Oh man, it's definitely the nicest place for customers in Marion. Surprisingly clean for a pet store, but my expectations are low for pet stores. Really inviting and cost-effective for those starting out. Amazing place for cleaning services and food. Getting crickets and bird seed can be kind of slick depending on whether or not the cashier for that day is a karen; ultimately, it is still a better place than other pet stores in Marion and the surrounding area.

You can tell the people working here love the animals but you can also tell that they don't have a huge budget. The have rescue animals there that they care for and are put up for adoption. If you want a pet and are willing to open your heart to adoption instead of a puppy farm then i reccomend this place. The store could use some better decorations to make the place look a little more lively. They offer grooming that I've heard good things from but have not personally used myself.

It smells like smoke, and the construction happening inside the store is kicking up a lot of dust and debris the animals have to breathe in. The adoption process is longer than any other place I’ve been to and the kittens don’t come with half the shots other adoption centers give them. However, I got my sweet kitten here and I love him.

I’m from out of town and my 7 month old 30 lbs puppy needed his nails clipped. The were very helpful and very cost effective. I really felt like they knew what they were doing. Very satisfied customer.

The people seemed nice enough and my dog looked decent, but they keep the dogs in cages all day except to groom them. If you don't care if your dog is kept in a cage without any interaction with other dogs, then this would be a good place for you. Every other place I have been allows the dogs to play with one another outside of the grooming time. I didn't realize that about the service and will not return because I feel like it is cruel to keep a dog in a cage all day. In my opinion this was not a service, rather a factory for cleaning dogs. They told me that they have to overbook themselves to stay in business. If they are overbooked, are they providing the appropriate attention to each dog? I don't see how they could. I would not recommend for anyone who values their pet.

This store is near and dear to my heart. I basically grew up in here. That is why it's current condition hurts my heart. One woman is always hollering at the dogs. While she is friendly with customers, I do not appreciate her screaming "shut up" at dogs barking due to excitement. Picture perfect is the store in Marion I prefer to go to. I want to see them become what they once were and maybe ditch some unseemly employees. I hope soon they get more work done on their store.

The store stinks, they have a alligator in a pen that is made of chickenwire with nothing else to keep kids from sticking there fingers in and getting bitten off, it is very inhumane for it to live in such a small area very bad setup , there prices are high on everything in the store and they don't even have a public restroom for their customers to use if you need to go while in there shopping. The staff was not very friendly , It stunk so bad that it made me sick to my stomach , We will not be going back !!

very cheap prices, and they do an excellent job with cleaning! the staff is friendly too, theres many pets to choose from here, even birds! there was a lovely friendly bird who could talk and bob his head, i hope he finds a home!

This was probably the worst pet store I've been into in my life, and I travel a lot and enjoy stopping in little pet shops. But at this "pet store" you couldn't pay me to buy anything. From selling used equipment and supplies to selling sun faded products. Also the neglect of the animals especially the 3-4ft iguanas crammed in a small enclosure with no room is an embarrassment and they should be ashamed. Overall they don't even deserve the 1 star but I can't rate it 0 sadly.

This used to be a clean, professional pet store when at its old location. Since they've moved, the building is in horrible shape with exposed insulation in the ceiling of the room with the animals; the poor animals are stuck in dirty cages or in pens on the bare concrete floor; the office right next to the main animal room is obviously occupied by a chain-smoker so the entire place- especially around the pets- smells like a disgusting dirty ashtray. There was actually someone sitting in that office smoking while we were there (pretty sure this is illegal in Indiana...?) Overall it's sad to see what was once the only place I would shop for pets and supplies fall into such disgrace and seeing the animals suffer from these poor conditions. I've been there twice- once when they first moved to see the new place (which was horrifying) and several months later, thinking they just needed time to finish the move and improve the situation but clearly this is the way they are running things now.

The smell is absolutely unbearable. The gogs cages are full of urine and feces, on concrete, so the urine is running where you walk. Animals are crammed into small cages together. This place is a disgrace, and needs shut down. Those animals need better homes. It is neglect!

We bring our furbabies to Picture Perfect because Toby gets his hair groomed there nd both our Ginger as well as Toby get gentle care when they get there nails done. Gingers always drama when hers are cut & Brenda treats them both with special care. We live Picture Perfect.

Picture Perfect and their owners and management have given so much to help the animals. No one will ever know everything they have done to help. Dont judge till you walk in their shoes. I would trust PP with any of my animals

This store was sad and felt neglected. The cats and dogs seemed miserable and the fish tanks were filthy. Merchandise was either covered in dust or highly priced. Staff seemed helpful despite surroundings.

This place is disgusting​. It smells of feces and disgusting fish tanks that have been abandoned but no one bothered to drain. There are better locally owned pet stores in Marion. This place will not be getting my business.

It's nice that it has shelter animals there that needs rescued but some of them are the workers pets in the cages. This place could use some better lighting but maybe I was just there at the wrong time.

This place is so helpful. My cat has a case of ear mites and the lady here helped so much with giving him ear drops and didn't even charge us anything.

I love this place and the people. I got my Sadie there and I take her back for grooming, they love her and treat her like a queen!

The place smelled really bad. There were animal feces and urine on the floor in the dog kennels. They didn't have hardly any animals like they used to on Miller Avenue.
