This Pharmacy sucks, seriously considering changing Pharmacies. You can't talk to anyone on the phone because they always put you onhold. The lines inside are totally ridiculous. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Can't begin to describe how infuriating it is when you try to call multiple times and you get intentionally hung up on each time, especially when you're just trying to figure out if your prescription is ready because the app is broken and keeps crashing no matter how many times you reinstall it.

The staff never shows any respect to anyone’s time, i waited 30+ minutes while only 1 pharmacist was helping 1 customer the entire time while there were at least 6 other pharmacists back there. Multiple people left the line because they were taking so incredibly long. It is like this every single visit here and is absolutely infuriating.

I have had continuous issues with the staff at this pharmacy. When I put in complaints with the pharmacy manager and store manager all they seem to do is make excuses for their employees behavior, attitude, and lack of customer service. I've had to Corporate complaints because management does not take complaints serious. Since switching to a new pharmacy I have been treated with respect, and have not had a issue with my prescription being filled correctly and in a timely manner.

This pharmacy is amazing. Everyone is nice and kind. They always go the extra mile. The pharmacist who gave me my flu shot was really nice and helpful.

So far, no serious complaints. The drive thru pharmacy is pretty slow. But go inside and even with a line they move pretty quick. My meds have always been on time. I call ahead to make sure. And their prices are amazing compared to cvs or walgreens. If some extra time in line saves me a couple hundred bucks, so be it.There are some customers who make the lines last forever, but that's not the pharmacys fault. So overall nice.

Script called in Dec 22. Went to pick up on Jan 7- not ready. Returned in 3 hours and waited in line behind a gal who wanted her rash diagnosed and medication to use? How about telling her she needs to go to the consult window so others waiting in line can pick up scripts? Awful, just awful

Every time I come to this pharmacy the technicians are so short tempered and rude. And God forbidden you use GoodRx instead of your insurance because you ACTUALLY want to save some money. It’s such an inconvenience for them. I literally dread going there once a month. I wish people with poor customer service skills would stop working in customer service roles

I have to call the day prior to have my script, that's on file filled. Literally called 20 times over 7 hours and they never picked up the phone !! Now, I have to call day of and wait for it ! This puts me way off my schedule, and takes me forever to catch up !

Worst meijer around. Rotten expired food, rude lazy employees causing food to sit out too long causing to spoil. I've thrown out hundreds of dollars of food here. Fresh meat being frozen. Food poisoned several times. Pharmacy is a joke. Lazy people not handling prior authorization properly and days without medication. A whole revamp starting with management down to the carts people. There's definitely organized crime going on too. Employees are allowing theft. 👏 great job mccordsville

Went to pick my prescriptions up which my dr placed 3 hours ago and was told it will be ready in 20 minutes went back to check after the 20 minutes and was told another 15-20 minutes waited again then I was informed that they are out of my medication and they need to order it , waisted almost an hour for that BS

Evertime I come here the lines are always down the aisles and only one person working the register but you have 4 or 5 other people working as well on the other end I don't see no reason Noone else could jump on and help with the customers shows you how much they care about the customers I wish I didn't have to get my medication from here I would continue to go to cvs but it's 1 medication I have to get from here and I absolutely hate it

Excited that for months now I've pulled away from Kroger's and Meijers always has my medicine that Kroger would run out of. Plus their generics are ten fold compared to the generics at Kroger (do the research). Top it with the nicest staff I've ever dealt with at a pharmacy it 5 star all the way. To the women who complained being there for 20 mins, may I suggest you have patience and go inside. There had to be a reason that day. Dont knock a place down for one experience and you were in a hurry!

Service is super slow via drive through. I had to wait for around 30 -45 mins to get my prescription filled. I am going back to my CVS on 79th and Fall Creek. I am not coming back here.

Look into other places for vaccine/boosters. You'll make an appointment here and still sit and wait for 30-45 minutes before you are seen. One other person came to the counter during this time and there seems to be between 7-8 staff in the pharmacy.
