We've been going here for 7-8 years. Very affordable grooming. (Be nice and tip the groomer). The gentleman in boarding (I think it's Greg) is so nice to our small dog at drop off and pick up. We have confidence that our dog is treated well, fed and watched.Highly recommend!

I went with my Father to get his 75 lbs pit bull's, nails clipped. We had tried @ home but she was to strong to hold in one spot for one of us by ourselves. We spent 20 minutes before my Dad gave in. We walked in & they did it right there in the front. It took her all of 2 p seconds & Sadie was mani & pedi-ed up. Great staff, pets comfort cared about, & for.

I took my two dogs there recently. I was very happy with their service and would not hesitate to go there again. They seemed to sincerely care about the dogs and making sure they got all the correct medications. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The pricing was also very reasonable and they don't charge extra for play time, giving medications, etc...

I have a 8yr old Husky that I vaccinate myself every year with a 9 way vaccine from Rural King, and he gets the rabies vaccine at the vet!I wouldn’t recommend this place, Kid was rude, said I couldn’t board my dog because a I vaccinated the dog myself with the vaccine you can get at Rural King…covers 9 vaccines and is accepted by all other groomers and vet’s that I have Encountered,he said it had to be done by a vet.His solution was taking him to a vet and double vaccinate the dog to meet him and his dad’s standards!I said farmers vaccinate their animals all the time and he said I’m not boarding farm animals!Personally I’m not so sure they have as much experience as they claim they do…So I gave my money to someone else…Will never go back there, didn’t like the arrogant attitude or the completely bias and outrageous policies!

We have been boarding our 2 chihuahuas here for years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and attentive boarding or daycare facility for their fur kids! We love that our pups get to play with other tiny dogs during their stay which helps their social skills. It's great that they aren't isolated in cages all day, too. We are grateful to have found them! Grooming & training are also available here!

My dog Lexi goes here almost once a week and she loves it. They have the option of playing inside or outside depending on weather. She always comes out happy and tired from a great day of playing with other dogs. The owner is especially nice and the hours are great for my schedule. Open 6am-6pm!

I have a very old yorky with quite a few medical issues and the groomers here are very gentle with Murphy and are exspirenced! Their prices are very reasonable! I would, and have,recommend them for your pets needs.

We take our dogs here to get groomed from Bloomington because they take great care of them. They are always friendly and cut them as we ask. Their new location looks amazing and easier to get in and out of. New location address is 658 Highway 67 North, Martinsville. Bright yellow building.

My Winston stays here for daycare at least twice a week (poor thing has bad separation anxiety) and is boarded here a lot as well, sometimes for up to two weeks! They know and love the dogs, it is a family owned and run business, and Winston *loves* to stay here, despite him electing to spend most of his day there sleeping! He even met a 'girlfriend' at daycare. I have had them keep my cat a couple of times as well and kitties get a special room to themselves away from the pups. One time my Winston was the only dog in the daycare room and was feeling lonely and crying, so the owner put his own dog in there so he had company. Just a place that goes above and beyond to make your furry family members happy. :)

Our Boston Terrier is always happy to stay here. They let the little dogs out to play together every day. Pick up and drop off hours are very convenient.

After telling them not to feed my dogs in the same room, they fed them in the same BOWL which induced a terrible fight between two of my dogs. Both had to see a vet. When my emergency contact and pick up person went to get them, the owner yelled at her the entire time that my dogs needed to be euthanized. He also called her names instead of being professional. He offered his same "opinion" of my dogs to me when I went to pick them up as he refused to let my emergency contact pick them up so she could take them to the vet for me. He was also adamant in telling me once on the phone and multiple times to my emergency contact that no food was in site. He only gave them water, but when I picked them up he admitted he had given them food in the same bowl. I've incurred enough in vet bills and trauma to last a lifetime. My dogs did not deserve this.

I picked my Shih Tzu up this last time and she hadn't been bathed, she hadn't been trimmed and now everytime i go to trim her she tries to nip at me when she never would nip at me! DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM!!!
