I don’t think there is a better TSC anywhere than our hometown Madison store.The customer service is the best around and I love going in just to see the awesome folks working there.Shout out to Kaitlynn for always going the extra mile to help me!Store is CLEAN, organized and well stocked!Y’all are the best.Thank you!!

This is a great store for farm supplies and needs for animals or building supplies and gear for hunting working and durable clothing and tools that last long compared to the Dollar store or something, little more expensive but you get what you pay for do if you want quality and dependable items or bulk dogfood as my feed really is a good country farm store.

Always liked this store. Handles things that most stores do not offer. But it's a sorts special store I think. For rural customers who need certain types of product for a more nature kind of living I believe. Great staff, kind an friendly offer their opinions when asked. Professional as well. Like this store.

Like alot of people I have been shopping with them for several years. I bought a new pair of boots from them 7 months ago and paid $120 dollars and the inside of the left boot came apart and I can't wear them anymore and there return policy is for 30 days or the discretion of the store manager. They wouldn't exchange or refund. Personally I think a pair of boots should last longer than 6 months when they cost so much. So here is the out come of there greedy ways, "I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN"!!!

I’m not sure what has happened with our Tractor Supply. I go in at-least 1-2x week and there is always a long line with normally 1 cashier along with isles blocked with unpacked merchandise. Other Employees walk by with no assistance to the sole cashier as they obviously see the long line. Each time there are usually perturbed people, I have at times been one of them. Saturday 3/20/21 the same thing happened, and several rude customers had verbally let this sweet girl have it with their dissatisfaction. As I was leaving another cashier finally jumped on another register. When I turned the girl was in tears. Broken! Treat your employees and customers better. We choose to shop at your store instead of Walmart. So get too it!!! DO BETTER!!!

We love this store! I'm from Indiana and shopping here reminds me of the store there. The clothes wear very well, I've had t-shirts for years from there. Lawn equipment, garden supplies, tools......very nice store!

What did you do with the CE Schmidt brand? I bought them for years for my husband and he still has them. I needed a shirt for the cool weather and got one of your new Ridgecut brand TOUGHWEAR shirts. I've had it for about 2 weeks, worn it about 5 or 6 times and I need to cut the sleeves off and make it short sleeve which defeats the purpose of a long sleeve shirt for cool weather. The elbow areas on both sides are just a big shredded hole. I sure am glad my husband wasn't using it for a work shirt. Trash. Bangladesh trash.

One register open while the check out line was literally half the distance of the store. Finally opened another lane and commenced their routine of asking for email, rewards membership solicitation, zip code, phone number, do you want to contribute to FFA etc. I would like to just pay and leave thank you.

Was at the Madison Indiana store was overcharged on wood pellet price wouldn't price match other stores then then charged wrong price then when I told them they taxed my refund. How do you tax a refund. Poorly run and and no management won't go back

I've been sitting outside for 40 mins now waiting to get my propane tanks filled and when I went n to ask for them to be filled they said they'd be right out, waited 15 mins then called said it'd be 10min that was 20 mins ago and now no one answers the phone.we usually fill our tanks here 2xs a week here but now will be going to auxiers

Worked here for over a month, was a good employee, always showed up and on time. Then fired me for a domestic violence on my juvenile record from over 15 years ago when my father and I had a screaming match and we were both arrested. It was a low class act considering it happened when I was less than 17 years old, no one was even hurt or committed any violent acts, and I proved myself as a hard, safe, and reliable worker. This must be why the company these days is full of young entitled kids that are so sheltered that they've never done a hard day's work or had any real life experience with ANYTHING relating to tractors or farm supplies. That is why they can't answer anyone's questions or give you definitive results on ANYTHING. People make mistakes, unless of course you are a TSC employee!

Poor excuse of a “farm” store. This a weekend wannabe gardening store. That never keeps the shelves stocked. Poor management. Explain to me why other TSC have their shelves stocked and you don’t? Carrollton, Corydon, etc. are great. Madison has always barely been a notch above being on life support.
