Cody, with OSL (phones), was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! EXTREMELY knowledgeable, personable, professional, and helpful, to say the least! We had an issue with porting my old number to the new phone, and he, himself, called to get it taken care of. Unfortunately, we were unable to get it accomplished.I have been in the customer service industry in various forms all my life, and I have never been able to handle reps or managers with such ease, grace, and professionalism as Cody did, after he was hung up on purposely, by the AT&T porting rep, as well as after speaking to the department's manager, who was completely unwilling to really even look into the situation.I even made sure to let SEVERAL people that I know who shop there and have been looking into a new phone about Cody and how AWESOME he truly is!

We went to purchase a computer at Marion Walmart. The initial young man that was behind the electronics counter said he didn’t have the keys to the computers and walked away. Then Sarah tried to find two different computers and said they weren’t available. When we asked about the third she said she had to go on break and would have another young man help us. He had been helping her look before. He didn’t act like he wanted to help so we left. It was a disappointing experience.

They are in constant remodeling mode and it makes it harder to find what you are looking for in the store. They have totally redecorated the inside of the store and it looks like they are still working on the process. They have finally finished remodeling. Now black Friday items are out for sale. The have a lot of Christmas decorations and other ones items stocked.

This Walmart location is better than many I have visited. It is well stocked and clean. Today, however, was not my favorite visit. It was pretty busy, which was okay while walking through the isles. Checkout was not that pleasant. The checker seemed not to be happy, and his bagging skills were questionable at best. He may have had a bad day...so we'll see if it will be a better experience next time.

Checked in on the app for pick up at 3:00 pm. Was told 5 to 10 minutes. Saw cars come and go after I checked in. Saw 2 guys go-to one car with 4 basket at times. Waited 45 minutes for my pick after I signed in. Worse pick up ever. Once I got to my parents' house with their groceries, they ordered this is how they were put in my suv. I did have 4 bags with groceries, but the rest was just put in my suv without being bagged up.

It's getting to the point where Walmart is a place I avoid if possible. Sometimes it still makes sense money wise to shop here but apart from that I generally do not enjoy shopping at Walmart anymore. Their new color schemes make the place feel colder and less welcoming, the staff are anything but friendly or helpful anymore and you pretty much feel forced to use self checkout which I heard a rumor about recently, apparently they are potentially planning on charging customers a subscription fee for self checkout similar to Sam's club and Costco. If that happens I will likely never shop Walmart again.

As far as Walmarts go this one is pretty decent. I stayed on the grocery side. It was clean, well stocked, and organized. I went there because I knew I could get everything I wanted in one stop. I was able to do that. Not a fan of self checkout; but there's was pretty efficient. The parking lot is a bit of an adventure but that was due to other shoppers & not the store's fault. I will go back.

Its walmart.... what else is there to say? Oh wait!! The cashier, Rebecca..."Reba" w dreads was extremely rude and louder w every word, very disrespectful. When something is on the shelf wrong they are suppose to honor that. This one goes back moves the product to the correct location brings what should've been there and takes a pic of the wrong products location and price. What she didn't see because my phone died was i took a picture before i came to check out. She thought if she kept saying the proper ones name so I'd believe i was wrong i guess. Instead she got me mad enough that i used the f word good job Reba... then says I'm not adjusting the price. You'd have thought it was coming out of her check or something!! Then steps up Morgan so i explain what she did and she said if my drawer was still in I'd refund that to you like should've been done. Before leaving Morgan says "i will post on chat w all mgrs that when you come in to give you the refund". Thank you Morgan for your help!! Reba, your not a people person and should follow your employers guidelines instead of trying to be slick... not cool!!How Many millions do you think Places like this makes by over charging People that don't notice or Check receipts ? I doubt all of the incidents are mistakes. Honestly, I think they hope we don't notice What's going on, which most dont. This Walmart is a little smaller and less organized than others. Plus it's reversed as most Walmarts have their home, garden, pet, etc. To the right and grocery to the left. This one has its grocery section to the right and other stuff to the left. Which is really confusing. Also, Marion has to be the MOST screwed up city design I've ever seen. Lots of one way streets, intersections with stop signs right after. For example, there's one spot that has a stop sign RIGHT after a traffic light. In return it causes traffic congestion and increases the risk of a accident. I hate going to Marion for this reason. Marion use to be a good city in its prime but corruption and dirty cops inviting in more crime ruined it. It's also a klan town. Or at least former but there's flyers of Klan meetings posted around the city and people handing out Klan flyers at the gas stations and occasionally the Walmart. You'd be better off going to Muncie instead.

The rudest store in Marion customer service sucks employees are rude won't help their customers u have to check yourself and being videoed to do so and as well have to get ur receipt checked before u leave.Walmart? How about discounting ur customers since they have to do your work with no pay? It kills the employees to even assist their customers.instead they rather just about run their customers over with their stocking carts not to mention they block the isles with them.and the dude in electronics that sells phones that looks like a fat Amish dude is rude to his customers.appearently he has no disapline..

I never see a smile on your greeters face I worked in the Walmart in Wisconsin and I know how greeters are supposed to act it's a old lady with blonde hair when I went in there she was ignoring when I said Hi then when I went again she was greeting a bunch of white people and I ignored her and I was thinking alot of people who live in Marion Indiana don't have good attitudes and then when I went in there today and I was leaving the store she didn't say nothing to me and started talking to the white woman behind me she is the most racist employee you have working there my boyfriend is Mexican and I am white

Might as well close this location if you can't staff it. Long checkouts is only part of the problem as the employees you do have are either shopping or checking receipts instead of working the register. Even the self checkouts don't want to work here.

Seriously!! They spent all that money to redo everything, and only 4 self checkout lanes were open today and there was over 200 people today trying to check out. That is insane!! How can the rest of the lanes be broken as they say when they were asked!

The GM is unprofessional and not a respectable person. Not only do they not care but the store has been getting worse over time. I have had enough off the poor customer service and am throughly unhappy and will not be returning to any Walmart establishment.

Updated review. They have replaced both ends of registers with automated check-outs, and only have 2 person operated registers open even during peek shopping hours. This is just awful, if you have to have a security tag removed from an item, or need assistance good luck getting anyone to help you. On a worse note most of the automated check-outs are card only or out of order.

WalMart is what it is. They are STILL the best choice in my neighborhood when ot comes-to "the better prices".They seem to be having a hard time getting & keeping quality staff these days. (It's pretty sad when you ask an employee a question & they often will have to get a different employee to get the answer.)*Perhaps they need to be trained better?

Every time I go here I pray I wont need to use the restroom they're always so bad urine all over the floor the urinals have been like this way before the whole virus thing and your more likely to catch somthing worse the Rona just going pee. Have a little pride Walmart.

Busy busy store. I picked the day everyone also picked to get groceries but everything went great . I was looking for the strawberry filling for my strawberry short cake a d couldn't find it and a associate walked up to me and said he would check in back for me . So thank you it showed me you care about your customers. Oh and your person who catches shop lifters wow would have never ever thought they was one. Great way to blend in.

Spent over 2k a month at this location. Been shopping there for over 30 years. Demanded they have checkouts that don't make me be a slave and work for free, so they have berated me and watched me and stalked me, treating me like I am a criminal just for being a customer. Well, last night, they did it, all, in front of 4 of my kids, while I was in my work uniform, and my kids even noticed. We will not be going back. EVER. Meijer 4-ever. Your entire staff is lazy and rotten to the core and just plain evil for how they hurt my kids.

It's been several months since I'd been here. Self-checkout was easier without the long lines unlike regular checkout lanes. The remodel of the store also made it more inviting.
