I recently went to the store in Madison, Indiana, with my husband. It was Saturday, March 2. While we were shopping we noticed how dirty and messy the store was. Went to a fitting it hadn't been swept or wiped down at all. There were carts of merchandise just sitting with no one around to work on them. The store looked as though it had not been swept or anything for some time. The restrooms were filthy, and the floor needed to be mopped. No one on floor to assist at all. This store was opened last year, right before the holidays. We had visited multiple times, but this visit was horrible. We went to check out and noticed the rugs were absolutely filthy. There were 4 associates standing up front and my husband asked if they had a cleaning crew. They said yes. My husband asked why is store so filthy, and they just stared at us. I thought it would be nice to not have to drive so far, but this store is sad and no one cares. It wasn't because of busy all day because we were there a little after 11. I don't see this store surviving if your associates don't care enough to keep it clean or stock it. I wish I had taken photos, but I didn't and I only hope something can be done. I feel the right people are not running that store, only in the ground.

Hopefully you're not interested in a specific position. Although you interviewed for it & were offered a specific job & hours, they will not stand by what they say.Management can't figure out why there is a turn over rate because "the work isn't hard" ....... 2 days of training and I can tell you, they are the sole reason for their turn over rate.

Store is well stocked and clean. Customer service was excellent. And they have a 20% off sale right now. With my wallet and the 20% off I picked up a super nice hip length winter coat for just under $50.

Not even open 6 months and the customer service is horrid. Prices didn't ring up what was on the table sign. Asked the girl at the counter and, after rolling her eyes.. literally.., she scanned it with her phone to tell me the same price the register said. I explained that on the table the digital sign said docent and She Rolled Her Eyes Again!I left and went next door to get my Jeans and the $100 gift cards I was getting for Christmas gifts.If you don't want or business we have other options.

Pitifully small Kohl's. They hardly have even half of the selection that a larger location would have, and what little items they do have aren't great to begin with. Terrible location and a waste of time to shop around here.

I love having A Kohl’s store so close. The one thing the store is lacking is customer service the store overall is clean neat but on a return a guy standing behind counter talking about money he lost while I am waiting to get my return done and leave. Hope this is worked out,

Nice to have another option for shopping. Able to find nice, suitable and modest clothes for my girls . With sale, coupon and Kohl's cash, prices were decent.

The customer service here was horrible. Had a $20 kohls cash to use and could not even use it because their system registered it as $10. Very disappointing. The manager was going to have to make a phone call before he could override $10 on a $100 purchase. Will definitely be my last visit to this store. Very unprofessional.

Store was ok. Seemed clean. More of a warehouse look but hey. Don’t appear to take Amazon returns at this one unfortunately, so save a trip if that was the goal.

We stood in line today and one person doing the check out. Three other employees including a manager stood chatting and would not ring us up. When we turned around and went to the self checkout they offered to help then!
