Our Marion PetSmart is a clean, organized store that always has what I need. The associates are always friendly and efficient. The PetSmart PetPerks is also a great option to earn better deals.

They didn't have many cloths for My Copper, but I do get my dog food there. It's a nice place to shop. Going to try the grooming section next.

I avoid big pet box stores when I can. They aren't like going to Walmart because you expect them to be cheaper. You get the sterilized version of a local pet store, less knowledgeable staff, weirder pet people, and end up paying as much or more for the stuff you get. Go to Picture Perfect pets instead, it's maybe a mile north on the bypass. Much better experience there and they won't force you to answer a dozen stupid questions on the card machine when checking out. I mean seriously, like a dozen different prompts. Just take my money for crying out loud, no I don't care about donating to whatever weird pet cause you won't give your own money to, no I don't want cash back, yes I am aware what day it is, no I don't want pet insurance... Just let me swipe my card and go, paying a business money shouldn't have to be hard. I mean I'm literally handing you money. How do you screw that up so bad?

This is full of nature's love. The cutest animals in every variety you can imagine. Of course sometimes they have them and sometimes they don't because it's a pet store. but who doesn't love a place that loves animals enough to make a business for them. The prices are around the median range but it's definitely worth it because of the wonderful atmosphere of the workers and all the wonderous animals!

Normally its a good visit but this time was different. What should have taken 5 minutes took 20. Had an order placed and they couldn't locate it after it was placed on their specific website the night before. It 20 minutes for them to look into the mgr computer and find it. I dont understand why it wasn't picked the day prior when i placed the order considering it was over 24 hrs later i went to pick it up.

OK place to get dog food but very slim selection of heavy chewing dog toys for aggressive chewing dogs. Every toy inbuy from here for my doberman is destroyed the same day!

Go somewhere else to go for grooming services. They don't do "grooming." Just a bath and slight trim with little attention to detail. Our precious dog came home limping and the groomer was very rude.

Great selection. I love that it's pet friendly. My dog isn't a big people person if he doesn't know them, but the cashier had Obi dancing for a treat in a matter of minutes. Staff is very knowledgeable on training tricks. Will definitely be looking into a training class.

I suddenly discovered that my dog needed flea medicine after escaping to the yard. When I went online to order it, the Bot suggested that stock was low, and I might want to check another store. I went ahead with the order, and it was delivered to me curbside! My dog is much more comfortable. I LOVE the cooperation I got on this urgent issue.

Called this location to make a grooming appointment for a bath and haircut before my coupon expired; my usual location didn’t have any openings. I was so pleased when she told me that she could get my dog the appointment in time...little did I know she was scheduling me for an appointment at a different location over an hour away!! I didn’t find out until we showed up at our appointment, only to be turned away. Sadly disappointed in the lack of concern or effort to provide worthy customer service to the client.

Long story short, at the Marion petsmart today, I was told by a manager behind a door, that unless I was committing to adopt, I could not interact with the cat beforehand. And that was their rule.So I guess I want to know if that indeed is your rule, and if so, why?What if after committing to a cat, you then get to interact with it and realize it's not gonna be a fit?Looking forward to your reply,A curious cat mom

This location is always clean and stocked. Very easy to find associates as well. They were knowledgeable about everything I asked and friendly. I highly recommend coming here for anything. Especially if you have pets that need certain things.
