Trying to pick up prescriptions here is a nightmare. If the drive thru happens to be open, there’s a line around the building. If it’s closed and you have to go inside, there’s probably going to be an even longer line. Been waiting in line inside for 10 minutes already as I write this and they have failed to finish helping one customer, let alone the other 5 people in line in front of me. I’m sure they are understaffed, but CVS is a multi billion dollar company that can figure it out. So over this place and this will be my last script I ever pick up here.

I have been trying for 2 days to get someone at this moment pharmacy to answer their phone. I have called repeatedly and waited for as long as 20-30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I also went in the store to ask a question about my medication and I was told to wait in the pick up line which was extremely long and I guesstimated about 20-30 minutes of standing in line. I am disabled and can’t stand that long so I continued to call and it’s been 2 days and I have yet to get someone to answer. I hope to never have to do business with their pharmacy again

Used to be a great pharmacy.. Well that's incorrect I called and talked to pharmacy tech about daughters prescription being filled next day. The tech stated I can pick up following day, as it is controlled substance there is protocol which is 100% followed with no issues. So here I was daughter to go take test today and absolutely needs it says they have none in stock and in order to change pharmacy doctor has to call and etc.... Mind you had my script for two weeks! Why would they lie.... ?

False advertisement regarding their hours of service, the drive up window is never open for business and good luck getting any employee to answer the phone. Terrible customer service and fraudulent claims.. will be going elsewhere.

Their not open 24/7 takes forever to answer their phone wierdest offbeat hours in the pharmacy department always closing pharmacy earlier then before and always get miss informed when scripts will be done.
