This Walmart is pretty decent. There are members of staff that can be found and they are helpful as well. There is a large variety in inventory and few empty spots on shelves. Not as many aisle hazards either, which is a surprise because most Walmarts have an obstacle course of boxes throughout the store. This location is also easy to find and easy to get in and out of.

I am tired of being harassed as I'm leaving after purchasing my items. I have seen many other customers not being asked for their receipt, so why do they always ask for mine? It's annoying and a waste of my time. I have never stolen anything in my life and have paid for everything I own. Why does this specific employee target me every time? Seems like some sort of prejudice to me. I only rated 1 star because I cannot rate this store 0 stars. Oh, and this doesn't happen to me in ANY other Walmart. Just this one.

Walmart has a huge selection. Their employees when I was there were friendly and helpful. Their dog food is cheaper than at PetSense.

I love that you can get anything you want at the same place... They don't price match anymore or have any weekly coupons or digital coupons so prices will be the same'and if you're like me we like to get a better deal with everything we buy.

Clothes for 18ths cute gorgeoussweaters no cute pants. Those skinny fit jeans whats up with that? Babies are still wearing diapers and too tight fitting.. buy a size up 24 mths to long big around waist.. I used to love Walmart s children,s clothes but now .. so disappointed but bought what I could. Will shop at Target more often now .Thank You,Robin L. Falconberry

This store is under new management, and is by far better than it was before he came! Shelves are more in-stock, and definitely has a cleaner, and neater presentation. Associates are even friendlier and more helpful than they have been in years!!

The location was clean,but couldn't help to notice an odd ,this is not a deal breaker to ever returning .they placed a new sign over the old and didn't bother with covering the old painting of Wal-Mart.

I has a grocery delivery I paid express for and received none of my meat at all I tried to call and explain that it was the most important part of my order and I badly needed it and was told there was nothing they could do to help me besides refund me and I can try to get it tomorrow. Spent almost an hour trying to explain to the guy that it wasn't helping me by doing that because I have no way to go get it which is why I paid for express delivery and needed to feed my kids for supper. They've brought me the lots to bins back after they forgot them before but can't bring my whole meat order to me after paying for it to be delivered quicker I have to wait until tomorrow? This is the only time and only store I've ever been told that from.

Good selection of items. Not enough employees. Had to walk all the way to main check out area for assistance, nobody working in garden department. After we paid for the six bags of mulch we wanted, we had to go back to garden area and load it ourselves.They really could use some help.

Avoid electronics. Horrible products and Horrible service. I bought headphones there that stopped working after less than a month. I was told if I had any issues they could be returned but this turned out to be a lie. The woman working electronics told me I could only return them to the front and when I tried to take them there I was told electronics can only be returned within a week of purchase. I guess Walmart think electronics that only last a week are acceptable.

Although I intensely despise going into Walmart, this is one of the better ones that I've visited. They have more of a selection than most of the Walmarts. This location has the most paid employee-manned registers open. For that reason alone, I'd give it 5 stars.

Store is in need of an update, it's getting a little run down. Would like to see more lanes open, even though most Walmart's are going to self checkout now. Store was not very clean and lots of trash in the parking lot.

I’ve been ordering pickup for over a good year now from this Madison location. Nearly EVERY SINGLE TIME, they give me their worst product off the shelf that I request. For example food in bags that’s been sliced open with box cutters, once they didn’t scan a straighttalk phone me and REFUSED TO FIX IT when StraightTalk said they HAD TO scan it to resolve the issue but they refused!! Today I pick up my order and my laundry soap had dried up spilled laundr soap ALL over the bottle. Twice I ordered 2 of an item and they only gave me one?! How does that even happen? Don’t you have to scan 2 and put them in my bags? So you STEAL FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS TOO. If you’re going to give me your damn trash you could at least discount it!! I will forever be ordering from Kroger from now on, I’ll gladly take the slightly higher prices on somethings!!! Shame on you Madison Walmart!

I had a battery replaced. The auto tech was named Nathan Burkhart. He was super friendly and provided the best service I've ever had at an auto center. I was driving an RV and Nathan made sure I was ready for the road far beyond just the battery. Kudos to Nathan and his fellow auto department workers.
