Meijer pharmacy is just the best. Their prices tend to be lower than any other pharmacy's in the area. Drive through seems to move along much faster than other pharmacies as well.The staff is also great. If you need something they will do whatever they can to help you.I remember one time allowing a script to run out of refills. I had to get the doc to call in a new script, and you know they work at a snails pace. So I was going to be left without any meds until my doc could get around to pressing the button. They were able to give me a couple tablets of my meds to get me by until doc responded. Great people, great pharmacy!

My mom takes Xanax which is a controlled substance. Yesterday I picked up her prescription and I always count them, instead of 90 pills there is only 60 so I call the pharmacy and the pharmacist said to come back for the other 30. Went back today and a different pharmacist said I’m sorry but I have to investigate this matter, note: We have been shorted before by 3 or 4, one time 6 but never 30. She said they checked their inventory and balanced and she talked to the person that filled the prescription and they counted it 3 times. Well I’m not a liar, no one takes these pills other than my mother who is 94 and is basically addicted to them.If they put 90 pills in that bottle then someone there tampered with that bottle. I will never go there again!!!!!!!

Awful service, it takes sometimes an entire day to get your prescription's and unfortunately the Pharmacist there is getting into to the patients business by questioning what your Dr is prescribing to you and why. They refused to fill one of my medications that I have taken on and off for years, I called my Dr and told him that they wouldn't fill my prescription and threatened to void it out on me and my Dr. Put them in line on the spot. They aren't Physician's they are Pharamacists and it's not their place to involve then like that.

Worst Pharmacy ever! They gave me the wrong pills and said you have to come back tomorrow. I called and asked them if they had the right pills repeating the correct name 3 times. Drove the 20 minute to the store for them to again they gave me the wrong pills! That's why I called. Untrained stupid itiots. I would be surprised if they're not real pharmacist and make the same the measly $8hr the cashiers do.

The Pharmacists and Techs are wonderful!! They make sure I understand my prescription and are always smiling. They wave and call me by name as I walk in!! I wouldn't go to any other place!!!

I’m 66 and diabetic, never had a pharmacy work so hard getting my insulin at the best possible price they could possibly get for me. Thank you Remmy for putting the time in to help, I won’t go anyplace else from now on

Treated very poorly by pharmacist, a younger Indian female, on 11/6/19 morning. She is uncaring, rude & unhelpful. She spoke so loudly that everyone around could hear customer's private matters. We will never return to Meijer pharmacy!!

Bad customer service, workers give you the impression that they are giving customers a favor. If you need to talk to someone, you have to stay on hold for 10-15 minutes. I plan to transfer all my prescriptions to other pharmacy. Avoid Meijer.

They're always super nice and honestly I have not waited here as long as I have waited to be helped at other pharmacies. Strong team! Ugh and they're super sweet to my tiny tot as well. SUPER appreciate that the associate asked me if it was okay for him to have a little treat. Love it so far

Best Pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. They are always kind and calm even when dealing with out of control customers. They always make sure to ask if you have insurance so you get the best price. I am so grateful to all of the hard working staff!!

This place is just awful.When I say the only reason why I go here is because it's the cheapest for my specific medication, THAT IS THE ONLY REASON.. They are always rude at the window, always has some type of attitude going on when you ask them questions. They ALMOST NEVER have medication so I usually have to wait for the refills.THEN they don't let u know when your OUT of refills until you call about it, when you tell him " my doctor said they sent it" I always get " well call ur doctor because we don't have it"This place went downhill F.A.S.T!!!!

The pharmacy is routinely filling medications from physicians and urgent care 24 to 48 hours after being prescribed. My daughter was prescribed an oral medication for a reaction by the urgent care and the pharmacy still did not have it the following day, stated it would not be available for another day. When I asked for further help finding an alternative medication or finding an alternative pharmacy with the medication in stock I was treated very poorly. Both the pharmacy technician and the pharmacist were rude and gave the strong impression that I was inconveniencing them, they refused to help me find the medication in stock elsewhere and only after I pleaded did they agree to call the urgent care to ask for an alternative medication. I was promised a follow phone call when they recieved the new prescription but never recieved one. I order to find a pharmacy with the needed medication on stock I had to return to urgent care and ask for a physical prescription to take to other pharmacies because I did not have access to what was sent electronically to meijers. This entire situation delayed my daughter's care and left me extreme upset by the careless approach we received.

Horrible service... prescription was sent to pharmacy unfortunately Meijer is not preferred by our insurance for this medication but instead of contacting us so we could contact the insurance they did nothing no calls,texts, or telegrams nothing.When we called the personwe spoke to apologized but some how when you're waiting for heart medication and the pharmacy doesn't think to call you for days after,there's a situation shows a total lack of respect for the customer.

These Pharmacy techs are an absolute joke they prolong the slightest process .. made me wait 1 hr and 15 mins for medication my doctor called in hours ago . Mouth off at you and if you respond youd have to wait hours for you meds in pain or not .. They should stop doing medicine
