the electronics. Upon entering that section I was immediately followed around and treated like I was stealing stuff. I really wanted to talk with someone about a new TV. Guess I'll just go to Best Buy.
