This grocery store carries very hard-to-find items, with a food service area in the back. The smell alone while walking in is worth the trip.Items sold in the back are limited but excellent. The establishment is clean and bright with wonderful and fresh options to choose from.

Friendliest place in town to get the best cuts of meet in all of Marion!!! A friend told me about this Lil corner store, and so glad they did! Best fried tenderloins, can also buy to take home and fry in a skillet, too. They also carry the large hamburger buns to hold these awesome tenderloins! Reasonably priced groceries, awesome selection of spices, and just the friendliest people who will go out of their way to help you (and still not make you feel stupid!) Forget buying meet at the big box stores, go to Horners!!!!! You'll thank me later 😀

Truth be told, I thought I'd reviewed Horner's before today, and while I was there I was trying to remember what I'd written and if Google let you modify reviews. Well, I hadn't, so here I am, two steaks waiting to go on the grill, writing this. Yes, Horner's has things besides meat. It has a decent little produce section and an assortment of other useful essentials, but let's be real - the thing we all care about when looking for butcher shops is the meat. Especially for being in a small town, the selection is good and we've never had any complaints about quality, but that's not what keeps me coming back. It's the people. The gentlemen behind the butcher counter are *awesome.* They're knowledgeable, extremely willing to help, and have handled some of the most outrageous customer behavior I've witnessed with a level of patience and humor I couldn't hope for in my wildest dreams. Sure, a big box store might be cheaper, but I'll gladly pay a few bucks extra to support those guys any day.

Bought boneless ribeyes at $20 per pound, a few weeks ago.They were all gristle! No meat or fat just gristle. Extremely disappointed. Now I see they are on sale this week. Learned my lesson.

I absolutely love the tenderloin you can get 5here. And some of there soda is awesome. The spice isle is great anything you need or want you can get there. The meat counter is amazing.

Extremely inconsiderate and rude staff. I come here every month to buy meat bundles. And they wanna be inconsiderate just because I needed a price on some meats because I'm on a budget. Will not do business with this business again. Learn how to be polite with ur customers.

Horner’s has been a respectable family owned business for a long time. They have the best fresh meat in town and will cut the meat to your liking. They also serve fresh hot chicken and chicken tenders that are delicious. I always enjoy going in there and talking to the employees.

Great store! I'm lucky to have such a great local butcher right down the road! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to each individual customer's needs! Will continue to go back! Way better than the big box store with less anxiety!
