This cvs Pharmacy is the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to whoever runs this place should be fired.My doctor called in a prescription at 10:00 in the morning. I call them said would be ready at 2pm get there at 2pm they say it's going to be 3pm. So I go to up again at 3pm it going to be another 20minI am.taking my business to Meijer from now on to get prescriptions

i have tried to be patient with this place, but it’s really getting old. my 30 pill prescription was apparently split into 2 bottles of 15. i received one of these bottles & when i called to tell them that my prescription (of only 15 pills) ran out, they told me they sold the other one the same day. either one of the employees misplaced it, or they gave it to somebody that was definitely not me. either way, i am unable to get my prescription & the manager will not return my calls. so now i’m just missing medication. i haven’t even gotten so much as an apology. i reached out to the CVS twitter account & they said they would reach out to this location; i don’t know if that has happened or not.

They say the store is open 24 hours but when we came here it was completely closed. The lights were on and a bright sign saying open 24 hours but I guess they just lied about it.

This pharmacy is the worst I've ever experienced, no communication, never answer your calls if they do your on hold at least 30 minutes, been waiting 2 weeks on a prescription they said they had to order and another they would fill. Come to find out it was on hold for Doctors credentials and the pharmacy never communicated to me or my doctor anything.

Went to fill my script in person, because nobody answered my phone call after a 45 minute phone hold. Then this associate got a pretty flippant attitude with me. To the on duty pharmacist’s credit, he tried to counter her behavior with humor to lighten the mood while I waited. So thank you, for that. But then she proceeded to talk to another pharmacy associate about me within earshot. Never filling scripts here again.

My husband needed meds after being released from the hospital on a Sunday night after having a spinal fusion. We used this pharmacy since it was open 24/7 and our regular pharmacy was closed. We were on hold for over an hour just to verify they received the order & could fill it. We had to have this information before we could be released from the hospital. This is totally unacceptable. There is the only phone number available for this CVS location. Extremely unprofessional & inexcusable customer service. I had to ask my mother-in-law to drive to the store & ask in person just so we could get any info & finally be discharged. I would advise against using this pharmacy if at all possible.

It is absolutely unacceptable that you have to be on hold for 50 minutes to talk to the pharmacy. All I needed was a prescription transfered back to this location. A 5 minute conversation and it was done. This will be your demise if it continues. This is not the first time that I have had to wait on hold 30÷ minutes. This is BAD customer service. You need to fix this promptly.

Twice this week, my doctor called a prescription in for me (I have the flu both times, and CVS was in no rush to fulfill them.When I called to check on the second prescription, (that was called in at the woman answered the phone with an attitude, and I barely got my question out about the status of my script before she cut me off to say that they were closed sharply. Mind you, it was only 9:00 pm, and they stated that they were open 24 hours.Even if they were closed or closing, her nastiness was uncalled for and completely unnecessary.When I lived in Indianapolis I absolutely LOVED my neighbor CVS and my husband (who's from Marion) never understood why. And I figured out it's because of the night and day difference from this location and the one in Indianapolis.I'd rather no one answered the phone verses the treatment I just received.Do better CVS

They take care of you like family. The employees are very nice every time I go in there. I have been there and they know me by name without having to tell them. To me that is respect knowing your customers like that. If my husband isn't in there with me they always ask about him. They make you feel more like family than a customer.

This pharmacy is a JOKE, meds called in by the doctor on the 16th but WOW they only got 2 when I know 3 was called in and for 3 days Ive been on hold over an hour only for the store to close !!! Also this is the 4th time they have been out of stock and I've have to detox from my medication just horrible

The last straw is when they told me yesterday that they don't have anything for my daughter, so I called the doctors office and the woman sent the prescriptions a second time, we checked at CVS again and they had nothing under my daughters name, I called the doctor again, and today again nothing for my daughter. Nothing at all. We will find another pharmacy.

I have been doing business with this cvs for over a year now and it has went downhill within the last 6 months. As soon as I get the last prescription i ordered a refill for (yesterday) i will be transferring my scripts elsewhere. My problem with them started in October, I was diagnosed with diabetes and needed testing supplies. My doctors office sent in the scripts and I gave them 24 hours because I know they are busy, I was waiting for test strips, monitor, and lancets. I went in the following day to pick them up, the app said they were ready. The tech told me my insurance didn't cover the brand. So, I called my insurance to see what brand they did cover, then my doctor to let them know so they could give cvs a new script. Gave them 24 hours again. Again I was notified through text and the app said everything was ready. Went in, the tech said they never received the fax. THIS HAPPENED 3 MORE TIMES. Needless to say I never received my supplies and am now paying out of pocket at the moment and to top it off, the app still says they are ready for pick up! Now this brings me to today. I had went to the doctor on Tuesday and got a new script for another ailment. Was not able to pick them up that day so waited again 24 hours. The app said it was in process. I called, they told me "it was on hold, because they were NOT SURE IF I REALLY NEEDED IT." WHAT?!? An hour later, I picked them up and they asked if I needed a refill on another script, with it thinking i said yes... 24 hours later I'm still waiting for that one. as soon as i pick it up, everything is being transferred to another pharmacy!tl;dr: This pharmacy is the worst!

These people have no idea what they are doing. Find a new profession. I have waited forever for my medicine after surgery to be told my insurance didn't cover me. I called my insurance was told I am covered and the brilliant pharmacy tech is processing wrong. Guess what, had to wait in line again... forever... still don't have my medicine. Slow rude service on top of doing things wrong. Wow.

They do great work. The pharmacy is the busiest in the county I think. Open 24/7 is great if you absolutely need a medication the doctor ordered. Great staff. Very helpful and friendly.

Called the other day about a script and was on hold for over an hour. No one ever picked up to say please hold or anything. Next day I check app about script. For the 10th time in over a year they switched my meds to something that isn't even the medicine I take and to something I'm highly allergic to. Yesterday I went to drive thru...showed the lady the screenshot of my phone call wait time and she told me the company doesn't properly staff and phone calls are last priority and then when I asked about meds being switched she said the system changes all meds that are sent in as to be dispensed as written to meds that can be substituted and that they don't pay attention when they put them in. Anyone else feel like this could result in someone's death? I am so close to calling the local news and getting on your side to help get this pharmacy in the news. Maybe then they will care about their customers health and lives.

I have been a life-long customer of this store but over the last year the service of the pharmacy has dropped to horrible levels, i will say the actual pharmacists are great but the techs all seem like they hate their lives and every customer they have to deal with along the way. It is very unprofessional to witness an employee talk bad about a customer and judge them all because they receive a narcotic prescription. I have moved all my prescriptions to Walgreens where they are fast, timely and very courteous and never feel like i am being looked down on. If my mom and gf didnt both still need to deal with CVS due to their hours, i would never set foot back in here again.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Horrible service at the pharmacy, they take way to long and then act rude at the counter. They tell people there medicine will be ready in an hour and then you come back 2 and a half hours later and they haven't started it yet. I had to wait for, and Their priority isn’t the customer! Then I waited for 10 minutes and they made me get back in line, and the line was long. Then they finally got to me, whatever you do do it shop here, go to Walgreens if you have to!

Waited in line this time for 25 minutes. When I pulled up to the window she did not apologize for the wait. Asked for the medication they had texted to say was ready but they could not find it. Tech wandered around like she was lost. After about 10 minutes it was found laying on the counter next to the bin. When I pointed how much time I had already wasted she said they had had issues one after another. The issue was they don't know what they are doing. I have never had a good experience at this Pharmacy. Moved mine to Walgreens so much better. I was only picking this up for a friend. Would have rather helped move them then deal with CVS in Marion. Stay away. Go anywhere else.

I understand closing the inside because they dont have enough workers. What I dont understand is not giving me a medicine dropper for my childs medicine. Got allbthe way home and when I called the worker was rudely and continuously going"mhmmm" "mhmmmm" while I was explaining my problem. I couldn't even finish my sentence before he would "mhmmm" again. Then to nonchalantly say "oh just swing back through" is ridiculous when the line was around the building when I waited for this medicine! DO BETTER!

It Took CVS 16 hours to fill may daughters prescription...we kept calling and they kept saying its almost done so we couldn't even transfer it somewhere else..thats no acceptable the local clinic got her in and out within 20 minutes and CVS kept us from her medication. Also the lady at the drive throught when I dropped it off at the drop off line was talking to her friend in the other lane for 20 minutes just chatting. We are done with this CVS. Best of luck if u choose these people.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy not only in Marion, but the state of Indiana. Every visit is at least 20-30 minutes and that's IF medications are ready when they're supposed to be. If not, they tell you a certain time and they're NEVER on time. I called at 6pm and was told everything would be ready at 9am. I went at 1pm and nothing was even started .Transferring all prescriptions out of here!!!
