I went to pick up my son's medication. I was given a rather high amount to pay. miracle, the associate helping me, told me to give her about 10 minutes and she was going to look into the situation further. 10 minutes later, she had the situation resolved! And she did it all with kindness and a smile! Thank you, Miracle!

Their store staff by themselves are wonderful but their pharmacy is really disorganized. I understand that cyberattacks happen, but they should have a proper backup for getting people their Adhd medication doses.

CVS is a good place to do your health care shopping, as a drug store they are knowledgeable and friendly, they also have a wide variety of other products too, from candy and cards to ink pens to supplements, and I do believe they are open 24 hours too

I really like the coupons CVS offers me. Plus I’ve signed up as a CVS member that’s only $5.00 per month which offers me more coupons every month. I love using the coupons. It allows me to shop at CVS and sometimes I’m able to use enough coupons to get huge discounts.I love their Coupons!!!

I had coupons for different items on my account.I go to check out, and the cashier says you don’t have these coupons available and I showed her where they were available on my account for such items, and she refused to honor them.They just lost my business.

Have had great experiences....very knowledgable staff. We have had to wait sometimes but thats normal for any business. I am grateful that CVS is there.

My scripts are ready but I cannot come get them because I do not have the patience to wait in line for 45 minutes every time I just need to pick up a script. Y'all need a new system or tell people in the drive thru they need to come in if they have issues beyond a normal pickup. This is ridiculous. Good thing my meds are not that important.

Horrible service. They put a sign on the bathroom door ask an assistant for a key, then you ask them and they give you attitude and tell you no they have to walk you to the bathroom. Ridiculous behavior. Rude. Everyone in the world should avoid this CVS, just go to Walgreens

These people do not have a clue what they are doing. I dropped my perception off to them but asked before if they had what I needed (we were going out of town the next day). The man said yes and showed me the bottle of medicine told me it would be about an hour or so. I got a text saying it was delayed, so I called and told them the man showed me the bottle and he assured me it would be ready that day. The lady said I needed 5 bottles and it would be ready in the morning. Called in the morning (10:00) to see what time it would be ready, she proceeded to tell me they don't know when and it will get there when it gets there. I called over to Meijer and they had what I needed, filled my 1 BOTTLE OF 5 MG eye drops within 45 minutes.

Worst pharmacy if you actually need your prescriptions to be filled in any timely manner. Past three prescriptions it literally took 8-10 hours before being ready. And that was even after calling the automated service and selecting the option to let the pharmacist know I was on the way. Today in particular I was told to my face it’ll be ready at 1pm. I was skeptical so I asked her will it for sure be ready if I come in after one? Surprise surprise it’s now 3:10pm and I wasted gas money to come here only to be told another half hour!! I know pharmacy’s take time but not 8-10 hours or to be lied to is out of bounds. Hate this location and cvs all over the area. I’m switching pharmacies after today. Hope this helps you change pharmacies or not go here in first place.

i'm not one to usually leave a poor review, but each time i've gone here after getting off from night shift, some of the front of the store staff treated me as if i'm a nuisance being there or ignored me completely. after a certain point of the night, the self check out closes so you have to check out at the counter. i couldn't find any staff, so i waited for about 8-11 minutes. a staff came up to answer the phone behind the counter, then immediately left without saying a word. i thought she was going to grab someone, so i waited about 7 more minutes. no one ever came to ring me up, and there wasn't anyone else available for me to ask on the floor. the woman seemed just overall irritated with me for coming in for something i needed while she was finishing a smoke break. i can understand completely, i'm paitent enough, but after i was completely ignored i had to go elsewhere. if i had some sort of acknowledgment at all, i wouldn't have walked out but i really didn't think anyone was coming after 15-24 minutes. some of the staff up front are really great, but there are a handful of others who give me a really uncomfortable experience every time

This pharmacy is under the poorest management I've ever experienced. I've never had so much trouble having my 28 day supply of meds filled until I started coming to this pharmacy... its like they can't figure out their inventory from month to month. I always am forced to drive clear to Portage to get my needs met. No way this manager can be so inept. They told me they can't just appear. I told them they should have it there all the time!Stay away from this poorly managed drug store.

What kind of manager doesn't know how to run a coupon for formula? I think they just didn't want sell the formula to my sister because they didn't want to lose out on money since the formula was already half off so with the coupon it only would have been a couple dollars but apparently it wasn't half off even though there was a label that stated that it was I guess the label was just for decoration

They NEVER answer the phone and if they do, your on hold for a min of 30 min before someone even answers. The pharmacists, Heather I think her name was, is the rudest person I ever dealt with!!!They talk bad about the customers getting their meds. You can call and have your scripts filled, still won't be ready almost 24 hours later. They'll tell you, they are still working on it. But yet I walk in there and they are all on their phones!

Not sure if they're short staffed or what but it seems like I'm always in line at the pharmacy for at least 25 minutes, sometimes longer. It takes them days to fill prescriptions sometimes. I understand we're in a pandemic and everywhere is short staffed but some people can't wait days for their prescription to be filled. This issue definitely needs to be addressed by the upper management. You're putting stress on your customers as well as your employees. Do better.

I had a prescription sent to this location and when I arrived it was 1:30. The pharmacy was closed until 2 for lunch. After an entire night of my son crying through a snowstorm, and finally being able to get to an urgent care, we made it to the pharmacy. My son was exhausted and in pain sitting in a chair while I frantically tried to get his medicine. I was told they didn’t have it. My heart dropped and my spirit did too. I took him home and gave him Motrin trying to figure out where to start to find his antibiotics somewhere else. I got a text 25 mins after I left CVS and someone there put in an order or found something or went above and beyond to make sure my son got what he needed. Whoever you are, I am so thankful.

Worst CVS in all Michigan City possibly worst pharmacy. If you call in you will be put on hold while two calls are constantly ringing through the pharmacy as I've watched this calling from inside the store. They simply do not answer and will not have your medication ready often until the next day or the day after.

Okay so this review is over two things.The first is me arriving to the pickup window to pick up my prescription and being told it would be ready in 20 minutes. No big deal I just left the appointment where it was written. I came back 20 minutes later and again they tell me to wait another 20 minutes. I was frustrated they wasted my time so I went home. It wasn't ready for another hour. The prescription was for painkillers and I was in the worst pain of my life.The second issue is when I called to refill my prescription for painkillers. First time I've ever had to take him in my life because I broke my leg, had surgery, and now have a 12-in long incision in my calf. They gave me 28 pills and told me to take one every 6 hours. Math tells you that 7 days. When I called for a refill they said that they gave me 12 days worth and that I couldn't order more. I told them that they are wrong and to check the math and the label that I have in my hands. They put me on hold for a good while and when they came back told me okay we will fill your prescription and then hung up on me. I felt like they were treating me like an addict.Go elsewhere. I will be.

Absolutely terrible. Everyone in the pharmacy portion is absolutely rude. You can never talk to anyone without obscene hold times. If you are waiting in the store for a prescription they will fill for ppl who are not in the store first before the people actually waiting in the store. And I’m forced to use them or go to mail order

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy staff is extremely unprofessional. I have had several issues with rudeness and lack of communication on their part. Whoever the worker was today with the brown head wrap on in the pharmacy was rude, and literally mocked me to another employee right in front of my face.. I hope management has cameras and see her hand motions she did while collecting my order. Horrible customer service.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience this morning. All of my prescriptions were ready when I arrived. I did some light shopping for some toiletries and snacks. All the toiletries were stocked and easy to find. The snacks were mostly there, but due to the nationwide logistical problem (not CVS's), there were several entire shelves empty. All of the staff I saw were working hard, but yet cheerful and professional. (I was surprised by other users' experiences because I didnt see any of what happened to them.)

Been on hold with the pharmacy for over 30 mins.Update 1: even though the answering service said my prescription was "processing", they hadn't even started the process.Update 2: they called me back, put me on hold, then hung up on me.Update 3: called back again said they don't have the prescription and told me to call around to other stores myself to see if they have it.Are negative stars available?

Worst, most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. I waited two hours for a prescription to be filled, only to be told a few minutes before they close that they don't have a specific medicine, and won't have it for weeks. They left me frantically struggling to find a pharmacy last minute to transfer the prescription. Terrible communication, even worse service.

Was out of town without my Rx. Called and the pharmacist was able to get me script transferred and filled in under an hour! So grateful! Nice staff. No Hassel! Great experience, rather than health disaster!

Terrible pharmacy. I called 2 days ago to refill a prescription and they said they would order it because I asked for name brands. I call to see if it’s ready and they say there’s nothing being worked on, then oh, they’re waiting on my dr. My husband goes to pick up only 1 of my 2 prescriptions because they didn’t order the other one like they said. He comes home and remarks how inexpensive it is … because they gave him the off brand. Tried to return it and the tech gave my husband a hard time saying “well your wife said.” Please save your sorry excuses. I know what I asked for because I take this medicine everyday and will for the rest of my life. So now I’m waiting on BOTH prescriptions after days, multiple calls, and multiple visits. If you can, go to Walgreens.

I called my prescription in last night, they said they'd have it ready for me in the morning. Stopped by today around 2 and they told me they have nothing for me, as if I had never called. I'm 100 percent positive I called the right place as it's closest to me and the only one that's 24 hours and when I had called, I asked if the pharmacy hours were 24 as well as the store hours, and he confirmed. The woman helping me apologized and told me if I wanted to do some shopping, it would be ready in 15-20 min. I told her I had things to do and would be back in a couple hours. I used the drive through a little after 5 and was told it was stil not ready. The woman at the window told me to come back when I receive a text message saying it is ready. It is now 10pm and I have not received any text message. I will be returning tomorrow to /hopefully/ have it filled, as I have been with out my medication now. Regardless of whether it is ready tomorrow, I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walmart where I have never had trouble in the past.

I would give this store zero stars if it were an option. I used to be a customer here a few years ago but finally got so sick of the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE that I started going to Walgreens. The service at Walgreens was excellent. Unfortunately, my insurance changed and CVS is the preferred provider. I am due to get vaccines that my insurance requires be administered by a pharmacy so I called CVS yesterday to see if they had the vaccine in stock and when would be a good time to come in. I arrived this morning and was told that they haven't been cleared to give vaccines. I understand that's due to covid. I do not understand why they didn't tell me that yesterday. I have had it with this store. Unfortunately I am stuck with CVS and will try another location. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Usually like going to this pharmacy. They said 17.93 for my prescription and when I noticed on the receipt after I had used it it was 117.93. Major jump in prices. I could have bought something in the store for less then that. The pharmacist need to speak up at the windows. Will be seeing if my bank can't get a refund for this since the pharmacy couldn't.
