No 5th star because it sucks to go south out of thier lot. We Recently had aExcess ofBEAGLE puppies. I enlistedMike at Art in Motion to find good homes for the pups. I enjoyed talking to the staff. The puppies were treated very very well and found homes quickly.

They special order this parrot cage for me was very prompt getting it too. It was just what I wanted. And my Topper is very happy in it. They go out of the way to help you with all pet things and and it's always a joy to shop there.

The store is much larger than it appears from the outside. The grooming room is just inside the door. It is so much fun to watch the dogs get trimmed and fluffed . Very helpful staff guided me to the merchandise I purchased. Even explained how to use the product to get maximum results. Staffed appropriately for the busy time of the day.

My niece and I go in there atleast once a week for her to see the animals, it's one of her highlights when she comes over, she knows we're making a trip there! Everyone is always so friendly there!

These guys are AMAZING! I was delivering to GM in Marion and they wouldn’t allow my dog on their property. I called around and Arts in Motion held my dog for an hour while I got unloaded! And they wouldn’t charge me! I’ll definitely be supporting them when I’m in the area! Their customer service is exceptional!

Was not at all pleased with the grooming side. I told them clean shaven puppy face. When I picked my boy up he was all hacked up and looked a hot mess. We will not be returning.

I absolutely love this pet store. The staff is always friendly and the store is very clean. You can tell the animals are well taken care of. They have an African Grey Parrot that is their "store bird" and she's the best, says so much stuff and makes the visit so much more fun! Definitely recommend this store if you're looking for pets or pet supplies!

Been coming here for over 30 years. Always clean & stocked. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable, ready to help you in anything from picking out a new addition to the family or helping you purchase the right product for your pets wants & needs. If they don't have it, they find out how to get it as quickly as possible. I love being able to take my pets inside. They so enjoy the attention from the staff & picking out their own treats.

I've shopped at Art In Motion for almost twenty years. I even sold some dogs through them several years ago. The atmosphere is inviting and the employees are as well. Shop Local is a big part of their model and they make it easy to do that. I don't shop at any other pet stores because I don't need anything that they can't provide. I have a turtle, three dogs, fresh water and salt water aquariums.

Their prices for their pets are COMPLETELY different than what they say they are and their employees are VERY rude and unhelpful. I was going to buy two bunnies and the sticker on their cage said they were 24.99 each. When the employee rang them up, they came out as 34.99 each. I asked the employee why they were ringing up for 34.99 for EACH of the bunnies when their price tag says they are 24.99 each. The employee said it was due to tax and I thought that can't be right as tax is NEVER that high for anything. After going back and forth for a few minutes I just said I'll go somewhere else. The employee smirked and said "ok" I use to try to support small businesses but after a bad past experience with one and now a bad experience with this one, I'm no longer going to support these "small businesses" as they rely off greed and their customer service is more horrendous than Amazon and Walmart combined.

I have 3 dogs,that loves Art in motion.Great service, everyone is helpful and courtesy.I have my Dog groomed here, I haven't ever been disappointedI love Art in motion, they are the bestpet store in town, i would give them a higher number, if only I could m👌 👍 5,000,000,000,000 would be my number.The owners are super nice too.I have adopted a Siamese kitten, 3 birds and now 3 Guinea pigs, they carried them out to my car and helped me to maneuver the cage in there, they weré very patient and helped me to get the big cage into my car.I have never had any problems with them, I prefer them over PetSmart any time and cheeper as well, way to go guys whoo hoo.

Today I purchased 2 beta fish , same breeds and was even told what things to buy to help them . Not even a couple hours go by and both of my fish die !!! I spent a lot of money that I couldn’t even afford to spend on these fish . (Yes different tanks) but I am very upset with the fact that I was recommended things to get & I got those things and my fish don’t make it through the night. I would really like my money back or a couple free fish but you know that will never happen because nobody cares about anybody else’s feelings and money being wasted !

Got to experience taking my dog to the self washing station and getting his nails trimmed. I did not know this was available. Reasonable prices. 20.00, and my dog was clean, smelling great, and nails trimmed nicely. I will definitely do this again.

I highly recommend Art in Motion to anyone needing to shop for their pets. Ask for the gentlemen named Wesley. He was one of the most informative employees I’ve ever came across. He was patient with me as I asked my long list of Questions. The fish area was so nice and clean unlike so many other places I’ve been to that just have an awful stench when you approach them and it was this gentlemen that was making it happen. I watched him clean fish tank after fish tank. Made me feel good knowing these animals were actually being cared for and not looked at as just a “product” that brings in income for the owner. If you need anything for your animals or are looking to purchase an animal I highly recommend Art In Motion. When a place takes the time to find employees like Wesley you know that they care and are a trustworthy establishment. So a big Thanks and shout out to the owners of Art in Motion.
