The employees are a few really nice ladys that absolutely love my puppy. The prices are 60% on the dollar against Pet Smart. It's behind the outlet mall in Michigan City and it's the best value/customer service that you can get for your pet. Outstanding service.

I can’t believe for such a big place they don’t have any plain blank dog ID tags. Stores use to sell the little round or bone shaped ones so you can engrave anything you want on them or have the choice to have someone else engrave it for you. Not to mention their prices are very high. $18.00 for a small bottle of melatonin for your dog to calm them down. I don’t even think you get a month supply, I know you don’t for the CBD brand. There’s only like 8 in the whole tube they give you. So expect to pay quite a bit for a 1 month supply!!!

Went in looking for Bassett Hound food and water dishes. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for but the service was friendly. I did purchase a mit for bathing and it made bathtime so much easier. Will recommend.

My partner and I walked into this store. There were three white staff standing around holding a personal conversation. No one greeted us. We walked pass these ladies 2 times, still no one asked if we need any help. Get to the cashier she didn’t speak either. While standing at the register, a white man walks in, and all three greeted him, asked him if he needed any help. Never again will I shop here. My money is just as good as everyone else.

I love all the new things I find at Brandts. The staff is amazing and Sue is one of the best. The staff is a great resource of information when it comes to animal questions and advice. Dog food prices are the greatest in town and even better during sales. I have been going here for over 12 years now.

I’m surprised there are no reviews about the people who work here watching you. You can’t even shop anywhere in the store without being followed and watched . It makes you very uncomfortable and you feel like you can’t even shop. Imagine,… playing employees to stand there and watch people and make sure they don’t “steal”. Also like much reviews the people who work here are not friendly
