I will choose Kroger over Walmart any day they treat their customers with more respect not treat everyone like criminals and it don't take 30 mins to get a pregnancy test out of a lock box or help at the outdoor, pharmacy or sports sections. And now they locking more and more things up when they had a hard time tending to what they already had behind counters or in cases. Kroger's actually has more than one cashier registers open meaning I'm not forced to work for free and they don't harass u over a receipt so if all the thieves can continue shopping at Walmart that would be great... Lol 🤣

Even though this Kroger is small, it is full of necessities and has lots of friendly people. Martina checked out my groceries (no self checkout required) and Adam bagged them. Both were a pleasure!!

It seems like every week I have to update the app. It says that when I am in the grocery and I need it. It says remove a couple of other apps. I don't have that many to delete. Very frustrating!

I prefer Kroger for my grocery shopping and household necessities and medicine. The fresh produce is a great selection. Their meat is always good and the butcher is there to serve if need special cut's. The floral section is amazing and I love it when they have markdowns like 75%off is awesome deal.. The bakery is a personal favorite of mine because I like the icing better and the cream horns used to be a must have but not been seeing lately. The deli has delicious lunch meat and cheese and slice it perfectly. The selection of all items is huge plus Kroger brand items are so affordable and they are truly amazing some stuff is better than name brand. The Kroger plus card,gas points & weekly specials are worth it for anyone who wants to save money and get the same thing as your getting elsewhere and save ten cents a gallon of gas every 100 points it's not a question for me that beats every other store.

Whike we love this Krogers I finally complained to the mgr. Never any gallons of distilled water on the shelves. I spoke w mgr n suggested they stock an end cap w the water. I bout fainted when we went the next week n there was lots of the water on the end- cap n it was full.Thank you sir for listening! But...we need a bigger store too! Lol

I stopped in here on Monday around 9pm to get a few things before they closed. I have never had such a pleasant shopping experience in my life. The people that work here are AMAZING! From the guy stocking the pet supplies and the lady helping, to the cashier and bagger, everyone was so nice and friendly! THANK YOU ALL and keep up the good work! Madison IN Kroger!

Excellent staff, Micah who had been gathering carts in the parking lot was very helpful finding a child’s cart and Cami in customer service went above and beyond to accommodate my issue with my fuel points. Hometown vibes like everyone already knows who you are!

Clean, typical Kroger layout, competitive prices. If you are from a fast paced city, use the self check out. I was done with self check out with a full cart faster than people with 3 items at regular cash register. Small town pace, not a minus, but if your not used to it.... Much better than the Walmart ran by the overlords.

I have to say that I love Kroger's. The people there are just so friendly and go out of there way to be helpful. I was looking for a particular item that I couldn't find and asked one of the employees about it. She walked me to where she thought it was but it wasn't there. We looked around for a bit but then I said it really wasn't all that important. I went on with the rest of my shopping when later I was approached by a different employee. He had the item for which I had been looking. Apparently, they changed its location and the lady helping earlier wasn't aware. After I left, she kept looking. After finding it, she did a store wide search, enlisting other employees, to make sure I got the product. Now that is customer service!

Parking is horrible. Aisles are too narrow, almost always too crowded. Prices are high. I avoid as much as possible. Rather go to Aldi and Walmart.

Madison's Kroger is a small one, so they don't carry a huge selection. That said, they'll usually have what you're looking for. Their meat and produce departments are excellent. Their parking lot is not good, but that's the shopping center's fault.

Our extended family had a family reunion/50th anniversary party at Clifty Falls Inn this past weekend. We had Kroger make a sheet cake and cupcakes for the event. Working with one of the lead Bakers, Mandy, was so wonderful! She designed a gorgeous cake and coordinating cupcakes. It was just beautiful! Mandy was so fabulous to work with and was so helpful in the design of the cake.

It's a great store to shop, they have great sales. It's always fast an easy to check out. Never ever have to wait more then 1 minute. It's not like Walmart, I hate that store lol. & also they have cute holiday stuff or seasonal things, not only grocerys, && also medicines. I found my over the counter medicine to be cheaper @ Kroger then at my local drug store. So the prices are great as well. All around 5 stars.

I like shopping at Kroger's bc it keeps me out of Walmart. Super friendly staff, Price's are fair and they have the BEST fried chicken in town, and there RIBS are killer also.If a person times it right you can get in and out with no problems. Convenient pharmacy with a drive through and a fuel station. What more can ya ask for?

I love the Madison Kroger, employees are always helpful and friendly. The store is clean, well stocked, maintained, and they rotate product frequently. I have been coming here for years and have always had great customer service.
