If you're a truck driver specially a FEMALE TRUCK DRIVER and need a shower! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOVES! The ceiling with mold should've made me change my mind but I really needed the shower. As I was showering I started noticing how the toilet was really dirty, the walls were dirty, the floors were dirty, EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY! As I was finishing up and getting out the shower I realized there were WORMS/BUGS crawling on the ground!!! I don't know what type of bugs they are but just by seeing them I felt goosebumps. I felt really disgusted!! As I left the shower I ask to speak to the manager on duty. Instead there were two male employees looking at me like I was bothering them. One of them said “is there something I can help you with” but in a really rude tone I asked him if he was the manager and again in a rude tone he asked “what can I help you with” at this point I was having a panic attack and I was trying so hard to keep myself from crying and I told him “come let me show you a video so you can see why I want to speak to a manager”. He watched the video, (I couldn’t watch it because I kept getting goosebumps all over my body just by thinking about it). The other employee just kept looking away. Until I showed him the video he quickly started to explain what those bugs were (I don't care, there shouldn't be any bugs in a shower) and all he said that he was going to shut that shower room down! Something has to be done about this!!!!! Someone has to get in touch a health inspector about this, it’s so unprofessional and no human should have to go through this! I am really upset that this happened to me. PLEASE GO ON YELP AND WATCH THE VIDEO THAT I UPLOADED OF THE WORMS CRAWLING ON THE SHOWER FLOOR!!! These employees won’t do anything about it I know for a fact. They simply don’t care!!! I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to another Loves located in Whiteland IN, I explained to manager there what happened and he was very nice and apologetic even though it wasn’t his store. He did let me have a shower so I could shower all over again because I felt really dirty and he suggested to get in touch with Loves at the 1-800 number. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOVES!!!

The store itself is big, lots & lots of snacks/goodies & souvenirs! Big selection! It’s the only reason I gave any stars at all. The floors ALL need to be cleaned & swept! Dirty! Counters also need wiping! & OMG THE SHOWERS? STAY AWAY FROM THE SHOWERS!!! My husband drives a semi so we are in & out of truck stops daily & always try to find a “loves” to overnight! But this one? Downright disgusting🤢🤮 & on top of that? Zero water pressure! Only 1 temperature- Luke warm! & to top it all off? They run air conditioning in showers! It was 37 degrees out & their running AIR CONDITIONERS IN SHOWERS?!!! The utmost WORST LOVES WE’VE EVER STAYED AT! Absolutely horrible!!! NEVER AGAIN!

This store was absolutely disgusting. Hands down one of the words Loves I have ever been to as far as cleanliness and I have been to them from one coast to the next. When I brought the issue up too the manager he agreed and said he is aware and they are down 40 employees. Although I don’t think this is a excuse for the store being so nasty; he was very nice.

As we pulled in, we wondered why Thornton's, across the street was packed, but this Love's was like a ghost town. Now we know. This is THE dirtiest Love's I have ever been to. Yuck! Overflowing trash cans all over. Yuck! Trash all over the gas lanes and parking lot. Yuck! We stop (stopped) at Love's because of the dog parks, but this Love's fell face first here too. The dog park was so dirty with over-flowing trash and feces everywhere that we couldn't take our dogs in there. One of the worst things here was that ALL of the pet bag dispensers were completely empty. So, if someone, like us, even had the inclination to try to clean up after their pet they couldn't unless, like a good doggie parent, they had their own pet waste bags. I will say that at least the dog park gates worked for the most part, and worked better than the last three Love's we visited today. All of those dog parks, every one of them, had gaping holes in the fences or gates that didn't close or were falling off/down.

There is no reason one shower should look like a mold infested hazard trap when others look perfectly acceptable. This place has hard water stains EVERYWHERE. It's so unclean! And of course, no trash cans throughout the parking lot for drivers. It's pretty disappointing. Poor dog park barely qualifies as a park let alone all the garbage left in it.

All the fake reviews say this place is clean, health department needs to check this place out. Lot has trash all over, bathrooms nasty, shower looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, toilet was also dirty, out of soap. All they do is dry floor and put in new towels. Staff is standing around, not cleaning. Loves corporate needs to shut this place down.I left a nice brown log in the shower for this lazy staff, have fun 🤣

Got a fountain drink today from Loves for a great price! They have lots of varieties on drinks, as well as snacks and travel items. Also, everything was neat and tidy. Plus, the staff was helpful and friendly. 😊

We've been to 2 Love's on our way down south and we love them! Nice bathrooms and easy in and out locations. We really love that they have a dog park at each one we've been to. Very nice to get our dog out of the car and off leash for a little while before getting back on the road. Thanks for thinking of the pooches!

Not a good experience at all. They don't have mice they have RATS!! They be just chilling in the aisle like what's up bro got any spare cheese!! I never been to a love's like this. Just tear it down and start over. Unbelievable!! Had to make sure I ping this location so I don't come back! Trust me don't even stop here!!

Very clean and well maintained parking lots. Got here at 8:30 pm, still a lots of spots available. Just arrived after heavy rain and the place looks quite clean. You may see in the pictures. Disgusting Shower looks like it's never been clean since they built this dump. If I didn't need a shower so bad I would have freaking walked out I'll probably get some kind of freaking disease from being in that room. Look closely at the ceiling in the shower wall some kind of bugs just sitting there waiting to jump on you when you walk in there ever hear of bleach and a pressure washer health department should shut this place down, does Tennessee even have a health, Memphis going down the tubes.Loves Fail as usual.

Horrible! Laundry machines busted. Showers are nasty and needs updating. But on a good note staff was absolutely amazing. The only reason it did not get a third star was bc the showers were extra nasty. Normally I leave a tip for the shower attendant however I feel they should of payed me to shower there. I usually have a pretty good experience with loves showers but this one is the only one I’ve ever came across. That is absolutely disgusting.

Diesel side is shutdown due to multiple fuel leaks. Islands are dug up and part of parking lot is blocked off. No showers currently, urinals are bagged up. Mcdonalds drive thru is closed and partly dug up. Inside the workers (2) are very slow and the self order screens are out of order... state police patroling parking lot.

Love is my favorite truck stop but this location is one of the dirtiest I have seen so far. I bought a shower. The shower curtain had molds, toilet seat wasn’t even clean, and I could smell an overall foul odor. I am not even going to talk about the public restroom. Y’all need to do better here. .

For some reason the diesel island smelled like there was a bull hauler around. I stopped here specifically to do laundry but you guessed it, both washing machines were out of service.

This was by far the most disturbingly disgusting Loves that I have ever stepped foot in to. The parking area was littered with trash and every single trash can was overflowing. The women’s restroom was unuseable and and had an extremely horrific odor. When brought to their attention was told they had no female employees to clean it. The shower was moldy dusty and the base of the toilet has never been cleaned. The shower stall floor was disgusting and the shower curtain had mold.My husband asked that they clean the coffee bar area because it was riddled with coffee and nastiness.the floor looked like they have never been swept and definitely never mopped.we did mention all this to many different employees which all fall on deaf ears as it was the same for our entire 12 hour stay!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Loves!!!!

Construction area blocked by barrels so confusing for automobile drivers. Bathrooms were not clean. I had to look in three stalls before I found one that was decent enough to go into. The shopping area was nice. I found a cute little black purse to use at sporting events where they will not let large bags into. This purse is perfect for credit cards ID’s and cell phone along with a pocket for personal items. Best part this was on sale so saved four dollars on the nineteen dollar price tag.

This is probably one of the worst loves I have been to. Staff are here, not as friendly as other loves locations. Shower was the nastiest ones I've seen in a long time. Mold, unclean toilet, what looked like conditioner or semen on the floor. Needless to say i went somewhere else to get a shower

This place is always kinda grubby. They also have the worse showers for drivers. Shower #1 had just enough pressure to dribble out of the shower head. Hard to believe this place was remodeled not too long ago. Loves should sue the contractors. And all of the urinals in men's room were out of service.

Stopped while on a trip to Indiana. Much more than a normal convenience store with gifts and electronic accessories. There is a Subway restaurant and a McDonalds drive through. There is a lot of semi traffic.

Worst Love's we have ever been to! The bathrooms were dirty, and the trash was overflowing inside and out. If you can't hold off stopping, would go the Thorntown stop across the street!
