As I said before the store is very neat and tidy and I'm sure that's only because there's no merchandise to put back out I've always been able to find what I needed there but since November I haven't found a thing I've had to go to another store to purchase what I needed. The folks working there Associates were very helpful and understanding and pleasant I enjoy them very much they're very helpful as much as they can with no merchandise to sell I feel that we're now a second rate store and home store doesn't care anything about Michigan City. So that's about all I have to say I can't give it a good ratingl.p.t

I needed some dress clothes for an interview. They had what I needed, but there were no employees to ask for help or to sort out the tiny screens with error messages instead of prices. On the plus side, the cashier was nice, friendly, informed me if a missed sale, because they can't get signs right. Digital signs displaying errors are great for customers. The people who i saw saved this places review, otherwise it'd be lower.

I was taken care of without any delay. The staff and cashier were attentive and very friendly! Earlene is a fantastic cashier! I'd definitely go back to the store in Michigan City, IN

If you visit the store hopefully you are lucky enough to get Earlene as your cashier! She is one of the few remaining that takes pride in their job. And she's sweet as pie.

If you are like me and miss JC Penneys, Sears, and Carsons, then Kohls is the place to go!Kohls has the charm that these old Marquette Mall department stores had before we got trended towards the big box stores, which just do not have that feel. Kohls reminds me of Macy's in Chicago, too, on a smaller scale. It's just very nice to shop at! It kind of has an upscale vibe, and it's just a pretty place with great merchandise!A bonus- quick and easy Amazon returns can be made there! That's a super convenience!

Had to run in quick to look for a pair of shoes for my daughter. Luckily they had them in stock and they were on sale! Got in and out super fast! Forgot to add... I can live in their bathroom. Everytime I visit the bathroom, it is so clean and smells so nice in there! I greatly appreciate that Kohl's!

No baby gear in store... not one staff member greeted me or spoke to me in the 40m I was in there. I saw others coming in and nobody was being greeted. I saw a woman (the same woman) 5x in different areas of the store but she never acknowledged me at all. I like Kohls but I'm a retail manager and my staff would NEVER dare ignore a customer in my building...I am disappointed

This store looks awful, you walk in and see nothing but random clearance items stuffed at the door like it’s a “buy it while you can/ going out of business sale.” You can’t find anything you’re looking for and if you do manage to find something you then have to hunt down an employee to find out how much it is. did kohls get rid of those signs that showed the price or does this store just not know how to use them? Can’t say I’ll be back until someone in that store cares enough to clean up

Kohls in Michigan city indiana has the nicest employees along with some great clothes. All the clothes are nice and in order on the shelves and the customer service is top notch

Clean and neat. Women's restroom clean also. Selection is a little less, but it makes the store seem more organized and all companies are having supply chain issues. Employees seem a little friendlier than in the past. The coupons and Kohl's cash continue to be the lure that draws me back on a fairly regular basis.

I love the staff here, outside of a few that had attitude they usually are so nice. Clean store. But it's very small and the pants I love are marked up over $10 then at Meijer. Unfortunately the reason for the score is that they have a very limited supply of plus size clothing and it looks bad on most plus size women. The fit is not flattering or its ugly flowers and I don't want to look like a 60 year old mom. Or grandma. So If you're not a Size xs-XL this place isn't for you. You'll have to shop online.
