I love that they have the Weruva cat food on sale for Buy 10 Get 2 Free. It's a pricey food, so any sale helps. Plus, they had a coupon for $10 off $40. What a deal! Thank you!

Another big box corporation that requires a membership to get sale prices. The manager at this store was very helpful and polite, but the policy of membership just for information capture is getting old. I'm going to be taking my business to Brandt's or some other locally-owned pet store.

Great staff, but upon this visit I learned that their online prices may be less than in store, and they will honor in store if you show them... but why even have different prices. Honestly just seems wrong to me.

Today, I came into PetSmart looking to buy some new apparel for my pet Shih Tzu. As soon as I walked in the first thing I had noticed was all the cute Christmas themed costumes and treats, though I wasn't looking to buy anything holiday yet, so I continued browsing around only to not find much of anything. I asked the lady at cashier if they had anything other than the holiday pet clothes and she told me where in the store I could possibly find what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

PetSmart? More like PetDumb. These people should be sued for false advertising. I went in there with the sole intent of buying a genius dog that could help take over my community and none of these animals can even do math. They have nothing for dolphins, no rocket attachments for ANY animal, they don't even have that talking monkey from the movie Congo. And Sarah, I don't care that you banned me for life, I will put a laser cannon on my hamster and then I'll be the general manager of the tristate area and you'll be back on the register. I will NOT call you mom.

Unfortunately I must give 2 stars to Petsmart of Michigan City because.. there are only ever 2 people working, I have searched for 20 minutes for an employee to help me get something down off of a super high shelf (even resorted to grabbing the ladder myself and climbing 10-12 steps to grab the product I desired), no assistance with making a collar tag, no assistance with fish and finally.. have been shopping there since open and was JUST NOW notified that my phone number is in the system but no email and no name and I have not accrued ANY POINTS?! WHAT? I buy ALL my pet products there and have earned no incentives.. 😕

It was our first time taking our baby there, his cut is very uneven and way shorter in spots. we were told that they would start with a trim and then go from there, however, regardless I would have expected them to make sure he was even. It is very noticeable due to him being a shorkie. I was also not impressed with how the pickup was to begin with. I walked in to grab him and they sent me right back out to pay before I even seen him and then the guy was pulling him on leash instead of just letting me pick him up. He weighs 10 pds literally! He also does not smell cleaned like he got a bath (which we paid for) he smells like they just sprayed him.For the price we paid , we will GLADLY take him elsewhere!

The sweetest grooming team. They take cats but only certain days. They are so gentle and patient with my cat. Thank you for being the best! They also will clip nails at any time. But you may have to wait if they are already caring for a pet. I only waited about 10 minutes cause she was busy with another pet.

What a great pet store! We go there a lot. Yesterday, our little sweet girl, Pandora, had dental surgery. I ran in quickly to find some pureed and soft foods for her. One kind only had two envelopes left, so I asked a worker for help finding other brands. She was busy stocking, but cheerfully dropped what she was doing to help me. I rattled on about how stressed I was and sad for my kitty going through this surgery, and this kind lady listened as she helped me find food for her. She made me feel better just by listening and I thanked her for it, because I know she was busy. That meant a lot! I always have great people there, just cheerful and so nice. It makes that store a happy place to be!

At least we got to take our dog in the store to go shopping. He just loves going down the different isles for all the different smells and picking out a squeaky toy. So, it's all about the experience solely for him.

Showed up on Christmas Eve because I was out of town and forgot food for my dog. Showed up 4 minutes after close after spinning out because of the blizzard. The empathy-less nightmare of a human being working very rudely made it clear I could not buy even a single morsel of dog food after trying to hide and pretend she couldn’t see me waiting in the cold.

Went into the store today and looked like they just got their shipment of fish in. The guy was busy I could see, but acknowledged me and was so polite when I asked for the fish still in the bag. He was telling me about the tanks, was really nice to have great customer service! The cashier was friendly as well, good team in there this Morning!

I feel like nobody that is working there wants to be there. Welcome people into the store enthusiastically! Be proud to have a job that you enjoy! Be better at customer service and help people find things! Be knowledgeable and you will sell more! Have more people on the floor. I shouldn't have to hunt someone down and wait in a line just to get an answer on a brand of cat food. These things make me want to shop at a different pet store where people will take the time to talk to me instead of not even make eye contact.When there are more than three people in the line to check out why doesn't someone jump on a second register to help out? Instead, most of the time people are hanging out in the office. I know that doesn't sound fair. They could be doing important things at the time. But more staffing is needed here.

We brought our 6 month old French bulldog in for a shampoo and nail trim which was included with the shampoo. 👍👍 and I was very happy with the service and how professional and friendly the staff was.I would highly recommend. I will definitely be going back.
