9/2021 The ladies were really nice and helpful! I appreciate them for being helpful and understanding. Stopped to get diesel. This store is a big store on the inside. There were plenty of parking which was surprising. Store was clean and restroom was clean as well. Very spacious store. Diesel island was clean, no trash over flowing. First time here and enjoyed myself. I also got something to eat from Arby’s. Food was fresh and hot. Great job team and to this store. Keep up the good work. !

We stopped in here yesterday to shower. The showers were clean, nice water pressure and temperature. The staff was super friendly and even followed up with us on the way out to make sure we had a good experience. Thank you for having us.

What’s the point of having reserved parking if you’re not going to enforce it? Just get rid of it. That’s the whole reason we as drivers reserve a spot so we can expect to have a parking spot available to us when we stop. By not enforcing your own offered service, you’re allowing theft, which in the grand scheme of things may not be a big deal to you, but it is a severe inconvenience to the driver that is expecting to be able to park when they get stopped for the night. Shame on you.

The place is small it the parking is convenient. Some of the bathrooms are broken but they complement you with a bottle of water the place is small but it's compact as most of the features of the regular pilot the service is really good and they keep the place pretty clean. Best time to go take a shower is around 9:30 and up.

Parking is a bit on the limited side here. Gasoline pumps are a bit tight and not the easiest to get to with a large RV or pulling a trailer. Big truck diesel side appeared to have decent access.Inside store, and overall premises appeared clean and well maintained. Men's room was neat and orderly. Staff was friendly.

Stopped here to start the day driving. Gave manager a code for fuel, ran it and he said it did not go through. After 2 hours on the phone it did go through at this pilot, all employees very nice but after all this and 2 hours losing drive time, no apologies were given, and they wouldn't waive the 5.00 fee. Will not be back to this pilot!

People like Anthony McLemore( reviewer below mine) is the reason truck stops suck. You see Anthony likes giving free money to park where as real truckers don't like that. Anthony believes he can drive up anytime of day especially night at a truck stop, and literally pay to have someone who was there 8 hrs earlier before him to be woke up with loud bangs, and removed so they can pull in and sleep. Listen Anthony. We understand you're a beta male with no wife no fn kids no bills, a company driver who isn't buying their truck, trailer or paying $4000 a week in diesel with insurance food, rent, mortgages, child support and more and you HAVE MONEY to steal someone else's spot, but some of us find this disrespectful and down right wrong. So while you leave a 1 star review complaining about not getting to steal other people's parking who got here before you, I'm leaving 1 star so real truckers can be heard as to why WE DONT LIKE TRUCKERS LIKE YOU for actually paying for the parking( CLOWN)

Now I'm not an OTR Driver, my arm candy is. This week I went on the road with him. OTR drivers do not have it easy, I must admit. Travel centers are very important. Each center provides our Truckers with a little comfort DAY OR NIGHT depending on their DELEGATED schedules. We arrived at this Pilot Flying J last night 8pm. Fueled the rig, checked parking availability, with spaces available in reserved spots, we reserved a space went inside to pay. The facility appeared to be clean and well organized, which is not always the case. We put the rig in sleep mode for the night and tucked ourselves in. In the morning went in to shower what a suprise we were greated with a good morning and smile. The shower area was like a small bathroom, most are. This one a bit different it was not only very clean and freah but also warm, most are cold and not as clean.To all the Pilot Flying J, employee's at this location you all are an awesome TEAM.Thank you all for your hardwork, dedication and pride.See you next time.

Ladies restroom was really clean no dust in the overhead vents or anything like you normally see in a gas station restroom. Cashier was very friendly and they had a really cool selection of glass things.

I came into the store to purchase a shower, the cashier noted that I didn't have any rewards available. I explained that I was just out West Mountain training in another driver's truck with another driver's EFS card and another driver's rewards card. I ended by saying that I didn't get any rewards for the last month of driving. The manager James overheard me. Thanked me for learning the ropes of mountain training and credited me a free shower without asking for anything in return. It's that kind of customer service that will have me putting this stop at the top of my list for rest and resets.

Really was the most disgusting Pilot I've ever visited. Staff couldn't care less about the stores overall appearance. The restrooms atrocious!!! Can't even publish what I witnessed here. Management really needs to up their game. Did have a driver's lounge- Though it was filthy also. Does have a shop. Rather use Love's facilityUpdate....5/31/19....went back to this PILOT for fuel this place was STILL filthy!!! SAD!

Basic fuel station with the things you would expect to find - snacks, drinks, fuel, and restrooms. The restrooms were clean and seemed to be well taken care of. The fuel wasn’t insanely expensive at the time of my visit and they had a good selection of food and drinks to choose from, as well as an Arby’s attached to it.

Not as large as most Pilots but plenty of room in the back. A little tight to get into the gas pumps with our 38’ RV towing a car, but manageable. Good service. No wait.

Nice staff in my experience. Waited way too long in line for a shower. Reserved a spot in the app hours before I got here. Arrived with 20 min. left. All reserved spots had been taken! Told the lady at the register. She refunded what I paid. I guess they don't enforce reserved parking. They shouldn't have reserved parking if they're not going to enforce it. I'll never reserve space here again!

Showers are ones of the cleanest I've seen but I don’t give the five stars because the towels did not smell good, it seems that they only washed with water and that they did not give a good drying process.

The night manager at this location woke me up just before 11pm demanding I move from her parking spot. There was at least 25 other spots around me she could have parked in. She was very rude and threatened to have me towed if I didn't move. I travel the country and use Pilot, Flying J exclusively and never experienced such a thing. I've spent $30,000 in fuel alone with this company this year so far. Unbelieveable.

Stopped in to use the restroom around 3pm and it was exceptional. The first stall had cleaner in it, so I'm guessing they actually tend to their restrooms throughout the day. It was also lovely with flowers and smelled pleasant as well!

Gas prices are a little high, but the employees are friendly and polite, seem to care more than usual at 5 AM. Coffee was well stocked and most importantly, restrooms were way above average on cleanliness. This is a good place to stop.

Do not go to the Arby's at this location. We stopped in for a quick bite and waited 30 minutes for our food. All the people after us received their meals before we did. When I asked why I had to wait so long they said they had staff training which doesn't explain why everyone got served before we did. Instead of a sympathetic I'm sorry, what can I do to make this situation better the manager responded with "do you have a job, can you do this?" And goes on to say how unreasonable I was. Sadly, the art of basic customer service is no longer a thing. I worked in the restaurant business for 10 years so I do know and understand the work and the customers and I know simple apologetic gestures can go a long way in correcting an undesirable situation and that was all I was seeking.

The showers could use more pressure and definitely need WORKING LOCKS. Not to mention the fact that they have tip cups in the shower room. The store is always clean and staff is friendly. The attached Arby's usually has pretty good food.

Stopped in for a reset. EVERY coffee station was either watered down or MUD. When I asked when fresh coffee was going to be made, Deanna replied “it’s freshly made”This employee needs a lesson in customer service. She should have said, “is there something wrong with the coffee?” But if she did that she’d have to make a fresh pot and that’s too much work obviously.

My husband and I stopped for a shower and break, staff is rude and showers aren't clean. Water pressure fades in and out. If you ask for an extra towel let's see they tell you no. Management said we can't give extra towels. Well for 17.00 for a shower they need to give you what you ask for. Lazy people.

Clean restrooms, seat protectors, PAPER TOWELS! Reasonable selection of convenience items. Busy enough without being a mob scene like some truck stops. Oh, and discounted gas with the Good Sam card. Also found a winter hat, since someone forgot to pack one.
