Tools are not high quality . Domestic quality off brand knockoffs , good for households " to have one " when the need arises . There are several and at most other products are very adequate and plentiful . If one has limited funds its a great place to get whats needed and affordable .

I ran an automotive repair shop for 28 years and have spent thousands on tools but any more I just buy them from harbor freight they are a lot cheaper and still have a lifetime warranty and their cordless impacts are great for the money and a fraction of what snap on Milwaukee cost

11/10 will continue to visit the Marion and other Harbor Freights probably too frequently. Within reason, the tool quality is amazing at jaw dropping prices. The clearance rack(s) are amazing too.

My visit today was not as productive as i would have liked it to be. The employees didn't seem like they wanted to be at work and the customer paid the price. Last night was a lotmore enjoyable visit. I still have several items to buy and today's adventure was not good.

With the rise in inflation it's hard to scratch that hobby or project need that requires a specialty tool. Harbor Freight is an excellent option for the guy or gal looking for that one tool at a bargain one might only use a couple times. Also, i'm a huge fan of the Icon brand and its limetime warranty. While i've not yet broken an Icon i'm confident in the quality and support for these tools.

These employees are ALWAYS PLEASANT to me and others In the store. Always willing to help me find and ite., and they are very reasonable when needing to return something that didn't work out or didn't end up needing to use. They aren't negative or dramatic in this store. Nice, friendly, and very informative workers. Always a good shopping experience in this store. They offer a sort of Discount Club also, that turns out to be a great deal, especially if you shop here quite frequently or even for your profession. I only shop here maybe twice a month and I still find the discount club to be beneficial, as well as a good deal for me. it always seems to have big discounts on at least a few products I had planned to purchase already. That's what initially drew me to inquire about the program. The items I was purchasing would be so discounted if I purchased the club card, that the club card actually paid for itself that visit. And I still get to use it the rest of the month!! You pay a certain amount monthly and continue to access big extra discounts on so many products in the store. And the products that receive the discounts are changed sum every week,few weeks, or monthly. I've found this place to be a great addition to the bypass, and all the employees to be of the highest caliber. You wo t be disappointed when shopping here!! Great little stop I absolutely love grabbing the small items they have to accent my shed and give to my grandsons they love the small tools I get them there also the flashlights are a must for any elderly or disabled person to lay close by at any location

The gentleman that greeted us when we entered the store was friendly. We went to purchase a gun safe. Not a fan of the fact I needed to sign up for a yearly membership to get a good price on the safe so probably won't be returning.

We found everything we went for and found even more to look at and dream about. The cashier greeted us when we entered and was very friendly when we checked out. We asked questions about the membership and she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were having a difficult time finding something that was in the ad and she went above and beyond to help. Then there was an issue with a printed coupon, but again the staff went above and beyond and made this a great trip. Will definitely return and recommend.

I give a 3 star because the prices they show isn’t necessarily the price everyone can get. I knew the things I was buying was on sale and I needed a coupon for each of those items. However the price they was showing was for there private club you can join for a monthly or yearly fee. The prices should be very upfront I consider this as being deceitful to get the consumer to grab the product for purchase knowing they will buy it anyway even tho it cost a few dollars more then the price shown. Most of the time I’m asked a dozen times if I need help made me feel uncomfortable like I was being watched, other times I could walk around yelling for customer support and no one is around. Overall I was pleased with my getting my tool shop on, just watch the pricing labels for closely look for that small print. 🔬🔍🔎

I bought a tool that works fantastic and saves me so much time. The price was totally worth it I was using the hand crank drain cleaners for years and they would usually work but sometimes not. I had a drain that I could not get cleaned out with a hand cleaner and I was getting ready to call the plumber. Harbor Freight and found this battery powered drain cleaner. Because it spins so much more and faster than you can with a hand one it was able to clean out my drain I couldn't manually. It has forward and reverse feeds so that you don't have to stop and pull the snake out little bit at a time. Much more convenient. I thought it was a very good price for the quality and features of this product. I did have to buy a charger and battery because I did not have any Bauer tools before this one. Price for this tool alone was under $70, the price for the plumber to clean out that one drain would be $65. So it paid for itself with this one job.

I live in kokomo but the floor jack I wanted was in marion so I went to marion store and I was so surprised that the store was so much bigger and had more stuff. It was interesting all the employees were ladies. Got a really good deal. It was at the parking lot sale.

This store has indoor parking lot sales as their parking lot is too small to do it. It's all good, I found what I wanted and got a $50 discount

H.F. is the neatest store. My husband found several items we were needing, and I got a jump on my Christmas shopping. Their app is great also, so you don't have to carry around paper coupons. Friendly staff and several of them offered to be of assistance. We'll be going back soon!

Harbor Freight is awesome. Any time I have a problem with a tool, they make it right. I bout a socket set that got worn out, I returned it 6 months later they gave me a new set. With no questioned. Even notice I have mistakenly put a a name brand tool with the set they gave it back to me. Most tools I have gotten from there are great quality. Outstanding service. The workers always know where everything is and what I need for any project.
