My wife and I stopped at family express just over an hour ago and the female cashier seemed to be polite at first when my wife and I were in the store together. I then took my scratch off back into the store without my wife and the same female cashier asked me, "is that your wife?" Well first I would like to say, I spend lots of money daily at this family express and I am a very happily married man. And I would like for the women that work for this gas station just to remain polite and professional with me. I am tired of gas station women flirting and messing up lottery. Again I am a married man and yes this particular young woman is just to flirtatious. Thank you

Update 1/2022. Tried car wash after buying 5 deluxe after getting gas. Printed ticket said expired after 90 days not mentioned during pump screen purchase. New enough car wash but nit touch free and signage inside does not confirm wwhat wash options are being applied. Undrrbody wash? a few light jets as you drive in, probably no more than a few wet spots. There is an unlimited wash $40 via mobile app but website says $25. hmmm. Well I wouldn't taje an expensive car through the roller strip brushes but maybe lesser quality vehicles not concerned with micro scratches. Didn't see any info how if brushes cleaned in between washes.So now we have a McCordsville Family Express (first I saw them was Purdue/West Lafayette, IN). Assumed/renovated the former Marathan station. New, so lower gas price than competitor next door. No issues with the pumps. Always enjoyed Family Express in WL, hope more of the same here and now; usually amongst the lowest gas prices in the vicinity. Hope this place doesn't go by the Gas America route (got gobbled up by Speedway). Will continue to buy here when convenient, and update the rating as needed.

My wife and I went into the FAMILY EXPRESS gas station this morning and the unattractive big Caucasian woman wearing eye glasses totally disrespected my wife and I. I am a Caucasian male who happens to be married to a woman of color and I notice this morning when my wife and I entered the store, she immediately said to me, "Hi where have you been? I have not seen you in a while" well this is what I would say to that. I am getting so tired of jealous Caucasian women that work in gas stations that try not to acknowledge my wife but want to flirt, smile and grin in my face. Please stop the flirting playing games and just do your job. All we want to do is make our purchase and leave. I am a married man who is not looking forward to messing with anyone from family express gas station.

Frequently stop in for gas because they tend to be pretty inexpensive. As of late, they haven’t been as inexpensive. They used to be as good as Sam’s Club, but not as much in the last few months. However, the inside is always clean. The staff are always friendly. And they have a milk shake machine. The milk shakes are always pretty good, the candy is always fresh, and it always seems to me that they put a priority on cleanliness. Compare them to the gas station across the street, and this is a 5 star place.

I have been noticing that this particular gas/ store, hires nothing but evil rude and bitter type women that dont like to do their job. If you have personal issues. Then please stay home. We are hard working customers that like to stop by every now and again and make purchases. The owner needs new management because this nonsense has been ongoing and absolutely nothing has changed.The location is nice the store is very clean. We really truly appreciate the doggie spa. We also appreciate the free air carwash ect...customer service should always be welcoming and friendly and under this management they make you feel as though you're doing something bad just by the color of your skin or the purchases you make. Oh and by the way happy, good looking people with self esteem and happy homes do really well at customer service.

I love this store its clean its organized however! what I do not care for is the mean woman who works all the time who is always unhappy looking. Her spirit is unwelcoming she truly appears to not like her job. She needs to be much nicer. And last but not least the red hair girl who does the same and who is always flirting with us married guys. Let's keep things professional i love my wife lol...overall I really like this gas station the most.

I ordered 8 pizzas using their app. It was fast,easy and a great price! They were ready at the correct pickup time! Everyone working was so nice and helpful!! The pizzas were delicious!!!!!! Will definitely order again from them!!!!A YEAR LATER…Under new management now and I was told they can no longer do large orders (5 to 10 pizzas)

I order from F.E. in Mccordsville multiple times during the week for my 30 minute lunch because it's close to work and I use the app to order ahead of time so it can be ready when I go in to pick it. The older man working the food area is very rude and unprofessional. He has called me a liar multiple times about my order and it's never ready or they "didn't get it". If your not getting mobile app orders then maybe they should do something about that. It's very frustrating to think you can order ahead of time to pick up your lunch then waste your lunch break arguing with an employee and never get your lunch.

Took dog here as they have a pet wash. $10 for 12 mins. Has rinse, 2 shampoos, conditioner, flea and tick, another thing, and vaccum and dryer.. or at least its supposed to. The only thing that worked was the rinse. When you pressed the other options all it did was put out a light rinse. Definitely no soap suds or smell of clean of any kind. Called the number while my time was counting down and employees dont know anything about it, just said to come in. Cool...with my dripping wet 10 pound dog? Used the dryer to get her mildly dry as the time expired and not wasting another $10 to dry only. Went inside the cash register guy didnt know about it. Refered me to someone else who said she couldnt issue refund without speaking to corporate. Got refund and a good lesson, if you'd like to give your dog a bath, either do at home or go to nobleville pet co/smart.

I’m sharing this only because I was so disappointed with my recent visit to FE. Since this FE opened I have gone out of my way to utilize them for all my gas station needs. I always thought the VP was dicey and unsanitary, when FE opened i couldn’t believe how much nicer it was. I have been frequently visiting ever since.Today was the oddest experience. Typically I get greeted with smiles and everyone is so nice, today not so much. I walked up to the counter to order food around 5:35pm Jul 24th using the kiosk I have used many times. Every single time I’ve ordered in the past I’ve had great interactions with the staff working. Today before I even look at the menu the person cooking is complaining about something and not giving off the friendly vibe I have been used to. They then feel compelled to tell me “just so you know it’s going to be 30-45 minutes before I can get your order processed”I was actually in no hurry, I just really like the pizza and wanted to see if the menu offered hoagies. So I just left very disappointed that I didn’t even have the urge to order the pizza and hoagie because I felt like by ordering it I would annoy the employee.I truly hope this FE can maintain its service I have grown to appreciate on every single visit besides today. To put it truthfully, if I wanted cold service and roller hot dogs I would have just visited the speedways across the street. I drove to FE purposely because I am loyal to the brand, the people (besides today) have been awesome, and the food is really good for the value.In closing 5 Stars for me for every other visit I had. I know times are hard and I understand rushes can happen but that isn’t the right way to serve any customer during a busy time.

Family express has been a great addition to McCordsville. Then entire staff is very friendly and appreciate their customers. The place is always clean and the staff is constantly working on keeping things in order. I used to be a Speedway customer, but that store is a mess most of the time.

Went here today, purchased gas, pizza an water. I then parked on the side to enjoy the food I purchased, 10mins later 3cops are at my window. Apparently some employee said i looked suspicious. I guess being the only brown guy around is suspicious cause i didnt see the cop ask anyone else in there car why they are there.

Great new gas station for the area. Polite staff and clean facility. They have some nice food options as well. And it seems some of the best coffee in the area. Keep up that family express name of cleanness and politeness then this store will do great.

Usually agressively-competitive gas prices, fuel perks discount, and ability to pay contactless via phone at the pump are the reasons I exclusively fill up here (if I can help it).

Just awesome I really wish I got the guys name who made my pizza. Stopped if for drinks. Great value at 8 bucks a much better quality than I expected from a gas station. Solid
