Worst experience I’ve ever had, not only at a subway, but at any fast food place. Barely even wrapped my sandwich, sprayed sauce all over the bread and wrapping so then I couldn’t even unwrap it to eat without making a huge mess. They couldn't get my order right even tho I didn’t customize my sandwich at all really, barely apologized and never offered to remake it after multiple mistakes on the sandwich. Worst $20 I’ve ever spent.

This loves beats on truck drivers doors, telling them to move or theyll threaten to call tow truck. Truck drivers supply this nation with everything people need and want. They deserve a well rested night without being woke up, to ensure safety on highways and the American people can get whatever it is they need in life. It’s not always guaranteed a truck driver will find an “empty truck parking spot” what a damn shame loves. Have some more respect

Possibly the worst subway in america more then 20 customers came up amd everytime they said we are closed for 10 to 15 mins. And this is at a truck stop so after 30 mins has went by they keep telling people 10 more mins. No one wants to work. Everyone very lazy. They all think its sooo funny. Lot of business lost and people upset thanks subway.

There were three employees on shift, no bread (wraps or flat bread), no avocados, The female employee at the order station told the male trying to get condiments out of the cabinet to take my order then walked to the back to do something. Had to tell the guy two times what I wanted. Asked for onions they container was almost empty so he grabbed a fresh one then put the old onions on my sandwich (none from the new container) I should have walked away then. He didn't have a knife to cut the sandwich so the other male employee who was in no hurry went to the back to get (hopefully) clean knife's and took over my order from the slower of the two. The entire time the female who seemed to be in charge was cutting onions in the back ( FRESH Onion) which they already had. I only ate half the sandwich it tasted bad. So to sum up this . Staff terrible, store dirty, food not good. My fault for being optimistic. Do not eat here!

Says they are open 24/7 but randomly decide to cut the line off. Just says they are calling it and decided to be done. Inaccurate hours and poor customer service. Burger King across the street much better service!

As far as subways go, this location was disappointing. The employees did their job well, but the oven toasted my bread too much. There was a pile of crumbs on my seat when I was done and my sandwich was too dry. The lettuce also looked like it was starting to turn. I'm surprised they put it out. The cookies were good. Not a bad subway, but certainly not the best.

This entire facility was horrible. The staff at the subway were 100% on drugs; and they only had wheat bread and like 2 meats to pick from. It took forever to get our sandwiches too. Then the loves bathrooms were horrendous! My husband said it looked like pee has sat in those urinals for months. 0/10

Don't eat here! We ordered breakfast sandwiches and asked for them toasted and they were warm on the edges and cold in the middle. We threw away half of what we ordered. The server also completely waited on the person behind us before checking us out. You can get much better food and service at other Subways.

Order two 6" Subs the bread was so hard you could barely bite then When we went up to let them know The person that took care of us had a really bad attitude and they said that they were out of all bread except for white and wheat Then when I looked at my card they added one of the subs back on but then they deducted it so I ended up paying for the whole meal Instead of paying for only 2 things. We'll never come back here again.

Subway in general... I do not like the new menu...even though the items taste great...I feel like my choices are being limited and I am ordering from a McD's menu...#1, #2...etc. This particular subway is ok. As with all restaurants post corona, it is short staffed and turn over rate is extremely high. I visited this location on 07/05/2022 and there was one poor guy doing it all...this was a little after 5 o'clock rush hour....so dont be in a hurry if you order here.

This is the slowest location that I have come to in a loves. You would think they had at least a little bit of urgency when trying to serve people but the majority of the staff was in the back. Meanwhile the new guy is syrup with how to construct a wrap.

I wen there yesterday evening around 7:10pm and a girl walked out from the back and said we have no bread, I said you have no bread, she said well it just came out of the oven and she said it would take 30 mins for the bread to cool down so they could cut it.... a man was sitting in the booth and said he had been sitting there for atleast 30 mins and he said the girl that just told me that, told a lady before me at 6:50pm the bread is out of the oven and would take 20 mins to cool down. Of course I left. What sub place runs out of bread??... learn how to run your place of business.

Employee #1: baked before our bread. #2: had already worked almost 40hrs on start of day 3.. so of COURSE the bacon we paid TOO. MUCH. FOR. never even made it to our sub. $10 for a footlong sub that wasn't even dressed to order. 🤦

Cool fries. Didn't listen to my order. 1 large fry. 1 medium drink. I got 1 large fry and a 1 medium drink. There is a bunch of worker and the are so slow. Watched a cook pick up a bun on the floor and throw it away didn't wash hands went back to cooking. Rude ladies also. Giving customers dirty looks and then talking amongst themselves. Also the lady that took my order was wearing an overly dirty shirt. Gross.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! I asked for mayo and she said " I would have to go to the back and get it" I said please, she grunts and slams her hands down! She comes back and ask what else I want and I said tomatoes. She said " we do not have any in the back" the look on her coworkers face said she was lieing. Almost all the containers were empty, the lettuce was brown and the store was filthy!! I walked out side opened my sandwich and gave it to a dog that was begging on the way in.Bet that happens alot and he eats there eveyday.

Last four times ive been there, you were out of garlic herb and cheese. And two of those times you're out of onions. How do you expect customers to continue to come and pay eight to ten dollars for a sandwich when they can't pick the bread or toppings they want?

That was the 2nd worst Subway I've been to. I ordered a rotisserie chicken salad and they acted like they didn't want to make it. Didn't chop vegetables up like they normally do. The dressing tasted terrible. And when the finished producted was made the salad was only a 1/4 of the container..VERY DISAPPOINTED!! If these stores don't like making salads then don't offer them.

This place is an absolute joke!! As we walk in all 4 employees walk outside! Can't put together a sub at all. Bread falling apart and no customer service skills. At a truck stop you need faster and better service for truck drivers!!!

This is the best Subway I've been to in a very long time. The workers were very friendly and efficient, the veggies were incredibly fresh and crispy, my sandwich was made exactly to my liking, and the restaurant was really clean. Every Subway needs to emulate this one
