I literally just left there after I was attempting to buy a gift card. The registers wouldn't ring up ANY gift card that I attempted to purchase! I literally tried 5 or 6 different VISA gift cards just to get one of them to ring up, and none of them would work! The manager Carolyn (I believe was her name) and the cashier with the foreign accent were no help at all, and they both were SO disrespectful. They both claimed that their system was down. I've bought gift cards from before without any issues! They lost my business forever. I was trying to buy a gift card and a birthday card for my sister....I didn't end up buying anything at all! What until corporate hears about it...

So I went inside and purchased several items. Then I realized I had forgotten my debit card. I asked the cashier if I could set my items up here off to the side and come right for them within 30 mins. When I returned the items were still there waiting on me. Thanks so much that saved me a lot of headache picking the item out again.

Was in Marion for business. I had been feeling nauseous from antibiotics that I had taken and decided to go ask the pharmacist at this Walgreens if there was anything I could take for nausea, he recommended Pepcid AC. Pepcid AC is used for heartburn, not nausea, he seemed like he had no knowledge and was distracted from our conversation. I had to be my own Dr and found OTC nausea medication that really helped and actually took it completely away. Will not be returning there for any medical advice.

Went there to deposit cash to add to chime card today at around 9:30-10:00pm so I can pay rent, states on chime app that Walgreens is free of charge to add cash to card, First Lady I would definitely say she was in her late 70s with white hair (and shouldn’t be working at all and needs to retire) was very rude and unhelpful, had a nasty attitude, very unprofessional and uneducated. She charged a fee to add cash back onto my card without disclaiming that there were be a fee and went ahead and processed my card. She was misleading and didn’t inform that there would be a process charge fee. IT SHOULDVE BEEN FREE!!!!!!! So AFTER processing card she then stated after I try to clarify that there wasn’t a fee and she said “yea, it charged you a dollar THATS HOW THAT WORKS” she was very condescending… I had to run back to the house, grab more money just to purchase something and ask for 20.00 cash back so I can finally get it done and get back home. After the old lady was rude and walked off the next lady who helped me, Carolyn was very helpful and patient, she was awesome! Also when I went to redo add cash to card there WASN’T a 1.00 fee added on.. hmm how weird. The old lady needs to be fired and NOT be out and around other human beings and definitely not in customer service. Next time I see her I would personally ask for some else to help me cause she makes this Walgreens look bad!

I've never used the pharmacy, but the staff is always friendly, the store is always clean & if they can obtain the product, it's stocked on the shelves not on carts or left in the backroom. Just wish they were open even later or 24/h.

I had a terrible experience with Walmart photo centre 1/8/21 in which they failed to print simple photos in over 7 hours time. The printer gave trouble and never notified me, then continued to fail after I arrived for pick up. I tried to be patient and give chance but later upset and canceled. These photos were very important for they were to be displayed at my baby brothers funeral the next day. I arrived at Walgreens to see if anything could be done. One associate, young female, I'm sorry I missed her name tag (was 1/8/21 after 8pm, dark long hair) kindly showed me what I could start on. I was having trouble getting the crop to work correctly for me. She was the only one up front but was able to call someone forward to help. A gentleman named Larry came up, helped me figure out a work around and had the photos needed in no time. His saw my stress and was kind and patient with me. He saved the day and I am very grateful. Took short time and I was on my way. Thank you and I will continue to use Walgreens in the future for photo services.
