I set an appointment and took my cat in for an illness check. The staff was extremely friendly, and they were able to see Tonks right away. The price is way more reasonable than my vet. I would check these guys out if you need animal care services for your pet.

We walked right in for a prescription refill. The vet reviewed the previous data and spoke to me about precautions an future treatment for our 16 year old senior rescue. Vet IQ maintains information on previous visits. I am very satisfied with the sevice.

My cat Mundungus was attacked by a feral cat in our neighborhood a week ago. Carla and Dr. Lada were gentle, careful and so very helpful with his exam. They explained my options of treatments and recommended the necessary and required vaccines he needed. They knew cost was a concern and worked with me to keep the cost within my budget without sacrificing quality care. Thank you VetIQ Petcare at the McCordsville, Indiana Meijer Store for the best affordable care for my cat.

We’ve been using them since they opened this location, and they are always friendly to my kids, dogs, and me. They are never pushy like they are trying “sell” me stuff. Perhaps a little more expensive than some other places, but worth it to me to go someplace where they are kind to my family & take good care of my dogs. Two things that seem lacking in the customer service world today. Thank you & we appreciate your staff at McCordsville.

The place made me itch. Not friendly or welcoming. Didn’t talk to me or let me ask questions. They took the puppy for exam and shots for only 1 minute and gave him back and walked away. Didn’t say anything didn’t ask questions nothing. 120 dollars for 1 minute. First time I have been some place that deals with pets and doesn’t talk to you. Also I asked about the 20% off coupon for my new dogs first time visit and was told that it is one per household but it clearly states one per pet per household. But I didn’t want to debate it with her. It was just a bad experience all around.

This place is a scam. They refuse to answer phone calls from this business all the way up to corporate. Refuse to cancel my plan, then stop answer any calls or chats. Do not give these con artists your money! Had to cancel my card just to avoid another monthly fee for a service I don’t even receive

Very disappointed got my first dog from a shelter so I'm new to everything. She needed a rabies shot took her in short wait and friendly.Weighed her ,took her temperature gave her the Rabies shot was listed as 30.00 online ok fine, 15.00 off coupon cool my total ended up 46 dollars no one informed me beforehand of a exam fee didn't even know that was considered an exam. Should be stated first no choice but to pay.

UPDATEBE WARNED NO PAPER PRESCRIPTIONS TO GET ANYTHING FROM ANY OTHER PLACE THEY HAVE TO GIVE APPROVAL BIYING THROUGH THEM IS EXPENSIVE. DEPENDING ON YOUR REGION THE PEOPLE RUNNING EACH MOBILE/CLINIC ATTITUDES CAN BE NASTY AT BEST SUBPAR ONLY DISCOVERED AFTER WHEN ISSUES AROSE. YOU WILL GET THE RIN AROUND. JUST GO TO A REGULAR VET!!!!!!I would give them 5 Stars for Value and Extras ie a Vet to get advice and to ask ?'sHowever, they do not go through and do all the little things especially when you bring in 2 dogs. My boy did not get weighed and neither got their temps taken. However the VACCINATIONS were done and the 1 that I was worried about they professionally handled the issue.So to be Fair 4 Stars ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT!!!You are getting a great DEAL and at a REAL CONVENIENCE with TIME, APPOINTMENTS and LOCATIONS!!!
